  What version of Photoshop you ask about?  Which version do you want to update?

  I know that PS CS3 works well with El Capitan.  There may be certain actions that do not work, but I don't use them so can't comment on all aspects of CS3.

  Does anyone else have this problem?  Apple says that contact Adobe and as stated earlier... I can't find a number on the site.

  CS5 can work on El Capitan, but the upgrade may have damaged your installation, then you may need to reinstall CS5.

  I tried to download photoshop cc 2015 for the past week, I searched this forum, I watched many videos of youtube, followed all the steps in this post it not install Photoshop CC (2015) on Mac and still no luck, I'm going to follow all the steps in this post once more tomorrow when I'm off work.   You can remove the program from the Mac ways.

  1 trash the Application from the Application folder, and delete related records

  I'm working on two screens on a Mac Pro 4.1 running el capitan and photoshop cc 2014. The largest of these screens is defined as primary in the system preferences (menu bar, display > arrangement).   I can't speak for the management of screen in OS X. But when you say the Eizo 'loses its calibration' when set as primary, which seems to be another variety of a reported problem.

  In fact he loses no calibration, which is stored in the form itself, but what happens is that the incorrect monitor profile is used by Photoshop. And Photoshop uses to turn the profile that the OS indicates to use for this view.

  There was also a very curious recent cases where the device altered calibration, to modify the output of the video card, even after a reset full video card. Bootcamped in Windows it is not happened. This case was unresolved IIRC.

  It is therefore most likely a bug in the OS X.

  All my programs CC has been annoyingly so slow, that I decided to not renew my subscription CC because I still have my old CD of CS4.

  I use an iMac 20 inch with 16 GB of RAM, which should be pretty quick. With CC, my computer moves to a crawl. Older worse sound on my laptop. I had to apologize to a meeting recently because the stupid thing wouldn't start and I couldn't start Skype to bring a colleague on our cat. Finally, I had CC to quit. Laptop was working fine.

  Since the abandonment of the CC, I use my old CS4, which works very well on El Capitan. Photoshop and InDesign are at least 5 times faster. Dreamweaver is garbage is usual.

  Sorry, Adobe, CC is not really worked for me. I have "a little concerned that my old CS4 will get outdated but I found there are a lot of great programs out there at a good price without subscriptions that make this whole thing done faster Adobe."

  I'm sorry you had so much trouble with the Adobe software. My Mac Pro is nearly 5 years old. Last year, I improved the startup disk, CPU and video card. I run CC Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Lightroom on a daily basis without any problem. Maybe I'm one of the lucky ones.
