Basically if my laptop is not closed properly - off without shutdown or restart, the laptop completely failed to restart Windows. This has happened on Win 7 and 10, but at least 10 gave me an error message with an error Code 0 x 0000185 and something abut my MSConfig being unreadable file or something. Whenever I have to wipe the hard drive and reinstall Windows and watever I do, this happens again and again and cannot restart the computer. Is this a bug? I tried this with a total of three different Sandisk Ultra II SSD and it happens over and over again. Help?

  This could be related to any other equipment that you use on the specific computer, so my suggestion would be to try one of the disks on another computer to see if the problem is in the car.

  You should be able to force disconnection to leave InDesign and the removal of this folder: /Users/ {username} / Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE, then by restarting InDesign.
