• Captivate CS4: Cannot load or save the project home page

  I have some licenses of the eLearning suite 1, including Adobe Captivate CS4. It works on different computers and OS, I installed, but on the last set of the computer, we received (ASUS U30JC + WIN 7 64BITS), I have an unresolved bugs.

  When I launch the app (in admin mode) and get to the homepage (where I could choose a project to load, or a new project of theme), I can't LOAD everything. CP file, if I choose to launch to save, I can't SAVE it...

  If all goes well, I was able to start a blank project, then I could get seriously into CS4 Captivate.

  It seems to be really tied to the ASUS U30JC series, not specifically for Win7 64 bit, as I tested it Captivate on the same operating system in an older Sony SR29, it works very well.

  May be due to the Nvidia 310 M graphics card?

  When Captivate 4 was built, Windows 7 has not yet launched, even if you check the minimum system requirements for Captivate 4, you will find Windows 7 is not taken in charge, attached screenshot:

• box says "Do you use Yahoo toolbar on multiple computers" cannot get rid of the box. Do not accept the entry or nearby!

  What security software do you have?

  It is possible that your firewall or other security software blocks or limit Firefox or plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after the detection of changes (update) for the Firefox program.

  Delete all rules for Firefox and the plugin-container in the permissions list in the firewall and allow your firewall to ask permission to get access full and unrestricted, again to install for Firefox and the plugin-container and the update process.

• Cannot load Windows 7 - Satellite C660 guard freezing

  This is a biggy. I have a Toshiba AMD Vision Satellite C660 / C660D laptop without Windows installation disc. Last week, it has become very slow, the interface resembles that of the interface of safe mode, then finally, he became completely unresponsive, therefore, through F8 on start-up I selected the option to return to the factory settings (I have this option)

  I have very limited knowledge of loading operating systems, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

  First of all, it was a big mistake NOT to create a recovery disk Toshiba.
  The recovery of HARD drive that you were able to start pressing F8, is only possible if the HARD drive is not defective.
  I think in your case I think that there is something wrong with the HARD drive because there was a Bishop of startup notification which means that this laptop can not find a boot manager to boot the system.

  I have no other idea about trying to reinstall the system using the Toshiba Recovery disk or another drive in Windows 7 (of course if you have one)
  If the recovery fails, you will need to investigate on how much material could be affected. I think in this case it of needed to start with HARD disk check.
  Possibly the HARD drive needs to be replaced. Of course it is possible that I m wrong part is affected, but at the first step you should check the new installation of the OS.

  You cannot use AE for this kind of things. Outside very limited real-time EI functionality it has not yet officially a dynamic performance of preload beyond the evalFile() hack. None of this makes no sense at all.
