El Capitan 10.11.3 calendar in double Exchange items

Just updated to 10.11.3.  Using calendar for icloud and Exchange Server accounts.   iCloud works very well, but the calendar is now duplicate all the individual events of the exchange calendar.  Tried to remove the account and restart - no luck.  Tried to delete the cache of the calendar, after which all the calendars have disappeared and could not take him back up what I replaced the file cache (?).    Tried again to delete the cache files using these instructions:

--

  1. Quit/iCal calendar.
  2. Make backup copies of these files before you delete them.
  3. Remove the cache of calendar is available here:
    ~/Library/calendars/calendar cache
~/Library/caches/com. Apple.iCal (if these files exist)

If there are additional questions, the following can also be useful:

  1. Quit/iCal calendar.
  2. Make backup copies of these files before you delete them.
  3. Delete the directory of events found here:
    ~/Library/calendars / *. Calendar/Events
  4. Delete the files preferences of the application here:
    ~/Library/preferences/com. Apple.iCal.plist
~/Library/Preferences/com. Apple.iCal.Helper.plist (if this file exists)

---

and now the calendar plant just whenever it opens.  Put accounts were used to disable icloud and Exchange.

Can anyone help please?

TY

Repair the hard drive and permissions - El Capitan

HD recovery start:

Restart the computer and after the buzzer, press on and hold down the COMMAND and R until the menu screen appears.

Repair

When the recovery menu appears, select disk utility and press the continue button. Disk utility charges and select Macintosh HD entry indented from the list on the left.  Click the first aid tab in the toolbar... If disk utility reports any errors that have been corrected, then re-run first aid until no errors are reported. Wait until the operation is complete, then quit disk utility and return to the main menu. Select restart from the Apple menu.

Upgrade to El Capitan - 'Contacts' are empty, 'Calendar' is empty.

Already running OS X 10.8.5. Used storage iCloud. Do not use the iPhone or the Apple tablets.

My memory, when I upgraded to El Capitan, I did not allow iCloud for Contacts or calendars. I thought this would upgrade find my old account information and data files on my HARD drive and shoot those in the new version of Mac applications.

After upgrade, I opened system preferences > iCloud - - Photos, Mail, Contacts, calendars, reminders were all deselected - seems right.

Then I opened the request for calendars, preferences > tab accounts - there is a seizure of the iCloud accounts and gmail accounts entry - nothing is activated. I have selected my gmail account in preferences of calendars and enabled - voila, the linked google calendar entries appeared on my calendar from Apple. But I still have no entries that have been set up on my Mac only calendar.

I assume that the old data are still on my system. If this isn't the case, I have backups. Can I simply find the data files and import them into the Contacts and calendar?

    Thank you

Go to www.icloud.com and see if the calendars and the missing contacts are there.

  • upgrade to el capitan and all my calendars went

I upgraded to El Capitan (OS X 10.11.1), and all of my calendars are gone. There is only the holidays and birthdays (from contacts). I tried to look under view: Show and Hide, but those "show and hide" only holiday and birthday calendars. I tried to restart the computer - twice. Same situation. All of the calendars I created (there were 4 of them) have disappeared. I don't have calendars synchronized with icloud or any other device. (Or what I want.) And if the Support of Apple is reading this: Wow, this is a bug that you were aware of the month and has not set? Really bad customer relations.

I found a way to restore my calendar entries. Awkward and takes time, but I now have all my events calendar of the return. Note: I found where calendar data is stored. I was NOT able to import ics via the file > import menu. However, I found a different method.

    I went to /Library/Calendars

Each calendar file has a record of Events, that stores information on all events in the calendar, including backup copies (in old calendar files).

I looked in the most ancient calendars events folders and found ics files.

By opening one of these ics with TextWrangler files, I could see, in which case it has been (and so which calendar I should import it to-I had individual calendars "on my Mac" for personal appointments, business meetings, business purchases (annual things) and another calendar category.) With the opening of file events and showing the individual ics files, I could

Drag and drop each file ics calendar

    - and voila! This event was now in my calendar (according to the calendar of the active category, such as business meetings).

  • Calendar of Double of Smartphones blackBerry on "BOLD" after update

    Hello world

After an update with the latest version on a Bold 9000, the calendar is only in a double room, the configuration is BIS actually, so wireless synchronization is not enabled.

can someon help me remove the wipe of some double unit calendar?

    Thank you

I found the solution by myself.

It is not important what BlackBerry model is:

    1. navigate to the calendar, and then click Bby, go to OPTIONS and enter. Here you have the list of options and the available calendars (color).

    2. then type RSET on your keyboard and you will be prompted to clear all the entries and they will be downloaded from the server. Click OK, and then continue, a confirmation message will appear, click OK again and return to the main screen.

    3. now the calendar is empty. IMPORTANT: If you're on BES will be downloaded calendar synchronization of your mobile operator, if you are on BIS you synchronize with you're Outlook again.

