  Suzann7777 you want to run the installation program to install Photoshop Elements.  If it gives you the option uninstall then it is already installed.  In this case, please use the normal method to open the program to the operating system you are using?

  You are not transferring Adobe applications between machines, it won't work.  You must install on the new machine in the same way as you did initially.  Your license allows you to have two machines with active facilities, so if you want, you can keep the old one as a backup.
