  Compared to the 10 g report and reading different articles, type target_user_table_from_sql element is missing from 12 c. Do we need to create 12 c or any other parameter that we must follow in 12 c.

  I could solve the problem by following the steps below.

  (1) in order to generate reports on the target DB, inserts under folders sysman schema.

  insert into sysman.mgmt_ip_report_elem_def values ('target_user_table_from_sql', 'database_target_type', 'target_user_table_from_sql', 'oracle.sysman.db.util.reports.TableTargetRenderController', 0, NULL, 'EM', NULL, '10.2.0.1.0');

  Insert SYSMAN. MGMT_IP_ELEM_PARAM_CLASSES (ELEMENT_TYPE_NLSID, ELEMENT_PARAM_CLASS, ELEMENT_NAME_NLSID, DISPLAY_ORDER) values ('target_user_table_from_sql', 'database_target_type ','oracle.sysman.eml.ip.render.elem.HeaderParamController ', 1);

  I tried to update my flash player to the latest version, but once I dl the package and try to run it, after clicking to start the installation I get a pop up with "Application initialization error" and then I get send back to page to dl the installer. I downloaded it several times still did not work. I have run the uninstall and try to re install completely, but I get the same error as before.

  I looked towards the top of this post, I can not install flash player on my mac , but it does not work with me, any solution?

  Hi ralx_ib,

  I would get some log files from you for Setup troubleshooting online extra.  If you have a few minutes, please proceed as follows:

  1. Go to the directory ~/Library/Logs (this is the directory of the user, not the system directory library / library).
  2. Create a file named ADM.trace empty text
     1. The file extension itself is .trace, not .txt or anything else.
  3. Rerun Setup to stop online
  4. Search for Adobe_ADM.log and Adobe_GDE.log files in the ~/Library/Logs/Adobe_ADMLogs directory
  5. Download the files as Adobe_ADM.log Adobe_GDE.log by following the instructions of the element specified is not found.

  What do you mean by "not working"?  This post is several years old and contains a bunch of links to old installers are no longer displayed.

  The Offline Installer is displayed at the bottom of the Installation problems | Flash Player | Mac page in the section "problems".  This installer should work.

  I could move to the 2nd part of the installation. It has properly initialized the DB, but then he failed with an error 'root JSP. Unfortunately my only log is/ominstallinfo/install_log.log, and I've pasted below what he says.

  You run maybe in a permissions with WebLogic problem. Check your prerequisite installation.

• Speed Dial gives me an XML parsing error: no element found

  Have set up the Speed Dial and also set it as homepage. But when I then open Firefox, speed dial does not work and I get:

  Have retried reloading Speed Dial twice, and this happens every time. I am running Firefox 3.6.16.

• QuickTime Player 7.7.9 for Windows failed to initialize error 2096

  I tried to open QuickTime Player 7.7.9 in Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 with the latest updates for February 2016 and a pop-up message with the message of: QuickTime failed to initialize error 2096. There was also something to check that the application has been installed correctly.

  I opened the Panel configuration/programs and features/QuickTime 7 and selected repair. Open Setup ran the repair and closed.   I tried to run the new QuickTime Player that sent the same message.

  I have somehow found and executed the installer of QuickTime Player 7.7.6 (1680.95.31). I am able to access the QuickTime Player. I checked the updates and ran the update for 7.7.9 and get once more: QuickTime failed to initialize error 2096.

  Any ideas why 7.7.9 does not work to me that computer gremlins are playing with my mind.

  I have a Compaq Mini - about 3 years - and the noise disappeared today.  The sound icon in the lower right corner of the screen disappeared.

  In the device, other devices Manager screen is color yellow as is the Audio on Bus High Definition Audio device.

  XP sounds and Audio devices Volume Control Panel tab no. Audio Device.

  I think that the driver may be missing?  I don't have the start up CD and don't know where or how, download the drivers of its replacement.

  cssauth.exe is related to the Client Security Solution.

  Step 1: Try disabling startup cssauth.exe in the configuration of the system.

  Here's how:

  1. click on start > run.
  2. type msconfig and press ENTER.
  3. click on the Startup tab.
  4 locate cssauth.exe, and clear the check box for this.
  5 restart the computer and check for the issue.

  Step 2: If you still get the same error at startup then perform the clean boot on the computer.

  From your computer by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs so that you can determine if a background program is interfering with your game or program. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot".
