  When will it be available for XP and Vista for the PSPAEE drivers? Currently there are drivers for the PSPA4E, some of whom work, others do not, no operating system.   I agree with BobRock_1. All the drivers and tools that you can find on the official website of Toshiba. Your model is compatible with Windows XP. :-)

  But before starting with the installation of the drivers, I recommend the installation of Service Pack 3 for XP. It contains many security updates and also two patches for the sound card you need. Otherwise, you are not able to install audio driver properly.

  You can download SP3 from Microsoft's official website. The installation is no problem, everything is done automatically. :)

  You are right. Drivers for Win7 32-bit are not available. But there is one interesting thing: your laptop has Intel HM65 Express Chipset, this chipset is offered on several other models and none of them are supported for 32 bit OS.

  So I'm trying to update my graphics driver on a satellite C660 1LD, and I'm going nowhere quickly.

  The current driver I have is version 8.15.10.2622
  Site Web from Toshiba offers the 8.15.10.2189 version which I'm inclined to believe this is an older than my current version?

  I tried downloading the new version on the Intel site but it does not work either and I can't really figure out what the new version of the site. Can anyone offer advice on how to achieve this?

  In General, you should only use the drivers from Toshiba. Why? The drivers offered on the Toshiba support page are tested and adapted to work with the s portable equipment. Of course, you can use the GPU manufacturers support page drivers, but you should know that most recent drivers will increase performance GPU.   Try to manually install the driver as follows...

  Go to Device Manager and click on the video controller 3D needing drivers.

  Click on the driver tab, click on set to update driver.  Select Browse my computer for driver software option, and navigate to the folder of the driver that was created when you ran the file.

  This file should be C:\SWSetup\sp69609.

  Make sure that the include subfolders is selected and see if the pilot goes like this.

  As I said, I explored the driver file, and it has the hardware ID for the video controller you have posted, so it's the right driver.

  If it still does not work, I still have another suggestion to try to force the driver to install.
