Email from Adobe said I can use File Sync today, but it does not work

Received an email this morning saying: I had already been approved for the newly restored file synchronization and I should start using it today, but my desktop app still says "coming soon".   I waited until tonight, but it is still not active.

Here's the quote from the email: "since we will deploy access in limited batches, we are encourage citizens to join a waiting list - but we went ahead and approved you, so you can start using these features any time."

Anyone know what is happening?

Hi Gail, have prompted you to update your desktop CC app?

If this is not the case then try to quit it and then restart it, it will ask you to update.

After updating, you need this feature.
