  Recently, I tried to reinstall Windows XP SP2 from an installation disc that came with my computer. Before reinstallation, it was under XP SP3.

  ·        You are able to boot into safe mode without any problem?

  ·        Did you do a fresh install with formatting or without formatting the hard drive?

  Method 1:

  I suggest you to disconnect all external peripheral devices that are connected on the system such as (printers, scanners, etc.) and check if you are able to boot to the desktop.

  Method 2:

  Step 1:

  I suggest to start in safe mode and check. Follow the steps mentioned below.

  a. restart the computer and keep tapping F8 until you reach the start menu.

  b. Select the startup options safe mode and press to enter.

  If you are able to boot into safe mode without any problems then, it might be a problem with the graphics card drivers that are installed on the system. I suggest to disable the video card drivers from the start in safe mode and then try to boot to the desktop and check.

  Step 2:

  To turn off the graphics card driver, follow the steps mentioned below.

  a. click on Start menu and click Control Panel.

  b. click System and click the Hardware tab.

  c. click the Device Manager button and right-click on the graphics card driver that is present.

  d. click on uninstall and then try to boot to the desktop and check.

  I recently bought an Alienware m18X R2, and I wanted to install windows 8 (new installation) on this subject. I go through the ordinary procedure and boot from disk or during the time to choose the main drive for the installation. None of the drives are visible (error. no driver drive drive-impossible to find discs), this is the same error that occurred when I resorted to a regular update. Kindly advice. I have 2 drive HARD 500 GB in RAID 0, and a 64 GB SSD to set caching.

It will show also all the names that the email is sent to even those included in the category of the BCC. This aspect of windows live mail must be addressed and corrected.

  When you try to send an email to one of my contacts this new version shows only a limited number of contacts.

  When we look in the contact application, all contacts are present and have not been filtered.  When sending an e-mail, a limited number of contacts are displayed.   Within the email application it is not possible to access the complete list contacts are displayed in the contacts application.

  This was never a problem until I updated.

  Any suggestions gratefully received.

  First of all, thanks a lot for taking the time and trouble to help out me.  It's really appreciated.

  After reflecting on your comments, I realized that I had not specified the problem.  It occurred to me that contacts being shown are only those for which I had an associated email.   He was actually from that where the "recent management of contacts" feature had stopped working.

  After some nosing around on the forum, it seems that there is a solution to this.  Using the power on top of the phone perform a reboot twice.  Then do a reset ONCE (i.e. press the two volume buttons down until it restarts).  Although it did not work the first time for me, I tried it again this morning, and he returned the feature.

  So problem solved.

  Nevertheless, many thanks for your useful suggestion because he made me push in this direction.

  Click the (+) sign next to Services and Applications > below, click on 'Services '.
  In the right, double-click 'RPC Remote Procedure Call ()'
  Make sure that the startup type is set to "Automatic" and click 'Start', and then click OK
  In the services pane, double-click "print spooler".
  Make sure that the startup type is set to 'Automatic', click 'Start' and click OK as well.

  Go to the location where your Lightroom Catalog is stored and remove .lock file (not .lrcat)

  By default, the catalog is stored in the Pictures\Lightroom folder.

  If they were purchased through the Kindle books (i.e. Amazon) you can open the Kindle application on your new iPad, if not already in the tap of the library the 3 bars on the high left and click library, and then tap cloud down, tap and hold any book in your library and then on download.
