  If you go to Menu > settings > Data Manager > delivery data > social apps > Sync only over wifi.   HARD drive recovery can not be downloaded.
  You can not download the recovery disc as well.

  10.10 is no longer available unless you had previously downloaded. In this case, it would be in the purchase of the Mac App Store section. Its not available for direct plus download.

  You can directly update 10.11 El Capitan.
