Driver.cab cannot copy on the re-installation of windows xp... help

well hoping that someone can help because I'm lost...

two weeks that ag has a virus that struck my notebook bad, then last night, that I decided re - install windows xp using the cd, everything has started big until the computer failed to copy some files to the cd. I chose to ignore copy them these files to upload later installation had compeleted. This is where I am stuck I can't get them anywhere. I tried to copy from the CD-ROM I386 folder, but it fails to make the copy.

Anyway the files I need are;

Driver.cab

Hypertrm.chm

Iashlpr.dll

iasnap.dll

Iassam.dll

kodak_dc. ICM

If someone could point me in the right direction to a place I can download these files or can happen to other ideas that will solve my problem, it would be much appreciated. also if someone could tell where each file should be copied in which would also be a great help

Thanks for your comments, but now solved the problem I had. I copied the file from another computer driver.cab, updated some drivers for my network card, then I was able to get the rest of the files I needed through automatic updates, end only took an hour and so far no problem

    Hello

What installation media you are using?

    Method 1:

Error 0 x 80070017 translates "CRC error" which means that the files that are copied from the disc are not making it to the hard drive with the same structure, which means that the 'original' the disk files are modified/changed/corrupted while being copied to the location of the 'destination' on your disk during Setup.

This usually means a bad DVD, or an error reading on the DVD player.

original title: could not copy files

When I try to copy a file to an external device using Windows Explorer I get the following error message: "cannot copy.  The directory or file cannot be created. "I understand that I may have the physical limit of USB keys for the root directory.  How can I fix it?

    Hi GloriaZF,

What is the size of your external hard drive and what is the available free space? Open my computer-> right click on the external hard drive-> properties. You will not be able to copy more data if the disk is full, or who have less space compared to the size of the file you are trying to copy.

You need to remove the order data to make the space more. Deleted data from the device USB will be permanently deleted and will not be stored in your Inbox, so take care while eliminating unnecessary data.

    I hope this helps.

    Hello

See if this helps you improve performance.

And these eightforums.com tutorials are very detailed for the problems resulting from Scan SFC:

"How to run the command" SFC/scannow"at the start or in Windows 8 and 8.1" . "

    http://www.eightforums.com/tutorials/3047-sfc-scannow-command-run-Windows-8-a.html

Read it in conjunction with the rest of the information they give link above.

    Note

If SFC could not fix something, then run the new command to see if it can be able to next time. Sometimes, it can take by running the sfc/scannow command 3 times restart the PC after each time completely fix everything what he is capable of.

If this isn't the case, then run Dism/online/Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth to repair any corruption component store, restart the PC later and try the sfc/scannow command.

If still no, then try using ONE OPTION above to run the command sfc/scannow at the start

If still no, then you could do a Refresh of Windows 8, or run a System Restore using a restore point dated before the wrong file occurred to fix. You may need to repeat doing a restore of the system until you find a restore point that is older that may work.

If not yet, then you can use the steps in the TIP box in the section THREE OPTION to manually replace the files SFC could not fix.

    See you soon.

  • If I buy a copy of the oem version of Windows 7 is it possible to upgrade to Windows 10?

    * Original title: need help

If I buy a copy of the oem version of Windows 7 is it possible to upgrade to Windows 10?

Yes, you can upgrade from versions of Windows 7 OEM to Windows 10:

Please note that you must take advantage of the free upgrade offer before July 30, 2015.

You can find software OEM System Builder of dozens of online merchants. The current price for OEM Windows 7 Professional Newegg, for example, is $ 140. When I checked a few minutes ago, Amazon offered packages OEM Windows 7 Professional from several vendors at prices ranging from $ 101 to $ 150. When I checked earlier, a package specifically designed for reconditioned PCs cost only $ 50 for a 64-bit copy.

There is no technical limitation to prevent you from using OEM software on your computer, although this software only works for a clean install, not an upgrade. In the past, Microsoft has been remarkably inconsistent in his advice to clients on the question of whether this practice is allowed. (See "is allowed to use Windows OEM on your own PC? Don't ask Microsoft. »)
