duplex hp6700

the Tablet samsung and windows 8 phone cellular double-sided printing does not work. Computer work. need advice

Hello

That is the app that you print? For the Windows 8 phone, remote HP AiO BETA can give you a miss, but for Android (for example your Samsung) devices, you should be able to use HP AiO Remote app to print duplex through Google Cloud Print:

(a) tactile HP AiO Remote app,

(b) select the file to print,

(c) Print button,

d select the printer from the list (if you have more than 1 printer),

(e) now you can select the edge Long (for Duplex) or Off (for simplex).

(f) printing of touch

Kind regards.

    Hello Cheetah12,

Thanks for your reply. In the meantime I discovered that the most important step is NOT to install the printer via AirPrint, but using HP6700. Only, then you have the possibility to click on the duplex option and install the printer with the 4.1.2 pilot.

  • Duplex - no contact?

    Hi all

I am considering buying a HP all-in-one and have a question about duplex printing. I'm looking at the printer HP6700 and HP 8700 and offer both print double-sided. My question is: is the duplexing contactless? Which means, the printer prints both sides without having to turn the paper and reload it to second printing side me? I am using Windows 7, 64-bit OS & MS Word

If the model does not offer such functionality, is there a model that makes? I'm specifically looking for this feature because I'm still not print next to the printer and I don't want to have to go to the printer and reload the paper for each print job.

    TIA!

    John

    Hi John,.

As well the HP Officejet 6700 and 8600 (assuming that this is the model you mentioned? there is no model of 8700..) sided automatic printing is supported, this means that you are able to print on both sides of the page, the paper will automatically reverse and there is no need to reload the printed pages...

Please let me know if any further clarification may be necessary.

You may need to do this using the properties button in the dialog box print to set duplex to the driver level. Does it work?

  • Re: C7280 duplexing

    Hi UM Ho.

HP once again, maybe this time with their large war Mircosoft boyfriend... Installed windows 7 (32 bit) and then teacher the c7280 as a network printer (as a fact that in Microsoft)... BIGGG SURPRISE... printer found, workx.  EXCEPT: to ensure that from Windows 7 and no one can complain about pop-ups that say you can't double-sided and if you say that the impression in any case it works, this driver comes to 'automatic' in duplex printing options! Only no, sidedbrochure manual and left/right are left... a small blip: If you pass in the printer HP properties to a profile property to another and then quickly move on two-sided printing, you're just able to see 'automatic' disappear...

Oh yes, the 7280 has a flow to the stack of paper, if you have a manual duplex?  Don't not without out all the paper...

Then, HP conviction IS on their Web page... go here: compatibility Windows 7 for HP stuff page

and you'll find a matrix, saying: C7280 driver included in windows 7 (for "sort" indeed a driver is there) and you can download it from HP (both checked green)... The HP page (follow the link at the bottom of page) DOES NOT show a selection of Windows 7...

Why the hell are we actually still our dear money on HP?  The entire industry IT wouldn't be better if they just went bankrupt? Just stop buying their ink and it will happen...

A simple solution: go into the folder printers, do a right-click on the C7280 printer properties device settings and set the unit double-sided "installed", OK.

  • Photosmart 5524: 5524 Print Duplex

Hi, I already bought HP Photosmart 5524. I had a problem with printing and double-sided scanning. After you print the first page, the printer pulls the page and it does not print. If I change manual double-sided printing option, the printer will work correctly.

    Hello, @marek30 - greetings!

Welcome to the HP Forum! It is a wonderful location to converse with the community, get help and advice.

I understand that you need to configure printing double-sided with your Photosmart printer.  Please follow the steps mentioned below and check:

    • Go to control panel - devices and printers.
    • Right-click on Photosmart 5524, then select 'printer properties '.
    • Select the tab "device settings".
    • Ensure that the "two-sided" is set to "Installed" rather than "Not installed" and save the settings.
    • Now, again give a right click on the printer icon and select "Print Options".
    • If a "Printing shortcuts" tab is available, select the option "Print on Both Sides" or «print double-sided (Duplex)»
    • If 'Print shortcut' is not available, click the "Layout", "Includes" or "Finishing tab", depending on which tab is displayed in your version of the driver.
    • Locate the "Print on Both Sides" or "duplex printing" menu or an option, then the option link or page flip depending on whether you want the document reads like a brochure or a Tablet and save the settings.

