Driver for PCI simple communication controller

Dear Sir

Since the time I loaded win 7, (I have win 7 Professional, completely up to date, core 2 quad 2.40 GHz, 4 GB of RAM, 3 internal HDD seagate 1 TB at 7200 RPM, nvidia GE Force each 512 MB VRAM) I found that the driver PCI simple communication controller is missing and it shows an excalmation mark. My system works fine, I have no problems with my system, but I was wondering what is this to. I tried to find the driver on the net, but I was not able to find it. Anyone of you could help me on what it is, and how do I remove the exclamation point in Device Manager. Just concerned.
