  I have a file that contains the narration. The contents appear gradually on the stage reading of the narrative.

  On the first image, I have added a dynamic textfield, I called: soustitrage_txt (would be "caption_txt" in English).

  On another layer, on the same frame, I added this code:

  I need to show the first sentence around the 115 frame, in which I entered this code on my "action layer":

  A positive point, the text is displayed (yay!), but the negative is that the formatting does not work...

  Finally, when I want to move to the next sentence, around the frame 195, I get the same code (with only a variable to call another name):

  soustitrage_txt. Text = _global.myData.phrase2;

  And now it shows me "undefined"... :/

  Here is an overview of my external text file (I translated it... since it is in French normally):

  If you place these signs at the end, followed by a carriage return as you seem to be by what you posted, don't do it. Keep them adjacent to the variables that they define.

• Change the text color with the eyedropper tool

  I've seen cc Photoshop tutorials where you can change the text color by using the eyedropper tool on the color swatch Panel. When the text is selected and the color swatch Panel is open. When I chose is which color I want out the color swatch Panel all them it does to change the foreground color and return to the soil box, why it changes the color of the text, as I have seen in tutorials?

  When highlighted often is difficult to tell what color the text. You can work around this by doing the above, pressing ctrl-H or cmd - H on the keyboard and the highlight will be removed, but the text remains selected. Its exactly the same procedure that you use to make the mobile dotted lines disappear just leaving an active selection. Obviously the text tool must be still in use for all this to work with text.

• Flash CC does not correctly change the text in a dynamic text. Help!

  in the actionscript code that I wrote:

  When the program runs, you expect the word "Hi" is displayed instead of 'Hello.' What actually happens is only the h comes up. I did it with the longer text and especially it doesn't show. Sometimes, to show anything. Sometimes here and there the letters appear.

• Two quick questions (hopefully) - right way to dynamically change the CSS class and put of Splash screen implemented

  Couple of quick questions have left me speechless!

  So, it seems obvious that many JavaFX applications want to dynamically change the CSS styles.  Is the best way to do it through la.getStyleClass () .add ("classname") < node >?  The underlying data structure is a list of observable.  So let's say we have 5 styles that simply to change the fill color of a circle of 5 different colors, respectively.  So if I have a condition in which I want to dynamically apply 1 of these 5 styles, as I do now it's by setting all 5 styles as a string in a list by using a static initializer, then I call < node > .getStyleClass () .removeAll (list), then getStyleClass () .add ("classname").  I do this to avoid adding again and still the same style and inflate the underlying list.  What is the right way to manage dynamic CSS styles?

  Finally a very simple I think.  So I know there's a little differently to implement a splash screen.  My app has certainly got bigger in the last few months of development and I noticed there are about a 5 second delay between when I run the application when I see the main stage.  I was thinking what a splash screen would be nice to fill that time.  I had no time to prototype using a Preloader and I fear that using another, early stage start-up again would be too long of a delay.  "I actually thought that using the Nice and simple JVM argument" - splash: image name > "would be simple, easy and effective.  Unfortunately when I try to do, the splash screen appears but never goes away.  Anyone know what is happening with this?

  Your mechanism to manage the css style classes is a good approach; I've used several times. I wonder why the style classes have been implemented as a list, instead of a game, but there may be cases of good use for the use of a list.

  In some cases you can also consider using CSS PsuedoClasses, which were presented in JavaFX 8. Here is a little easier to use, especially if you have two options. But a use case might look like:

  I have a dynamic textfield, which lies in a graph, and based on this graphic I designed a movieclip with interpolations of fade-in and bland-out of this graph.
  
  However, when I play the movieclip (ctrl + enter) and I want to change the text in the textfield with textMovieclip.textfield.text = "NewText"; the text is correctly set, but the textfield object disappears from the display. When I play this movieclip with the defaulttext I put in the textfield (without changing this text) everything works fine.
  
  Fonts required are integrated, I is not serious if I change the text before playing the movieclip or after and textfield is not only in the back behind the scenes. And for example to change the color of the defaulttext works without any problem.
  
  What have I forgotten? Do I have to put another value also?

  It's not like you have activated your textfield object autoSize property. or is your hidden textfield? and using something else than a simple 'u' in music and about?

• Acrobat Standard DC - can't change the text and text box properties

  Earlier this week, I lost the ability to change the properties of the text and text boxes.

  When I add a comment with a text box or in the text caption, I do all the time, I used to be able to change the font color, size, alignment, etc.

  Now, when I go to insert a text box or the legend, all the options in the properties bar are grayed out.

  This issue effects ONLY the text in the box and the caption functions. all the other drawing functions work very well. I can change the color, fill and the type of lines around the text, I can just change the text.

  Any suggestions?

• Cannot change the text box.

  Adobe Acrobat DC recently auto updated to the latest version, and it seems that the new version does not change the text boxes.

  The screenshot below shows what I mean.  I added a text box and pointed the police to change the size / font style / color, but it is gray just to go out in the toolbar properties (Ctrl + E)

• Dynamically change the cursor?

  I want to be able to change the cursor that appears when I rollover text. Basically, I have text/button that can only be clicked when another action has been performed, I wish that this button at the start have the default cursor, and then change the cursor/pointer when the user has run this other action.

  Is it possible to dynamically change the cursor through the code?

• change the text between the loops

  I have to update an ad that has been previously created. The original pub consists of a picture and a text and logos which loop two times then stops. Publication constraints require the announcement that two loops and a certain amount of time and stop at the end of the second loop - this was done in the original pub. The customer asked where a banner appears in the ad with specific information ('apply now for the half of January... (''), changes to information in the second rotation (loop) of the ad ("at an open house date") I'm trying to find a way to do it given the limit to two loops and a time constraint. I had to condense and edit the first draft to address the constraints, so I'm not sure that I can do almost anything with the timeline? Is this a problem of action script?

  While Actionscript could be used to solve the problem, it is not necessarily the only solution.  You could spend with two loops and extend the timeline for the equivalent length of two loops, and change the text in the second half, repeat all that happens twice during this extended period of time.

  To take an Actionscript approach to solve, you can do a simple logic check to change the text.  There are several approaches, you could take, being...  Start with the (dynamic) textfield is empty.  First check if the textfield object contains the first loop of the text and if it then assigns the second loop, but if not, assign the first text.

  I need help with a problem with "FindChangeByList":

  I want to change the text with special elements (and more than one element),

  for example: color: black AND italic AND subscript

  (high, critical, or small caps)

  and change in a character format that I have before defineted

  (lets call it for example "01 - xyz").

  As I understand it, I can do it with GREP and 'FindChangeByList-sript.

  But what should remain here '?

  The problem is that the legend IS NOT change the text of the caption, if it runs on THE SERVER. If I change it to run it on the client (for example, Acrobat 9, PDF overview of LC Designer) it does not work.

  Set your renderAtClient on no. or false (I don't know the specific parameter). If you leave it in auto, then you allow the form to decide (form properties/Deafults). If the form is dynamic, then by default it will render to the client and not the server.
