  Hello, I am a newbie of base to the use of DRM. On my pc WIN personal 8.1, I updated to version 11.1.2.3 DRM. The DRM 11.1.2.2 version has been downloaded yesterday and the Local Service of the DRM has been able to start without problem. However, after update today, I am unable to start the Local DRM Service due to an "access denied" error. Any pointers/tips on how to fix? I'm sure it's an easy resolution but I have searched the internet / this blog/documentation without success. Thank you for your time and please let me know if you need additional information.

  Understand my own question. When I ran the installer, logged as an administrator does not cause the installer must be run with administrator privileges. I must explicitly run it as an administrator. Rookie and DRM error error disappears once the installation has been completed.

I deleted the software (not done the registry thing) I deauth and reauth my computer and the device closer to the limit, I am sure and have not yet READ 1 book on my kobo. Protected by DRM? No it's not protection...

  BTW, only support for ADE is chat and forums and the person at the end of the chat sent me on the forums, I think they need to disable the CHAT support if your response will not be to refer to the forums.

  Check/correct the Configuration of Microsoft Internet Information Server for websites DRM.

  To review the parameters it is possible to leave the DRM running. If the settings are to be modified, stop the DRM Service since the Console of DRM.

  1. from the desktop in Windows DRM Web Server, run InetMgr.exe, Microsoft Internet Services Manager.

  2. in the left pane of the Inetmgr window:

  2.3 expand the "Default Web Site".

  3370 means "ContentIdSettingsNoAccess".

  This error can occur if "Allow identifiers for protected content" are not checked in Chrome.

  Go to chrome://settings/content - protected content and check the setting "allow identifiers for protected content.
