  I bought a laptop 2 days ago and has a windows 7 Home Basic 64-bit operating system. but the pre installed ms office programs were only of ms word and ms great.  is not supposed to have the office programs ms integer?

• Word and Excel files saved in Office 2007 and from 1997 to 2003. It will open in Windows 7 or 8?

  I have saved as .doc or .docx Word documents and Excel documents saved as .xls or .xlsx due the fact that I use Windows XP for 10 years.  I know that I am facing with probably have to buy a new laptop - Windows 7 or 8 or 8.1, do not know what is in the future.

  I just want to know if my Word and Excel documents will open and be able to be changed on a computer that is not XP such as Windows 7 or 8, etc..  I appreciate any help anyone can provide.  Thank you.

• Microsoft Word and Excel (2010) do not appear when you attempt to associate file types with applications.

  Word and Excel are installed and are working on the new computer from my parents.  They have the word 'old' and the files whose file extensions are not associated with Word or Excel is excellent.  If they open Word (or Excel), they can then open these old files successfully.  On the other hand, if they double-click on the file, the popup shows the type of file is not associated with an application.  When asked to choose an application to associate, the list does not include Word or Excel.

  The same is true when you use the programs Start/Default/associate a file type or Protocol with a program.  Word and Excel are not shown as applications installed on this computer.

  I did an uninstall and reinstall, and the old word files and excellent files are still not associated.  I was then able to associate using the types of programs/associate of start/default etc..  So I think I'm good to go.  This occurs naturally, and it was a big pain.  Not what you want to experience, unfortunately, visitors.

  1. do you get an error message when you access Windows Office?

  2. what version of Microsoft office are you using?

  3 did you material or recent software before the show?

  I suggest you try the following steps if you are using Microsoft office 2013.

  Step 1: mounting to repair Office 2013:

  Repair the installation of Office 2013 and then try to open Office applications and check:

  a·         Go to the control Panel <> programs and features.

  b·         List programs, click with the right button on Microsoft Office 2013 and click Edit.

  c·         Highlight the repair option, and then click continue.

  d·         Once the repair is complete try to open the Office application and check.

  Step 2: Uninstall and reinstall Office 2013 program:

  Delete the installation files Office 2013 by using the Microsoft troubleshoot article and then try to install the 2013 in the House and the student function:

  Note: If you have a 64-bit operating system then download the fixit tool save it on the system and then try to run the fixit of the saving location.

  Once the uninstall is complete, reboot the system and then try to install Office 2013 and check.

• "The file is not found" error message when you try to view recent items list for word and excel files

  Title files: original vista on the recent items list does not open

  My question previous (25/02/2016 09:44) problems with the HP Solution Center has been resolved today - I can open the program and I can scan.

  But now I can not print word and excel files - the paper is completely empty. I can print emails from google, but they are difficult to read.

  In Control Panel, devices and printers, I have until now had a HP printer: HP0BAC44 (HP Photosmart Premium C309g-m) but now I also have the printer: HP Photosmart Premium C309g-m (Standard). Who would have something to do with the problem? I tried printing from two of them, but the result is the same as mentioned above.

  P.S. There is no windows 2007. You mean Microsoft Office 2007.

  According to why do install you Office 2007. If you reason must be able toOPEN doc and excel attachments, and does NOT on Word or Excel programs, then you lose your money. You have2 FREE viewers who will open the doc, and excel attachments.
