During the synchronization of my IPad to my Macbook, I get a message that th 'synchronization session failed to end' and the new photos in iphoto are not added to the ipad. The software is up to date and I tried to clear the cache.

I just purchased Adobe Acrobat Pro Student and Teacher Edition CD and tried to install it but I get a message that my sweet! wear is not up to date, I have OSX 10.7.5 and need 10.9 or higher. I tried to update the software, but I get a message that it is up-to-date.
Have you tried to upgrade the operating system? If so, then is there an error message you get when installing? Please share.

Safari maxes in a version of Mac OS x. New version of Mac OS x would be needed for the new version of Safari.
Firefox is not limited within an OSX and probably has a version that works. Chrome may as well but is a Devourer of resources. Opera is a third option.

This problem occurs because there is incorrect entries in the Shell folder of the user who is logged on to Microsoft Windows. When Windows Installer goes to the sale of Shell folder of the user who is logged on to the computer, Windows Installer cannot locate the correct entry. The solution is in http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/886549.
The steps to correct this problem involve editing the Windows registry. Change the settings of the REGISTRY can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from starting properly. Microsoft cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the REGISTRY settings configuration can be solved. Changes to these settings are at your own risk. Step 8 KB 886549 suggests that you also check the values in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders. However, by fixing my problem, I had not to change values in the registry key. If this does not work without the full procedure, follow ALL the steps in the referenced article.