That should do the trick. Let me know!

    See you soon

  • HP OfficeJet 7612 e - AIO: DUPLEX PRINTING OPTIONAL & STANDARD

    Hello

What does the 5.Lubrication Duplex printing means for HP OfficeJet 7612 e - AIO.

    Hello

This means that a user can choose to buy it separately (as an option).

The owner of a HP Officejet 7610 can buy the duplexer (optional) to activate automatic duplex printing.

The HP Officejet 7612 comes with the duplexer as standard (in box)

    Hope says.

  • Turn off Duplex printing in Microsoft Word

The dialog box to print in Word for Mac 2011 for the HP Officejet 4630 does not seem to provide one side or the duplex option. What Miss me? I want to disable duplex printing.

On the Mac print dialogbox, in the Middle, there is a tab that is editable, click on it and select "Layout", you will see a "Duplex" option, change to no.

  • OfficeJet 7210 all-in-one duplex problem

Since the Officejet 7210 connection to laptop running Vista Business, printing accessory 2 sides with rear tray is not recognized. I have been using the 990c for 2-sided Deskjet driver but it does not recognize the quarterdeck. Impossible to print photos using the quarterdeck, and when I try to load the photo paper 4 x 6 in the main tray, the image will print to the position of the center of an A4 page, not the location when the tray is adjusted to 4 x 6 (10 x 15 cm) stock AM. How can I activate the rear tray feed stock photo.

Is there an updated driver for the 7210 that supports the duplexer with rear tray or what other solution would you recommend?

Given that the duplexer and the rear tray were optional on the Officejet 7210 the default driver for them being "not installed".  Go to the printers, right click on device settings 7210, folder properties, Installation Options, and set the duplex unit and the rear tray installed, apply, OK.

This makes the rear must be accessible and you can try duplex printing.  You will probably need a patch to correct the print head back down when printing double-sided, it is available as described here.

  • scanning duplex hp officejet 8600

Hello!  I was wasting a ton of time trying to figure out how to scan duplex using HP officejet 8600.  Is there a driver or software, I need?  Now when I go to my settings of the printer in the Control Panel, it only shows my printer and fax. I don't really see an option to change the settings on my scanner.  Even if I can scan.  I want to be able to use the high plateau of the loader page to scan both sides.  (I plan on my teaching books everything on a USB for easy access and sharing.)  "This is the main purpose of me to have bought this printer.)

    Help, please!

What model 8600 Officejet do you have?  The Officejet 8600 more and Officejet 8600 Premium have ability to scan double-sided, the Officejet 8600 standard does not.  You can check from the Panel with the copy settings - most and Premium have an option to make the copies face 2:1 or 2:2 for the original and copies, the standard version has options for 1:1 and 1:2.

If you have the Officejet 8600 Plus or Premium, what operating system are you using?  How the connected printer - USB connected LAN or wireless LAN?

  • Reduced with the universal print driver in Windows 7 manual duplex function

On March 13, 2013, I downloaded the last PCL 6 Universal Printer driver for my Laserjet CP1518NI printer.   Manual duplex printing is now a mess!  In Windows XP, duplexing manual was available for Microsoft documents, but for them, it worked: if I chose to print on both sides, a pop-up window seem to remember to press 'OK' on the printer when it was time to print the second side. I could close this window without affecting the driver himself things correctly configured: he printed the pages first, in reverse order, collected if necessary and rotation so that when this side is complete, all I had to do was take pages on the output tray in put them directly in the input tray and then press OK on the printer, and the other next printed pages, in good order and the correct orientation.

Here's the worst: when you print a double-sided Word file, I now get a BOX of DIALOGUE MICROSOFT WORD asks me to press "OK" in the dialog box, not on the printer, when you are ready to start printing the second side.  With an open dialog, I can't work with other Word files to the end of the first side printing.

