Email to blackBerry Smartphones do not reconcile

Hello

Using BB Bold 9650

On Verizon with 3g, cdma, wifi.
6.0 bundle 3084 (v6.0.0.719, playform 4.4.0.560)
Cryptographic kernel 3.8.6.5
250 MB of free space

Since Friday (oct 21, 2012), at 3:00 pm MDT, I have not been able to synchronize or send emails with my email address. I have install BB to use my company MS exchange server. I use these same settings for approximately 10 devies. All the others did not have problems over the weekend.

I can't send emails, and I do not receive e-mail notifications. I tried power cycling, pulling on the battery, combinations with various also plug it into my computer (connecting to the computer sometimes seems to reactivate a sense of reality).

I don't see all the apps on the device that are not preloaded on last wipe. Is it perhaps RIM having a random failure? All the other things I should try? Should I just nuke the device?

Thanks to you all.

Hi & Welcome to the community... !!

    Hello people

I have the same g-mail account set up on my laptop and BB (imap, POP3 was until yesterday when I changed it) and normally when I delete an email it would automatically remove it from the other device. I have another g-mail account that is set up imap on both devices and it was working fine until yesterday.

Also the little red star that appears on the e-mail icon when a new meassage comes is no longer present.

    Any ideas?

  • BlackBerry smartphones can not reconcile messages when Sync

I can't get my brand new Blackberry Curve 8330 and Outlook to reconcile messages when I sync.  Everything else (tasks, calendar, Contacts, etc) synchronize but not my e-mail messages.  As a test, I used my Blackberry to send an e-mail to test one of my e-mail addresses to another.  I received the message on my Blackberry and removed.  When I got home I connected my Blackberry on my computer and synchronized, but the message was always in my Outlook Inbox (in other words, that it had not been deleted), and there was no message sent in the sent box.

Setting my Blackberry e-mail indicates Wireless reconcile as 'On '.  The problem is maybe that my home office is in a dead zone.  But if my Blackberry is connected to my computer, why should this serious?

When I go to Desktop Manager and click Synchornize, "Balancing the Messages" box does not seem to be verified, but the program won't let me check it out.  Can someone help me?

Hi and welcome to the forums!

Go to options advanced options, host Routing Tables, click to enter. DO NOT CLICK on any list.
Press the menu key and select sign up now.
You will receive a verification email. Then go to email settings and send service directories.
Some models like the Curve 8330 and Pearl require connecting carriers BIS site
via a PC. You will receive an email by account. a test to see if the problem is resolved.

If you do not know the site of BS of carriers, send me the name of carriers.

  • Emails from blackBerry Smartphones do not sync with Outlook 2010

Hi all. I just built a new PC with Windows 7 and Office 2010. My old PC run Win XP and Office. When I open Outlook (XP) my emails removed themselves from my BB 9320, but this does not happen with OL 2010. Can someone advise please.

    Kind regards...

Help me understand... you want all of your removal from the BlackBerry emails when they are downloaded into your client application to Outlook?

In your configuration, Outlook, value on the function to delete emails from the server after downloading to Outlook.

This isn't a matter of BlackBerry, but one of Outlook.

    So, there's your idea.

You have checked BlackBerry Internet Service, with the exception only of your contacts.

Thus, set like that, ONLY people you indicated in your contact/address book can you email.

If you want more, you should uncheck the BIS definition.

Fix that and you'll be ready to go.

    Good luck!

  • Email to blackBerry Smartphones has not updated in the "Messages" icon in 3 days

Ive had the Blackberry "BOLD" for 3 months - had no problem getting my personal e-mail in the Messages icon. 3 days ago, he stopped appearing here. I can't get these emails by selecting "View folder", then "Inbox"... I see then all of my email. However, if I close the Messages then and reopen it, it shows my email from 3 days. Help!

Perform a simple reboot on the BlackBerry this way: with smart BlackBerry poweredphone, remove the battery for a minute and then reinsert the battery to restart. A reboot in this manner is prescribed for most defects and errors of operating system, and you will lose any data on the device doing so.

Now that you see your email correctly?

  • BlackBerry smartphones can not reconcile Messages

I've set up my Desktop Manager and I can't use the 'checkbox' to 'reconcile messages. "  He is gray and I can't uncheck or check it.  Is this a problem for someone else?  Is there a setting I need to change somewhere?

I can't sync my calendar and contacts, but it allows me to combine the messages.

    Someone at - it advice?

If you are on a personal account of BIS (and not a corporate BES account) the function of reconciling messages is not an option.

You must have BES for this.

After being prompted to upgrade my software, I find now that my emails settings seem to be lost.  I can receive emails, but cannot respond to anything and the part of the implementation of a new email where you can put in the outgoing server details being included is more like a choice.  If someone has had this same problem and how did you overcome it?   Very frustrating!

  • Notification by email Facebook blackBerry Smartphones will not delete

I received a Notification by E-mail Facebook in my box last Friday and for the life of me it will remove. I have since received other notifications by e-mail of FB and remove very well. I did a battery pull and still no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This happens from time to time.

