Dynadock U10 - USB mouse very slow in IE

Hello

Our customers have a problem with the Dynadock port replicator.

The mouse hangs or slow on Internet Explorer.
The dynadock is connected to a HP 4520 s computer laptop (Windows 7)

Tests that did not help:
-Virus/spyware test
-Windows updates / IE10
-New mouse directly connected to computer laptop, connected only to monitor and ethernet port replicator.
-

If we disconnect the dynadock problem is resolved...

Type: PA3575E-2PRP / series: 7B101664H

Y at - there no driver or firmware update to solve this problem?

Hello

As much as I know the Dynadock does not use any kind of firmware.
In order to use the Dynadock, you need to install a software and sound of Displaylink.

The latest version can be found here:
http://www.DisplayLink.com/support/downloads.php

* Note: * the software must be installed before you connect the dynadock

  • Response of the mouse very slow in AutoCAD - Fusion 3

I just installed a clean version of Fusion 3 and created a virtual machine with Windows 7.  After the installation of AutoCAD 2010, I have a big problem with the performance of the mouse.  The problem is that there is a significant delay in the reaction between the mouse and the pointer on the screen that I move it inside of the drawing space.  As soon as the pointer moves in the menu Ribbon above the drawing space, he moves normally.  It also moves normally in all other cases within the virtual machine.

I read some messages describing the erratic movements of the mouse, but this isn't the case.  Any thoughts on how to solve this problem would be highly appreciated.  As it is, it's unmanageable.

    Thank you!

If the mouse is still a little slow with 'Never optimize the mouse for games' the problem is surely a generic graphic performance problem since then in the main window drawing autocad draws the cursor of the mouse as normal graphics rather than using the path of accelerated mouse that is generally used.

I recommend to try changing the graphics settings in AutoCAD, try playing around with enabling/disabling 3d acceleration in AutoCAD if possible, otherwise you can try to change the global setting of virtual machine to toggle the 3d in Fusion.

  • Satellite Pro L670 - 11 d and Dynadock U10 problem re-docking station

This my first post on this forum - I hope I have the right category.

We have a user with a Satellite Pro L670 - 11 d attached to a port replicator Dynadock U10 USB.

Everything seems fine, except when press us the disconnect button (or select eject Dock) the laptop leaves the great.
However when we try to anchor (for example after a meeting of bureau) it does not recognize the usb connection and docking station won't. We usually have to restart at this point. We are attentive to reconnect to the same usb port.

Has anyone seen this problem and know a fix?

    Thank you

    David

    Hello

Have you noticed this problem only under this Dynadock U10 or perhaps with the external USB HDD too?
In my opinion, it sounds a bit like the issue of the BONE and not like the Dynadock question.

I would recommend this control by using a USB HDD.
Connect the USB HDD to the USB port as well.
Then, disconnect the USB HDD and unplug the laptop HARD drive. Reconnect the HARD drive and check if the HARD drive would be connected again.
If the same thing would happen with HARD drive, you should check the USB port
Maybe the chipset driver will need to be updated

But if the HARD drive is raccorderaient ok and if the question does not seem to be using the HARD drive, then, it would be necessary to check the Dynadock maybe reinstall the Dynadock from the software again.

  • Very slow ARD mouse movements

When checking my jobs local (same LAN) in ARD in macOS Sierra the mouse movement is very slow, are not smooth at all and the STI jumping cursor.

This was never the case with ARD in the previous versions of OS X as El Capitan. I use the exact same settings and configuration. Control ARD clients so got very boring now under Sierra.

Any ideas or others facing the same behavior?

    Thanks for your comments.

I'm really the only one having trouble with the mouse under ARD here?

I have a LAN local 1GbE very significant without bottleneck and change the color in ARD in black and white Mode has no influence at all for the risk mouse movement.

  • Except if it is started in safe mode, Firefox is very slow; keyboard, mouse, etc.

When you start Firefox normally the keyboard and mouse input is very slow. The videos are restless with her interruption. Scrolling is almost impossible. When you start in safe mode, Firefox works fine. Internet Explorer works well as Thunderbird. Have
tried to update Firefox and disabling modules.

Hello Paulkh, please disable graphics hardware acceleration.

You will have to perhaps restart Firefox for it to take effect, so save any work first (e.g. you compose mail, documents online that you are editing, etc.).

    Then perform the following steps:

    1. Open the Firefox Options tab as follows, click on the menu button

      and select ' Options.

    2. In the Options of Firefox tab, click the Advanced tab, and then select general.
    3. You will find in the list of parameters, the checkbox use hardware acceleration when available . Uncheck this box.
    4. Now restart Firefox and see if the problems persist.

This solve your problems? Please report to us!

    Thank you.

  • Given that downloading Firefox, my mouse is sticky and MSN games are hard to play and very slow to download. Any suggestions?

I checked the system, apparently the mouse works fine. The games are very slow to download, and it is almost impossible to play because the mouse is so slow.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/tools > Modules > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is the cause of the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/tools > Modules > appearance).

    • Do NOT click on the reset button on the start safe mode window or make changes.

