  Option: File of Windows Update agent wups2.dll is incorrectly registered and the registry associated with the Wups2.dll file files are missing.

  Select the sidebar if hidden. View options > view as may depend on which of the options for the song, artist, album, etc. are selected in the sidebar.

  Menu, select "Show all bookmarks", that will open the bookmarks library in bookmarks. In the library, you can use the "import and backup" menu to export bookmarks.

  If you are using windows OS, click the gear icon and exit Creative Cloud App

  Then right-click on the creative cloud desktop shortcut and choose Properties.

  Then click on the Compatibility tab

  In compatibility mode ' ' make sure that ' run this program in compatibility mode for "check-box is disabled."

  If it is checked, uncheck it and click on apply, Ok. Then launch Creative Cloud application and try.

  From your post, it seems that you have found an error 0 x 81000031 when you try to perform a backup.

  1. When you say "Feature backup in Windows 7" are you referring to the utility of Windows backup program? If so, you can follow the instructions below.

  2. you save data on a CD/DVD, external hard drive or a network drive?

  When you save the data to an external hard drive, have you tried "scenario 2: BitLocker Drive encryption is activated'? '"

  If the problem still persists, try the following:

  Disable UAC (User Account Control) and check if you backup works very well.

  Rebuild the mailbox

  If this does not work, try re-indexing of mailboxes mailbox. This can take some time if you have a lot of mail.

  You open a file with Pages ' 09 Pages 5.x.

  You need to right-click on the file and open it with Pages 5.x (the one with the orange document icon).

• When I go to close Firefow he don't ask me to save my tabs. I already tried the online help and it does not solve the problem

  I have a few tabs open and made a few edits not related to Firefox so I have to restart my computer. When I go to for closing of Firefox it asks me if I want to save my tabs. I know that I can change my settings to just have my tabs open when the computer reboots, but I would like to just for the problem is solved, so everything is back to normal.