I think you want to continue to receive notifications by e-mail of friend requests, etc., well, correct?  What I wanted was to go in the app, in the area of notifications and remove/delete all the notifications that would have sent you an e-mail, then do the same on your PC FB app.

Sometimes if you do not remove the notification of the application itself, Facebook e-mail won't erase completely.

So in other words, replace the Select this check box, and follow the instructions to remove the notification real itself, which should also allow then delete e-mail notification FB on your device.

  • HELP - 9520 blackBerry Smartphones do not connect to bbm/facebook app/no email

OK, im tired of Google looking for help on this topic without finding answers

I bought a Storm 9520 on vodafone just after the new year and so far ive just are a total pain. I can open the bbm and when I add people or they add me, applications just not send.

Also, my contract said it came with email free blackberry, I did not. Infact I can not get any email on the phone, he sends me just an Assistant where I need a password I do not know.

Facebook app connects - I get the message "cannot connect because a data service is not available...". ». When I try and send a photo on facebook... nothing, just to get the same message. So far ive been using the browser for Facebook that works very well, with wifi, so I know I can get internet.

Its my first blackberry and if I can't find a resolution to this problem it will definitely be my last.

Is that what Im missing? Everything I should have done when I got to the phone?

    Any ideas? Help, please!

    Thank you

    Calum

Sorry for this late reply, completely forgotten about this post, but better late than never just to get closure on this.

It was really simple, I just had to ring upward, my data service had not been activated. When I received the phone the sim card initially had not enabled so I had to ring upwards to activate this aswell, looks like they forgot to activate the services on my sim card at all.

Had no email either... still need to ring upwards to activate that.

Sorry again once and thank you for your answers.

  • BlackBerry smartphones can not connect BlackBerry Pearl 9105 for PC

    Hello world

    I have the following problem:

After using my BB Pearl 9105 for almost 3 years, I can not connect to PC more (I still menu with choice of 3 options on my smartphone when I connect, but when I click on that option "usb" or "charge", the menu appears again).

In addition, the PC does not recognize my smartphone as a usb device. Updated BlackBerry Desktop Software and the purchase of the new Micro-USB cable did not help.

    I can still load.

Could anyone suggest me how to solve this problem?

In addition, make sure you use only the root USB ports... without hubs (sometimes the front-end ports are hubs... use a rear USB port). And don't forget to try to disable the USB power management in the configuration of your system (Device Manager).

Check also on the incompatible software... it was reported that NTI Shadow Ninja & software can cause a conflict; Remove and reinstall the desktop software BB allows to install correctly.

My apologies in advance if this is redundant - there is no way to be sure that if you have already seen and tried these. Also apologies if all are not currently available... RIM takes their monte and descends at will as they revise things.

I hope that something it is useful!

  • BlackBerry Smartphones can not access Media card with BB Desktop or Media Sync 9700

The other day I received a Reburbed Bold 9700 update.

I use Ver 6 Deskstop OS and the 9700 is running device code latest version 5.

I have a Kingston 4 GB media card that I know is in place because the 9700 recognizes it and when I go to files and select the media card, I can see all the files on the card and when I take a picture it is written on the card so I know that memory is very good and he sees the 9700.

The problem I have is BB Deskstop or latest version of Media Sync to see so I can transfer files to and from my PC and the media card.

The error message that I receive on the two applications, it's that I have to turn on mass storage Mode.  When I look at my memory settings:

    Compression - enabled

Map of media Support - on

Mass Storage Mode Support - on

Auto enable mass storage Mode when connected - Yes

I formatted the card successfully on the BB.

I tried another card memory (2 GB) and also properly formatted as well.

I also tried another USB cable into another USB port.

I had a BB hard reset by pulling on the battery... several times.

I had another before Blackberrys and have never had a problem of access to the media card.  I would have thought that it is easier on the 9700.

I did search endlessly on the Web and saw other people with similar problems but many were so simple that the card is not seated properly and it also had the symptom that the BB is not recognizing the media card.  My BB recognize media cards and use them, but I can't access the card through my PC.  I understand that I may not see a pendrive pop up in Windows Explorer, but I can't understand why the BB Desktop or Media Sync cannot access.

I know that both of these applications communicate to the BB cause I get requests for passwords and the desktop, I can view all my applications and I used to update the device until the last OS level during the troubleshooting process.

I just wanted to see if anyone has experience this problem and has tips, if not I will contact AT & T or go into a local store to see if they can help.  I just think I'm missing something that I can take care off instead of my own.

    Thank you!

    Hello

Have you tried to connect the device on another computer?  If another computer to recognize the device, it may just be a case of bad USB drivers on your computer.

Here are some KB articles that may be able to help:

KB19717 - BlackBerry smartphone is not detected as a USB mass storage device when connected to a computer

KB10312 - impossible to display the map of support using the BlackBerry smartphone

You also need to remove the USB ports on your computer (using Device Manager), and then restart the computer to reload the correct drivers.

An alternative to this is to simply use a microSD card reader which allows you to use the microSD as a flash drive.

I hope that this info is another starting point for you!
