E-mails are stored are no longer under each email address (I have several), they have now all appear in sent

I have about 6 email addresses and have the Inbox folders and feels unique to each address. From a few days that my mails is no longer ago fall into the sent individual files, I can only access to the higher level of envoys. Ideally, I would like to keep unique e-mails for each email address.

Try:
View > folders > all the

If this does not correct the situation, check account settings:
Tools > accounts settings
or
Right-click on the name of the e-mail account in the folder pane and select "settings".

Select "Copies & folders" for the e-mail account.

If POP:
Select "place a copy in.
Select ' sent folder on "and the name of the e-mail account.

IF IMAP
Select "place a copy in.
Select the folder 'Other' and sent to the e-mail account name.

If Imap and gmail:
Do not select the following as gmail will automatically be put in the "sent" folder in gmail.
Uncheck the box: "Place a copy in.

Do this for each e-mail account.
Click "OK" to save and close the account settings.

    What you were doing was to occupy the office with the files.  Right-click on the Start button and select Explorer.  Then in Explorer navigate to the office on the left in the list of folders.  Then to the right, go to view | Details and you should see then the entire list of files on the desktop and you can prune from there.

    Windows 7 supports filename up to 260 characters. I would ask you to decrease the characters in the file name and then try to copy the files.

    Let us, run disk checking hard disk utility and then check.
    Here's how:
    1. open the computer by clicking the Start button, click computer.
    2. click on the drive you want to check, and then click Properties.
    3. click on the Tools tab and then, under check for errors, click Find now. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
    To automatically repair problems with files and folders that the scan detects, select automatically fix file system errors. Otherwise, the disk check will be a problem, but not to fix them.
    To perform a thorough check, select search and attempt to recover bad sectors. This analysis tries to find and repair physical errors on the disk itself, and it may take much longer to complete.
    To check for errors file and the physical errors, select both automatically fix errors in file system and search for and attempt recovery of bad sectors.
    4. click on start.
     
     
    Depending on the size of your drive, it may take several minutes. For best results, do not use your computer for any other tasks while it checks errors.
     
    Important: Running chkdsk on the drive if bad sectors are found on the disk hard when chkdsk attempts to repair this area if all available on which data can be lost.

    Use ctrl + u to see the source of the message. I think that you will find no sign of the mailto: source, which means it is added to display the link for you. Since it is internal and private to Thunderbird (unless you can prove that it really is in the source of the message), then I don't see how it affects your server. Your server is not looking at Thunderbird, is it?

    If you do a Get Info (command - I) on Mail and Maps applications, what version numbers do you see?

    Try a reboot.

    Make a backup using Time Machine or a cloning program, to ensure that data files can be recovered. Two backups are better than one.

    Try to set up another admin user account to see if the same problem persists. If back to my Mac is enabled in system preferences, the guest account will not work. The intention is to see if it is specific to an account or a system wide problem. This account can be deleted later.

    Isolate a problem by using a different user account

    If the problem is still there, try to start safe mode using your usual account.  Disconnect all devices except those necessary for the test. Shut down the computer and then put it up after a 10 second wait. Immediately after hearing the startup chime, hold down the SHIFT key and continue to hold it until the gray Apple icon and a progress bar appear. Startup is considerably slower than normal. This will reset some caches, forces a check for directory and disables all start-up and connection, among other things. When you restart normally, the initial restart may be slower than normal. If the system is operating normally, there may be 3rd party applications that pose a problem. Try to delete/disable the third-party applications after a reboot using the UN-Installer. For each disable/remove, you need to restart if you do them all at once.
