  I accused several problems on my device.
  Symptoms:

  I suggest to create a new user account and check if that helps.

  Run the latest version of Captivate 9. When I publish the project to HTML 5, playback does not start on IE 11 or Edge (I tested it on two different computers of Win10). Just the wheel of perpetual rotation.

  The driver that you downloaded is a zip package.
  Unzip everything first.
  Then you will see a single .exe file in the unzipped folder.
  This exe file is also a package.
  Therefore, unzip the .exe file too.
  Right click on the exe file and select unpack here
  Now, you will have access to the files together. Now choose Setup.exe or Install.exe

  I understand you are trying to install apps on your SD card instead of internal storage.

  Unfortunately, this is not a feature available on any Android device that does not have root access.

  There are methods available, but most require rooting the device, or by using the APKs HP could not support or encourage.

  This problem occurs if a previous Windows Update process did not cause the computer to be in a corrupted state. This prevents the installation of any language pack.

  I suggest that you reset the Windows Update components and you try to install the pack of language, to check if it works.

  (2) look for each update code that begins with the letters "KB" and followed by a set of numbers (i.e. KB974234)
  3) click on the link for the download and then click on download and run. I think you have to accept an agreement, then click on continue or OK
  4) repeat for all downloads that you can not install
  (5) run Microsoft Update new and click search the updates and if updates have been installed successfully, they should no longer appear in the updates that must be installed.

  I don't know if it is not relevant or if it helped me succeed to install updates manually, but before I manually installed my updates I followed the instructions David_O posted under this threadhttp://social.answers.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/vistawu/thread/f3390e74-9961-4aae-8a05-554c1a9cf1a2?prof=required&lc=1033 . I have a number of things for you to look at.  First of all, your Background Intelligent Transfer Services set to Automaticand started and Windows Update ? Click full service scan, and then Quick scan (full scan takes a long time to complete). Try the patches.
