Hello, manoj0910.
Please visit Apple support communities.
Looks like you can't synchronize the pictures located on your external drive. I need a little more information about your configuration to provide a better answer. However, we will try to sync your photos through the section of the file through the article below. You just need to direct iTunes to where your photos are stored on your external drive.
If your photos are in a folder
- Select "Choose a folder" from the context menu.
- Choose the folder where you store your photos.
- Click on apply.
You can arrange photos in subfolders to create photo albums.
Sync photos from your computer to your device iOS through iTunes
See you soon

My hard drive is filling up all the available space on my hard drive
Original title: my drive is 'eat' himself!
Something happens in my system which occupies all the available space on my hard drive.
I deleted everything that I possible can, but as soon as I create a space that it disappears.
There is apparently a function involving my e-mail archives or my installation "restore."
Recreate the data but do not delete the file/data who is who replaces it. What has
happened in the past, but at that time, it was the result of my control one inadvertently
email replication function... this time I got nothing done to cause this duplication of work.
When it started to affect my system this time I looked for things to remove and found
many of my emails in the "sent" folder had been duplicated. I immediately removed all
These duplicates and has acquired an important place but in a short period of time the
disc had been filled again.
I ran anti-virus (McAfee) and combating malicious programs (Malwarebytes) without finding
anything that can be causing my problem.
Thanks in advance for any help.

I can never make a lot of space in my hard drive after back to the top
I regularly save on a hard disk that is attached to Lightroom. What I've noticed, is the amount of space that I have left is still declining. After the backup, I used to have over 200 GB of the available MBP 768 GB retina, now, I rarely more than 100 GB. At some point I'll have no space left at all. I don't know that I'm doing things correctly. I noticed that there are duplicate files when I export the. DNG my 645Z or. My A7RII ARW. So I file raw in LR, the ARW and the .xmp that have been exported (I still name them). My habit of the end to create more space on my hard drive is to find the .dng and .arw files in the finder, back up to an external hard drive and then remove them from my MBP. I do not touch other files not named. What I find good is that even with the hard drive attached, some files are displayed as missing picture. I can remedy this with a cover of Time Machine, I did a time machine to the top until I backed up (something I always do) images in lightroom.
Could someone tell me what I am doing wrong? What is the best way to ensure that I have a lot of space? I can't just buy new laptops all the time when I run out of space. I save most of my images finished PSCC at the highest quality jpg, so the finished images that are not take total amount of space, but these are not archived on LR that I prefer to use the tag system which uses Mac.
The best approach I've found is always import as of the segregation of records to your home. Make sure that these are backed up by time machine or another mechanism for backup and then if you are not actively using the images in a dated file more copy set in an external hard drive where you keep the same year and the date structure separated. Then in Lightroom, it is a simple case of right (or control), click the folder that you moved in the sidebar of library and select "update folder location" and that it points to the new location of the folder on the external drive. All your images must be accessible as long as external is attached. Now you can remove the folder from your internal hard drive and find space (don't forget to empty the trash).
My main machine is a retina with a 256 GB drive and I easily maintain a 100 of 1000 image catalog Lightroom on it in addition to Photoshop and many other CC software I use (first for most). Most of my images and video life on a large RAID array, but my most recent images months living inside. Easily, you should be able to work with a 768 GB internal. You delete old backups of catalog in Lightroom? By default, Lightroom creates backups of the catalogues that makes every week or so next to the file catalog in a folder "Backups". You don't need to keep a large number of these backups autour. I usually keep only 2 or 3.

When you add items to a project can then remove the clips? I'm trying to free up space on my hard drive. Thank you.
Not while you're still editing the project. When you have completed the project and shared it and are sure that you do not want to do any editing more far, you can delete the whole project.
If you do a significant amount of iMovie editing you really need to put your libray (ies) on a large external hard drive. Another thing you can do is to divide your work between different libraries and move those that are not currently on a removable drive.
Geoff.

After you import an image (.jpeg) file for the Photos on my Mac app, can I safely delete this image file to save space on my hard drive?
Yes, you can remove the file from the imported image, if you have imported the image as managed. IE preferences in ave Photos settled on "import: copy items to the photo library" being the default.

Part 1 of the request: a few weeks ago, after a quick scan, I received this message, he was absent from my hard drive space and missing. How can I recover this please?
Part 2 of the query: I recently down loaded to my e-mail, my RESUME, in the process of discovery, inadvertently, I had my own word processing (office 2010 starter). then I followed the steps to install this, and the software created a partition for itself. I mean, my computer shows now that I have 2 hard drives, the original 'C' drive and a new drive "Q". what I've done wrong? also, my mother, who also has family windows7 premium was not aware that she had a starter of office 2010, which she has, and she can't work out how to activate his either. Thank you.
If your MOM PC shipped with Office Starter, type the word in the start menu > programs research and the text file box, which reveals the word shortcut, double-click the shortcut to start Word (or rt click on > PIN to the taskbar)

I have 200 GB of free space on my hard drive but I'm not able to make a new disk partition. When I click on new simple volume in management records and steps of preforms a message (IT IS NOR ENOUGH SPACE ON THE DISK to COMPLETE THIS OPERATION.) appears.
Please HELPnot able to make a dAssuming that C: is the drive of victory that the size is too small, you need at least 100 GB for the drive to victory.
(on this particular sys disk win uses 128 GB and with libraries located on a second disk, the disk win itself is 240 GB)
You might care to use the home Version page free;
http://www.partition-tool.com/ (EaseUS) because it has more options/capabilities than the tools management integrated disk.
Have BTW you kept your Vista recovery disks and its key as if you need to reinstall from disc to upgrade to win7 that you will first install Vista

I used my iMac as a hard drive backup to my macbook once. Now when I update to El Capitan he says that it cannot be updated due to being of a backup. How do I change the drive mode so I can update?
If you use your iMac as a backup to disk using Time Machine look for a folder called Backups.backupdb.
It's what keeps you upgraded your operating system, you must remove it.
Copy everything first if you are on a different drive. It would be wise to create a backup of the iMac on another drive also.
Check system preferences > Time Machine and make sure that the iMac is not selected as the Time Machine drive.

If I use different, the same computer, but an iCloud account will be my projects get lost? I downloaded the trial version to my friend with her iCloud computer and now it is expired and my project was not yet ready. If I connect with my iCloud on my friend's computer and buy FCPX, my project will be there? And if not, if I buy the program with my friend iCloud account, is it possible I could move my computer later? I would not buy an app €300 just for my friend...
LLA libraries are separate from the application. That you have subscribed to the trial is quite distinct from what you use to connect to the purchase. However, once you bought with an Apple ID it is that you always have to sign in with to receive updates. The application and the Barrie similar don't really care what you signed in in iCloud.
