• iBooks author - TOC shows the empty entries for table - how to stop this?

  I spent hours trying to find an answer to this.

  My book has a few tables - nothing wrong with that.  I have a front cap of the table - that's what I want in the table of contents.

  iBooks author shows instead, empty entries whenever he comes across a table, that is hopeless.

  

  I just want the topic as indicated above - 2.1.  I don't want 2.2 which is the table.

  Does anyone have an idea how to do this, please?

  If this isn't the case, iBooks author is desperate for any book that contains the tables.

  I found an article from Apple which may help to answer your question and I pasted the link below. I think that you will have to 'say' iBA this is or is not part of the Table of contents (TOC) and's done it with the Inspector tool, Document tab, section TOC. Look down at the bottom of this window to the sign and arrow down to allow the addition of other document settings in the table of contents, or remove some.

  If you are not comfortable clean up the stuff from the registry by hand, I used before:

  There are old works, but still (I just installed a second time to be sure).

  Note that this 'install', when you're done, you can just uninstall via Add/Remove programs and install it again another day if you need to (I don't like a cluttered to the top of the Add/Remove Programs list).

  To be on the safe side, I'd be sure to manually make a system restore point before using it.

• Find the empty entries after the data merge

  I would like to know if it is somehow possible to search for empty entries after that data merge is complete?

  The "Scriptures" are shown with visible hidden characters, as you can see in the attached screenshot:

  

  Can I copy and insert in the Find/Replace window, but nothing can be found. I think that these aren't real hidden characters.

• I can't remove the menu startup programs in msconfig?

  I'm trying to get my computer to start faster by disabling my start up programs by going to start - run - msconfig - startup and uncheck all programs, I don't use, BUT... in the same list in "msconfig" from start, I see programs I deleted by going to start - Control Panel - Add/Remove programs. I don't know why these DELETED programs are still listed in my departure upward when I go into MSCONFIG?

  If you want to remove inactive entries in msconfig, you must modify the registry.

  Be very careful if you decide to do.

  Back up the registry before making any changes.

  Start/run and type

  Regedit

  Ok

  When Open regedit

  File/export.

  Give it a name will recognize you again and save it on the hard drive

  Then navigate to the

  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE Tools\MSConfig\startupfolder.

  You'll find a subkey for each disabled item.

  Delete only entries for the mobility programmes

  And also

  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run.

  In the right pane, delete the value of MSConfig.

  Since I get empty entries every minute, I'm curious of what could be the cause. The first entries are obvious that someone was trying to access various passwords.

  Well, if it's your computer, it seems that if you have some malware on your computer that is trying to hack your router... Or have you tried these passwords at any time?

  Ordinarily, SQL * Loader will reject, by default, all the rows where all columns are null.  However, when you assign the batch_id and id, these columns are null, the line is busy.  You can use SQL * Loader or external table to load the data into a staging table without these id, which will skip null lines, then insert into your target, adding the id, as shown below.

• Removed empty entrance of af: selectOneChoice on valueChangeListene

  I use component af:selectOneChoice is filled with the values from the DB. When the page is loaded the first time, I can see a blank entry in this component. I have put on this valueChangeListener. When I change the value, the empty entry is deleted.

  Good reading the documentation on the property of 'unselectedLabel ':

  The label of the option that represents a null value, which means that nothing is selected. If unselectedLabel is not set and if the component does not have a value selected, then an option with a string empty as the label and the value is rendered as the first option in the choice box (if it is not an empty option already set). Once an option has been selected successfully, and if unselectedLabel is not set, then the empty option will not be made.

• Entry prices paragraph added to the text block

  In my book, I have an introduction document that is the same for all books. Sort of a preface. So I import the given in an empty document, which I then save and rename etc. In other words, the preface is a normal text inset. For some reason, Framemaker add the paragraph tag title after/before the Insert, while the leaves me with an empty entry numbered in my OCD and an ugly orange bar under my medallion, which I usually use as part of the title page. Not only the table of contents entry is a nuisance, but also the fact that even after the removal of the insert I can't edit or delete the paragraph tag. How can I correct/avoid this?

  I've been programming a simple shopping cart. The system has several product categories and in each of them, appears a list of products. Each product list has a digital stepper, for the customer to put the amount of desired product.
  
  Now I have two tables (lets call them 'arrayCat6' and the other 'arrayEncomenda6'). arrayCat6 tells me the quantities for each product, even if the amount is zero. The other is supposed to put only those whose quantity is zero.
  
  The question I have is that, if the product you choose two products, which have a zero amount between them, the arrayEncomenda6 will be empty entry, between the two products, and I don't understand why. The two tables are updated every time that the NumericStepper (of any product) is pressed.
  
  Please does anyone know if this is a bug or I forget something.

  It's a little difficult for me to understand the approach you take. But here's the thing with arrays... If you skip an index, that is what will happen since increments j but aux1 forbidden an entry at times, there will always be an array element located at the index that is ignored, even if it is null. The tables can not jump index.

  You might want to take a different approach to this, and I advise to use an array of objects to store data instead of an array of arrays.

  In this way, you could have clear identifiers for each item...

  • Press the DELETE key (on a Mac: shift + delete) to remove it.
