Ease of access Option of Vista

Hello, grateful for the help of anyone who is familiar with Compaq Presario Vista desktop.

Before connect you, I have opportunity to ease of access Box.I decided to try the best contrast. Now, I'm sorry because with the black background screen and words in blue or green, I missed out on the opportunity to use some functions. How can I disable the see more contrast? I just want back into normal white again, but it will not cancel. Help and support on the screen doesn't have an answer. I couldn't find the answer elsewhere. Called Microsoft and was told to call HP. Can someone explain in simple terms how I can cancel or turn the feature off? Thank you in advance.

Open > Control Panel and then ease of access. Try to reset everything.

    Every time I log on the Narrator dialog box automatically appears. I just tried to use this tool of accessibility in family Vista premium, but now I won't be there automatically at windows startup. I went to the control panel and go to the ease of access, but there is no button to turn it off. Any ideas on how to do it? Thanks in advance.

    Hello

    Try this: go to control panel-> Ease of Access Center-> explores accessibility-> all settings-> use the computer without a display. Clear the checkbox by turn the narrator and click Save.

    Please tell me if it worked.

    Hi BeatriceCalvacca,

    Welcome to the Microsoft community where you can find all the answers related to windows. Looks like you have problems with the bottom once you have clicked on an option in the ease of access.

    First of all, let's change the accessibility settings:

    1. click on start, then click Control Panel.
    2. click on "Ease of access", then click on 'accessibility '.
    3. click on "make the computer easier to see.
    4. in the accessibility Control Panel window, scroll down and under "Doing things on the screen easier to see," clearly the box "Remove background images (sicettedonneeestdisponible).
    5. click on OK.

    Now, let's go and switch back to the Windows Vista default theme:

    1. right click on the desktop, and then click Customize.
    2. under "Themes Aero", click on "Windows vista".

    This should return the display to the default settings, how you can customize your office again.

    I hope this helps. If you have any other questions feel free to respond and we would be happy to help.

    Go to start / Control Panel / ease of Access / make the computer easier to see / and uncheck the high contrast option (uncheck all buttons just to be sure).  Reboot and it should no longer apply.

    If this does not work (or it is not already configured), here is another possible way it starts depending on the way in which you set up your color schemes.  Although the article is to know how to market, choose an option of no - high contrast should work to turn it off. http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-vista/Turn-on-High-Contrast-and-change-the-settings.

    Vista recovery media obtain and/or use the Partition Recovery Vista on your computer to the factory settings .

    There is no Vista free download legal available.

    Contact your computer manufacturer and ask them to send a recovery disk/s Vista set.

    Normally, they do this for a cost of $ small.

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    In addition, ask them if you have a recovery Partition on your computer/laptop to restore it to factory settings.
    See if a manual provided with the computer or go to the manufacturer's website, email or you can call for information on how to make a recovery.
    You have to press F10 or F11, Acer is normally Alt + F10 at startup to start the recovery process...
    Another way I've seen on some models is press F8 and go to a list of startup options, and launch a recovery of standards of plant with it, by selecting the repair option.
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

    Also ask them if it is possible to do the recovery disk/s for the recovery Partition in case of a system Crash or hard drive failure.

    They will tell you how to do this.

    Every computer manufacturer has their own way of making recovery disk/s.

    See you soon.

  • Access to the ease of access Center

  • Attached to ease of access (a female voice) Narrator voice?

    There is only a single Narrator (female voice) attached to ease of access. I want to change to a man with a Scottish accent clear voice. How can I do this? Is it possible to download and add additional voices to the stories of accessibility?

    A standard installation of Vista only comes with the voice of Anna Microsoft available as a choice for ease of access Narrator. You can change the volume, speed and the height of this voice. More details on this procedure here.

    Additional voices can be selected if they meet the standard SAPI 5 . There are several voice Narrator of third party available for purchase/download/installation. Your request for a 'voice of a man with a Scottish accent light' seems to narrow the field down, but you should be able to find what you are looking for with a bit of research. Be sure to specify SAPI 5 in any search you make.

    You could start your search here.

  • "Ease of access" appears on the screen to login as I type my password.

    Whenever I try to log into Windows 7 Pro on my laptop.  The "accessibility" dialog as I type my password, and the letter I type when it pops up is not entered in the password field.  I tried to go into the control panel accessibility using the administrator account, disable all the accessibility features by clicking "Edit administrative settings" and check "apply all settings in the paper on the desk."

    This does not solve the problem.  Is there an OFFICIAL way to COMPLETELY disable ease of access?  I saw a few apps that claim to replace system files to get rid of him, but I'd rather not go that route.  At this point, I wouldn't be able to something that is clearly a product that people are complained about during some time in Vista.

    Thank you for your help.

    It is a problem of HP. When it is connected to a remote device or a server, once you return to your local office or lock the pc using remote desktop, the HP PC will act as if the windows key key, this causing shortcuts to act, "WIN + u" being easy access shortcut.

  • Disabled volume after changing a parameter in the ease of access

    * Original title: Volume disabled

    Hello

    I use an Asus laptop having Windows 7. Until yesterday, I found everything is fine but as and when I started my laptop today a few hours back & I was looking for "Easy access" option useful for blind, deaf and others who cannot use their keyboard / mouse. So, for the experience, I scored an of these option and then every now and then whenever I click on /open whatever it is windows 'blink' and then works as usual.

    But the real problem begins now, when I started the song there were no sound, I thought that maybe song damaged file so I started the other file & verified even with the video file but everything happened is that I can't find any noise.

    I even checked volume with button volume and to people with disabilities, all other parameters I did earlier for "ease of access" then also audio remains disabled.

    I googled for solutions and also checked with the game and options of the audio, video controller in Device Manager, but again, I have not found any hope. I tried to test the sound / speaker, but it comes after the message "the device is used by another application" but I don't know which application uses this program in the background like on the surface, there is no application running.

    Please give me the solution as soon as POSSIBLE. If there is no problem of driver / all parameters necessary for change / nothing else.

    Hello

    Thank you for the update on the issue.

    Try to put the internal speaker as default playback device and see if it makes a difference. See the steps below to set the speaker as default playback device.

    a. click Start, type Sound in the box to start the search.
    b. click on his research at the top of the start menu.
    c. click the read tab notice the check mark next to the default device. For most users, the default device is internal speakers. Make sure that the audio settings are configured as expected.

    Keep us.
