  Hi all

  Thank you in advance for your time and your help and please excuse my English, this is not my mother language.

  I have a little problem with the list of the menu drop down, I use it instead of the tabs to navigate through my application and now I have users who want a larger arrow / select the field to open the menu void entries. I did a screen capture to make things more clear, but it seems that im not allowed to attach photos to this post.

  The problem is, you have to click on the small arrow - no area is valid to open the submenu and I do not see the possibility to increase the arrow or use a larger space.

  I googled already for a long time but could not find anything specific on the change of this arrow. He could only do a little bigger, or all simply to use the whole of the area to the right of the label in the list drop down Parent (which is a link itself).

  I hope you can provide some ideas how to handle this problem.

  I can see the source HTML of this image is defined by the img tag.

  I have a case in which I have 4 menu drop down and a button to continue, I want to make sure that a user cannot continue until the choice is made on all or at least some of the drop-down list. How can I do that.

  What type of file? Did you use iCloud drive?

  Try to go to iCloud.com to see if the elements are there and whether the device or the computer. That should indicate if the device or computer is not synchronizing. If the computer, try going to System Preferences/iCloud and stop synchronization. Wait a few minutes, then recheck the timing. If the device, go to settings/iCloud and do the foregoing. You can also try connecting to iCloud and then reconnect.

  In settings/iCloud is iCloud drive turned on? That should give you a player to iCloud application.

  Please complete the steps below...

  • Click START, in the "search programs and files" type services.msc and press ENTER. A services window will open.
  • In the services window, find the print spooler and double-click it.
  • Now, click STOP, wait 30 seconds, and then click START.
  • Close all windows.

• WEIRD file extensions from the browser does not open

  Shell script for save on my local website and they have *.sh *.ksh extensions. When I try to view the contents of these files from Firefox it will 'stop in the weeds' open a new tab for each line [I think] in the file. I can rename all files have a *.txt extension but rather Firefox will say to treat all *.sh and identical *.ksh *.txt files, but I can't figure out HOW to do this.

  Any help is appreciated - I have looked at the issue of option 'Applications', but could not figure out how to add a new Type of "content."

  I tried to remove some cache safari files, but the files in the cache keep coming back. I'll explain how I tried to delete them:

  Try again with rather imp/exp data pump and don't forget that your file is in binary format.

  I found the issue! If I have the view in the open dialogue / place Illustrator to display column and sort by date, I get the problem. If I change to view by name, or list view, then I don't get any problems. As you say this isn't a bug in the CC but only CC 2014. His are obviously not happy with integration with views of Yosemite 10.10.1 by date.

  In any case, we visualize name now and do not have the problem. I always hope addresses Adobe that this is clearly a bug.

• Drop-down menu block no longer works

  I took over our previous software of 2 employees help system - neither of which anyone--trained and understand most of RoboHelp.  We had a drop down menu that will take users directly to the selected topic or section of the help file - however, we rebuilt the table of contents and index, and since then it became unusable.  I can't understand (using the Adobe Help file) how do I fix this.  Navigation sequences and bread crumbs is correct, but I can't figure out where them repair options in the menu dropdown.  I've included a picture to explain exactly what I'm talking about.