    Hope will help many users.

    Hi MIKEYJAMUK

Try making sure that the server into and out of your Exchange Active Sync account setting are correct. When you go to add the account via the settings Menu or the Email application, choose manual configuration. You will want to check with your service provider what are the exact details for those.

  • Get the calendar to our application item

    Hi, friends

When a message is added or deleted, I know the event listener to the folder!

How can I know that a calendar item is added?

I can't save the calendar event?

    Thanks in advance

Your application can register to be informed of the calendar events added to, removed, or updated in the calendar.  You must implement net.rim.blackberry.api.pdap.PIMListListener, and then open a javax.microedition.pim.EventList, mount the EventList to net.rim.blackberry.api.pdap.BlackBerryEventList, then add your listener by calling addListener (PIMListListener) on the BlackBerryEventList.  Then itemAdded(), itemRemoved(), and itemUpdated() methods of the listener will be called when the corresponding events in the calendar, similar to FolderListener of the reminders for e-mail messages.

So I threw a little app that demonstrates this.  When it launches, it shows a blank screen and records a PIMListListener with an EventList.  Then, when items are added, deleted, or updated in the calendar to BlackBerry app, the demo application is notified and will add a message to the screen on the event that took place and what calendar event has been affected.  To enroll in the PIMListListener logic is in the runImpl() method.

  • Calendar dead after upgrade to El Capitan

Upgrade to El Capitan yesterday evening and calendar is now non-functional.

Can not see my ical calendars, can not see the events, can't access preferences (nothing happens when you select it), after adding a subscription (Google Calendar), nothing happens.  Cannot add a new event.

Tried calendar of audit services and untick in my Google accounts.  Tried to delete the bad or obsolete key and CERT in the Keychain Access utility.  I only get a blank calendar and can't do anything.  Don't know if it's related, but I get a ton of console error messages signature:

"22/07/16 3:02:42.889 PM mdworker [8515]: validation failed trying to get information from code signing: error Domain = NSOSStatusErrorDomain Code 67062 ="(null)"UserInfo = {SecCSArchitecture = ppc}.

So happy that I have finally little ball and upgraded to the wonderful El Capitan.  Not.

Try to run the update from the drop-down list. It installs all the previous updates plus a new one, which can replace all files that may have damaged.

  • El Capitan installed Yosemite but running

I installed El Capitan and restarted the macbook pro. But always, about this Mac shows his Yosemite running. I am unable to find the OS X El Capitan in the folder "Applications", or in the App Store. Not even in the sections "Updates" or "Bought" from the App Store. Now, I have nowhere to go because that's all I found in the internet - either the installation in the 'Applications' folder or 'Bought' section of the App Store. Because I couldn't find it anywhere I don't know what to do. Another concern is that I have to update XCode that can't - when I click on "Update" from the App Store it keeps running but nothing happens

    Any help would be appreciated.

If El Capitan downloaded it would be in your Applications «Installer OS X El Capitan.app» folder

You can double-click on the installer and try again.

  • How to fix this when starting my computer is configured for Firefox/Google calendar of starting but now opens a duplicate site that I must close.

My computer is set on boot-up the top, my Google calendar is open in my Fire Fox browser. However, after a recent update of Windows 7, it opens now duplicate Google calendars. (The URL is identical except for the case in some regions) Then I have to close the calendar in double before working on the default calendar. How can I eliminate duplicates.

    How do you start Firefox?
You open a link in default browser (internet shortcut) or you open Firefox directly?

Try to reset the default browser and temporarily set another browser as your default browser.

You can use the MSConfig program or the Autoruns utility to see what software is getting started.

  • three copies of each calendar in the calendars

Preface: There are several similar questions recently, but none responded, and my situation is a little different.

    Running on a late 2009 iMac 10.11.4.

I have 4 shared calendars and shared in iCloud and used calendars on multiple devices.  All still look normal if I go on iCloud on the web.  In addition, I am subscribed to four other calendars and there is a family calendar that was added when we did the family share the thing (but this calendar go unused).

Thinking about another problem, I signed on iCloud completely, in the preferences system and back in.  When I started timing, I had three copies of each calendar.  Enter in information for one of the calendars iCloud double, they are all still appear as iCloud.

All calendars icloud normally appear on the web and other devices.

I tried to remove some of the calendars shared double, but if I can do a 'refresh', the duplicates back.

If I delete one of the subscribed calendars, she and all the duplicates disappear.

Any ideas on how to get my iMac to think there is only one of each?

    Thanks in advance.

I would simply note that a workaround is to hide duplicates of each calendar - at least I have only one occurrence of each event. Just fix the symptom, not the problem.

I see that you are looking for information about a number that is displayed to the right of the calendar name. Looks like you're talking to the Notifications button in the toolbar.

The Notifications button shows how you invitations. If you do not have the invitations, it is not available. A few gray circle next to a calendar in the calendar list name shows how event notifications are waiting for this calendar.
