  Hi cjohnm,

  You can use the 5 Lightroom Catalog and improve it in Lightroom 6, therefor all folders and collections will be identical in both version.

  Open the Lightroom all holding the key Alt/Opt and select only the 5 Lightroom Catalog and it will switch to it.

  The shot to the top of Thunderbird, this morning, the last 12 months of emails have disappeared from my Inbox. Older emails are still there. The new mails are still on my phone. Other accounts in Thunderbird (hotmail, gmail, etc.) do not seem to have been affected. This seems to be a special relationship between Thunderbird and BT internet email.   Hi - Thanks for taking the time to answer for me. No, the problems don't moved earlier. My wife also has a near-dormant BTinternet account which is accessible from the Thunderbird even on the same computer. Which has proved to work very well. I found that there were many problems with the BT e-mail yesterday and my problem was resolved later (2 hours on the phone) by a very helpful Lady in BT who virtually rebuilt my account. Even my security questions were rejected. I think that BT Yahoo email had major problems yesterday and he had nothing to do with Firefox - so please accept my apologies if I've wasted your time.   Go to file | Work offline, then in the shipping box and remove it.  If you have this problem a lot, then your sent items folder may be corrupted.  Try to go to file | Identities and the installation program and new identity and then add your account and see if things work very well.  See also www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#3

  I did a restore to 5/10 when I had no problem, but the problem persisted.

  I'll have to try Norton support. This may be something they did.

  In the meantime, I managed to change the names of files by connecting to the PC with the account of my wife who as co-owner had equal rights and the sign of the laptop is its ID as well so it worked, but it isn't always fair.

  If you are using Internet Explorer, try to run without Add-ons and check if the problem persists or not.
  To do this, click Start, type Internet Explorer in the start search box and then open Internet Explorer (No Add-ons).

  If the problem disappears, an add-on is causing the problem, check your add-ons and especially disable all those who may be linked to the reading of PDF.

  If the problem persists, try to create a new user account and the test again under this new user account.
