I want to know how to report technical issues to the Technical Support of Skype for the Skype App for Samsung TV and the only thing available is the community, but the community does not design issues or user settings/options missing in a Skype app - please where can I report the problem and demand a mechanism to stop the Skype app on my Samsung TV to allow the world to connect to my LAN through open pNp ports that I can stop normally in the desktop version by disabling uPNP in advanced settings, but no such possibility exists and I need a solution, search for uPnP and Samsung TV community and you can find my post here, if you are searching for uPnP you will see people post questions on this topic but no Skype responded or gave advice.

• Problems with Skype on Samsung Galaxy Note application

  Hi all

  I use the app on the Android Market and facing two problems Skype:

  (1) video of the person on the other end is not always in the mode full screen.

  It is intermittent and go full screen sometimes by himself. At other times, it is not.

  (2) when the headphones are connected to the phone and I receive or make a call on Skype, the call goes on the speaker phone and not on the listener. I need to remove the earphone Jack and replugin for Skype to take the call on the headset

  (3) my own video box is sometimes empty even if the other person can see my video.

  I have to cut the video and turn it back on to see my own video.

  I checked with someone else using Skype on Galaxy Note and she is facing the same problems.

  All users meet these bugs? Any idea of a fix for this solution?

  Hi all, I made several unsuccessful attempts to call via skpe using my s3. I installed Skype for Android and my voice to others calls are cut off, indicating that the other party is busy despite their profile being active. I know what I have tested with family and they are certainly online but I can't seem to get through to them. However, I was able to send ims and receive their calls.

  Due to many problems with Skype on my Samsung UE40ES8000 TV previously, I decided to update the firmware on the TV.

  Since then, I uninstalled and tried to reinstall many times. The problem is, it never ends install. If I turn the TV market once again, when I look for the Skype app is not there.

  I noticed that the application Skype in Samsung Apps is pretty old (August 2012 I think).

  Anyone with the same problem?

  OK I wanted to just anyone interested know that this problem has been resolved by connecting to the TV using my Samsung account - I was not connected to the start of this issue. All works surprisingly well now!

  I use Skype on Samsung Galaxy A5 (A500FU) and I can not start a group call / or call groups like the button 'call' in the upper right corner is missing. Same problem with group video calls (call button is missing).

  Skype has solved the problem in version 7.01.0.669 of 31.05.2016. After the update the Group calls (video & audio) work correctly.

  I must say that I am really impressed with their customer service. I explained the problem in detail and in the next update, the problem has been resolved. All people using Skype on Samsung Galaxy A5 will be very happy

  I also have Android 4.3 and the same version of Skype.

  When you connect the headset, Skype seems to work. Without the wired headset, Skype does not work.

  I called technical support Dell and support, said that the problem should be resolved with the next version of Android - 4.4 (Kit - Kat).

  See also, June 2 post about audio from Skype. Also, another Member of the community of Dell said it works with Android 4.4.
