Drive Samsung R720 Blu Ray not recognized in Windows 7

I have BD E DS4E1S on Samsung R720, Windows7 32 bit. I have installed the Cyberlink software provided with the computer to play the BlueRay disc and it worked fine until about a month ago. Then, I received some updates for Windows 7 and Cyberlink and now when I insert disc BlueRay is unclear, said no. DISK. I did factory restore and reinstalled Cyberlink suite on the same installation CD but it did not help and I still can't play Blue Ray discs.

Thanks in advance.

* original title - cannot play Blue Ray discs, just stopped... *.

  • CD or DVD drive is missing or is not recognized by Windows

Original title: another question about the DVD drive is not detected in Windows 7

I have the same problem that many others have described here on the DVDR drive not detected after installing Windows 7. I still have not solved this issue. But I have another similar problem. The system will not recognize an external USB DVDR drive connected to a USB port. In essence, I have no access to the internal drive (in a Dell Inspiron 1545) or the external hard drive. Without access to a DVD player I can't even uninstall Windows 7, and I can not install or save anything else without a drive. I'm at my wits end. If anyone can help I will shower you with praise.

My CD / DVD is missing or is not recognized by Windows. My driver Version: 6.1.7601.17514, OS is windows 7.

    I received the following message:

  • CD or DVD drive is missing or is not recognized by Windows or other programs

How can I solve this problem withot having to reinstall the operating system?

    Hello

Please try the below mentioned article and see if that helps:
My drive does not appear in Windows Explorer:
  • CD/DVD drive of C50 - A satellite not recognized in Windows 10

The cd/dvd drive does not work after the upgrade to windows 8.1 for windows 10. The driver is "TSSTcorp CDDVDW SU-208FB" and State in Device Manager is Windows cannot start this hardware device because its information of configuration (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)

Same book, same error upgrade, even for the optical drive. Have deleteted and reinstalled device and its driver, rebooting after each. Tried Microsoft registry changes and don't worked. Cannot restore even to win 8.1 image on my external HARD drive because I also need the boot disk which is a CD! I see I can go back to 8.1 in Windows 10 win one month after installation, and I could just do.

  • Pioneer BLU - RAY and DVD discs not recognized by Windows 7

The discs were fine until I installed Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit. Before my hard drive crashed, I was using Windows 7 Pro 64 bit. The computer was built by a local store, so I don't know if they have done something special to get discs running, but readers are reported as compatible with Win 7.

    Readers are:

    PIONEER BDR - 205 Blu - ray

    DVD PIONEER DVR - 218L

My motherboard is ASUS P6TD Deluxe, BIOS 0106

I am very handicapped and rely heavily on my computer to work. I can't load my well-being critical software until I get these discs work, then I'll be very grateful for any help.

  • CD/DVD drive not recognized by Windows Vista

I installed a suite of burningb of CD and DVD on my Toshiba (under Vista Home Premium). My CD/DVD drive appeared more in the computer and was no longer functional. I deleted the program I installed and apparently caused the problem, but it did not help. I have read through the help of Microsoft (929461, 314060) documents and used the Fix - It utility. Also unsuccessful. I discovered the response of Martin, the technical support engineer made on May 5, 2009. I followed his instructions with great success. However, my question now is this: I have still some remains of the problem left over. I get an error message at startup saying, 'InstaBurn UDF driver is not installed correctly. Run the InstaBurn installation program. ' InstaBurn is part of the suite of the copy (hotpics by Nova Development Corp.).  I also have an error message of my reader DVD Toshiba saying that the DVD player does not work - although it is. I played a DVD as a test on it after that I followed the instructions above. How can I remove these error messages annoying that aren't accurate?  Would appreciate any information about this minor - but annoying problem.