Try disabling hardware acceleration in Firefox.

  • How can I solve very slow scrolling with the mouse when you press the command key? (MacBook Pro, Lion, no problem when using trackpad, no problem with other web browsers, other mice have the same problem)

Scrolling speed is fine, but when you press the command key and then it becomes very slow.

He does it with a mouse, but not with the trackpad.
It does when the modules are disabled.
No problem on Safari or Chrome.
    No problem on PC.

I think it all started when I went form a MacBook with Snow Leopard on a MacBook Pro with Lion.

Any help would be much appreciated.

    Thanks in advance!

You use the mouse wheel to scroll?

There are some prefs mousewheel, which control the behavior when you press the modifier keys.

You can set the key to the action of each to 0 for normal scroll.

    See http://kb.mozillazine.org/About:config_entries #Mousewheel.

I have a late 2009 iMac. When I tried to upgrade to El Capitan. He said that the CHIP shows the h/d is a failure and can not be updated. I have install an external withEl of h/d Cap but it is very slow. the h/d is USB 3 but the iMac's USB 2. the h/d is only 5400 RPM. a 7200 RPM 7 / would accelerate the iMac?

No, because the limiting factor is the computer is USB 2.0, which is how it connects any external drive apart the external drive. As USB 2.0 is much slower, there is no real advantage to a 7200 RPM drive. What you need is a Firewire enclosure that supports FW800 which is much faster than USB 2.0.

  • Port Replicator III + very high CPU when you move the usb mouse only in W2k

Tecra M2 with a port replicator III +.

It is set to dual boot XP and Windows 2000 (yes I know it is well a bit but I have a bunch of stuff installed in win2k it is difficult to find these days).

XP is very good at 100%, but with win 2000 if I use my * USB mouse * on the * ports port replicator and waggle the mouse around - the * CPU * jumps from 0 to * 70 + % * use (System process that seems indicatates like IRQ problem). If I plug the mouse into the ports of the laptop (when the laptop is connected) - it's fine, no more than 5% cpu usage. It's a microsoft basic mouse. I really believe that this is a problem of usb any, because the cpu jumps a little if I type quickly on my usb keyboard (only a few %). It comes with the usb ports on all the Replicator.

Any ideas? I don't really want to plug my mouse in the morning because it beats a little interest to have a docking station in the first place! I have installed mobile extensions. All other aspects of the replicator are fine

    Martin

Huh it will not be easy to find the right explanation for this.
At the moment when Tecra M2 has been offered on the market as Replicator port compatible Toshiba offered Toshiba Advanced Port Replicator III (no +) and at that time both supported in operating system has been tested with it.

Toshiba later designed Toshiba Advanced Port Replicator III + and confirmed the compatibility with Tecra M2, but obviously with more recent WXP (at this time).
So now, you've been following situation: you use most recent Replicator port, but with much older operating system so I assume that there may be a compatibility issue with W2K.

I can't imagine use you so often with W2K and if so, may not be so problematic to connect the mouse directly on the cell s USB port.

Sorry, but I don't think that there is nothing you can do about it.

  • USB mouse will not be in service to initialize the top when used through Dynadock on Satellite Pro U200

The USB mouse not is won't boot on initialize top when used through Dynadock on Satellite Pro U200. If the mouse is reinstalled on the Dynadock it works fine. I use a Kensington Valuoptical USB mouse. I tried the alternative kensington mouse and had the same problem. Can someone tell how to fix this?

    Hi Jeremy

Unfortunately I don't have a solution to your problem, but it can also be a technical limitation. I'm also interesting to buy this docking station and I would like to know if there is the same problem with memory external HDD or USB sticks.

  • HP Elitebook 8570p - Windows XP USB very slow and the transfer rate performance issues.

Hello. I was wondering if anyone else knows some performance issues with the HP Elitebook 8570p and Windows XP Pro - SP3.

I get a VERY slow start, general poor performance (waiting time when opening files and programs).

I asked to burn in tests that show that everything is good.

USB transfer rates are VERY slow (tried all ports of a Seagate FreeAgent USB drive, which works fine on other laptops etc.) for example a 30-minute transfer a 7gig single file of the USB HD on the desktop. Only 3 minutes to do the same on another laptop.

I think there are problems with the drivers, like Windows 7 works very well and does boot from a bootable USB.

USB transfer rate are also good when starting from a Windows boot environment.

I installed HP SoftPaq Download Manager, and all the drivers are up to date.

    Hello:

I think outside of the box here... Select the Intel (r) 7 Series Chipset Family SATA AHCI Controller instead.

If it does not, I raise the white flag.

  • When I transfer files from my hard drive on a USB flash drive, the transfer rate is very slow, about 250 KB / second. Is it possible to increase the speed of transfer rate

When I transfer files from my hard drive on a USB flash drive, the transfer rate is very slow, about 250 KB / second. Is it possible to increase the speed of transfer rate

depends on the speed, support USB 2.0, USB 2.0 ports, and with active BIOS settings

    (2) you can increase the speed, if your motherbaord has a USB 3.0 port and must be enabled in the BIOS