Is then the settings: apparently, I need to change the settings manually (not what I planned "Manual" Duplex would!) to learn how to print the first side (even pages) in reverse, reverse order / rotation, then the second side (odd pages) in normal order do not hit?  Do I have to change the settings before printing the second side?

If I don't make all the settings myself, it just prints odd pages in the wrong direction and DISORDER.  If I do all the settings myself, which is exactly the pilot done for me, other than preventing me from working on other documents, the document while current is printing?

I'm especially disappointed because the old driver worked very well.  I just updated the driver because of what turned out to be another problem.  Sigh.

In reading the manual. on page 35, it describes how to enable the feature if you have not already:

    http://h10032.www1.HP.com/CTG/manual/c01070718.PDF

According to the available information this process should not be performed by the driver. However, as I said above, almost all the settings you described I not know can be defined in MS Word. Back to history versions of the drivers, I see the same types of drivers that have been developed for Windows XP and the information I have shows that this function must not have changed.

In addition, similarly, you should be able to allow printing of greys through the preferences of printer or the printer properties Advanced.

I would like to know if this helps!

  • Print Officejet 6000 occupies more of the page when printing duplex

My printer is set by default to duplex print. Whenever I use my 6000 Officejet to print two-sided document printing starts just below it should be at the bottom of this page which he finished much lower than when printing a single page (from the same document).

For example: if I choose to print a page only from multiple paged it document prints fine, exactly as displayed on the screen. However if I choose to print pages 1 and 2 then printing starts at about 5mm below printing and print finishing 15 mm below where it should be. There is no difference in the width of the impression.

    Hi @Porky007,

    Welcome to the HP forums!

I understand that you are having problems printing duplex and I will certainly do my best to help once I have gathered a little more information

    1. what version of Windows or Mac do you have?
    2. is the printer connected via USB or wireless?
    3. what program you print from? Have you tried another program?
4 what even happened if you disable duplex printing?
    5. He made it for all pages or just one?

Once I have that information I'll certainly look more in things for you!

In the meantime, if you are using Windows, please download and run the HP print and Scan Doctor and see if it can detect problems for you

  • How manual duplex with OfficeJet 6500 has on Win7?

On Win7 with OfficeJet 6500 a (driver) there is no option Manual duplex (double-sided printing) in the print dialog box of the driver.

How can I perform manual duplex printing?

If this issue is left on the driver... Please add it to the rear in asap :-) Printer do not bother to buy without it.

    AmazingFactory,

You can see this post. It has some good information about the problem that you have posted on.

  • Print on the two option (duplex) sides missing Mac 10.8 for LaserJet Pro 200 M251nw

I just purchased and installed a printer LaserJet Pro 200 color M251nw.

From a Windows 7 machine, the properties of the printer box allows an option (I think on the finishing tab) for printing duplex (manual), which when used will then display a screen printing by telling you how to remove paper from the output tray and reload at the entrance, then press ok to continue with the other side of each print sheet.  I tried my laptop and it works fine.

Even if it is a manual process for this printer, I would really like to be able to do when printing from my Mac, but it doesn't seem to be a way to select duplex printing.  Is it possible to have this feature?  Is there something I need to set differently on the printer?  It would be really useful.  Thank you.

    Hello
The two-Sided feature reffer automatic two sided printing.
As the specific device provide printing manual duplex only, you can perform duplexing manual as follows:

In order to perform manual duplexing, Joanie you use the Pages to the printer setting, you will find listed in the manual duplex printing sectiong below:

  • HP Color Laser Jet Pro M452dw: no automatic duplexing after update driver

Installed the updated driver and software M452dw.  I can't print any documents usng the automatic duplex function.  I changed the printer properties from one side of 2 sides, but the feature screen always manual duplex printing.  I have been using automatic duplex printing since I bought the printer in November 2015.  Something must have gone wrong with the update or it does not update correctly.  Suggestions are welcome and/or corrective action to fix the configuration.

You will need to go to devices and printers and right click on the printer icon and scroll first and left click Properties. Now at the top of the page click on device settings and then scroll down to the duplex of change not installed and installable options at installed and apply and save the settings and it should now work as you wish.
