Entry of blackBerry Smartphones Bopomofo Language Option

I downloaded the application for entering Chinese characters using zhuyin.  It seems that the keyboard is missing from some bopomofo.  Does anyone know how to use this feature entirely?  Thank you!

You don't need the application, you need a software multilanguage OS.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones Greek language on BB Bold 9000 of entry

I just bought a new "BOLD" of BB of Etisalat, UAE (the national provider). After adjusting upward, I realized that there is no Greek input language. I am Greek, but work in Dubai and have to answer emails in Greek and search in my address book of Greek names. My BB back a 8820, Etisalat, was also the Greek input language!

Is it possible to install Greek language of entry? Where can I download the file?

I managed to fix the problem and have a Greek input on my "BOLD" language. The procedure consisted of reinstalling the entire OS by another that supports multilingual entries.

However, it is a very risky procedure and I do not know if it cancels all warranties, but it worked for me. Do so at your own risk.

  • Japanese BlackBerry Smartphones supported language for "BOLD" on the British network "three"?

Hi, I've been agonizing over this any day tripe and I decided that it is time to get help. I'm new to Blackberry for three days, so go easy on me!

I looked at various threads on various forums and the most common advice people get to get the support of the Japanese language are to install the packs of far East Telstra language on their own fund managers and delete the vendor.xml file.

I have the latest version of the software from the site Web de Blackberry desktop. I tried to install two different versions, language packs of Telstra, after which no East Asian languages was not on the list to install on my Blackberry. It's as if I went through the installation process, but nothing happened. I tried both install language packs with the godawful Windows installation wizard (* coughI'maMacusercough *-I reluctantly used PC to someone else), and open them with the "search function" in the App Loader, but neither worked.

It would be useful that I could at least just install a Japanese font so that I could read things. OTL

I'm sorry for the late reply; I went back to Bristol for a few days and most of my friends are Mac users.

The version of my desktop software platform is superior to that one in the download of the software, and I use the latest version of Desktop Manager (4.7) while the said language pack version 4.6 - does that mean I actually have to downgrade my Office Manager to make it work? o.O

No, the two are separated. On the device go to options, topic, look for the version in the format v.x.x.x.xxx.

You're probably on a 4.6 device OS version already.

The software is to facilitate the exchange of data between the device and the desktop only.

The device OS is just that it only works on the device.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones e-mail options

I got my BB curve for about a month and I'm tired of seeing messages in my Inbox on my BB to my Gmail account.  I can't find a way to move them to a folder "sent Messages".  I do not have the options to create folders and you have options to reconcile messages either.  How can I create a folder and a rule for this?

    Thank you.

Just follow the steps described in this article and you'll be all set: http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB10332

  • Entries calendar blackBerry Smartphones double after 8700 to 8300 devices

I now of calendar on my Curve 8300 duplicate entries after making an initial synchronization with MS Outlook (2007 on Windows XP).  A set of entries came from the calendar Outlook and the other the old device (8700) - two sets are identical to each other. The Outlook calendar do not have this problem of duplicates.  And subsequent synchronizations do not duplicate on the device calendar entries generate.

The 8700 was on TMobile and the new 8300 is on Verizon.   I used the wizard of BB Desktop Switch devices (version 4.7). There is even a record of e-mail with the address @tmo.blackberry.net on that, in addition to the e-mail folder @vzw.blackberry.net.   Configuration of e-mail does not display @tmo.blackberry.net (no way for me to remove the tmo folder).

Is there a way to remove the duplicate on the device entries worldwide?   Or should I re-format the 8300 and then move all the data on the device via synchronization of Outlook?  If so, how can I reformat the 8300 (an exaggeration here?).

    Thank you very much.

I just realized I should have selected (Outlook to device) one-way synchronization (instead of two ways) when first syncing to the device after the switch of the device.     So I did a hard reset and does the one-way synchronization during the first synchronization.  It worked like a charm - that isn't duplicates!

  • BlackBerry Smartphones using the option device wipe in BB Protect

My blackberry got sotlen and I want to clean my device but I was wondering if I will be still able to charge my account information when I get my new phone and keep the same number, etc..

    Thank you!

Clean your device remotely, then call your carrier to cancel your SIM card if you do not download charged for anyone else using your phone.

To restore the data on your phone, use the BlackBerry Protect restore option or the same option available in BlackBerry Desktop Software.  It will be easy to do using one of data backups, you did.  Make backups of data by one of these methods already, I hope?

  • BlackBerry® Smartphones email remove options

I've just updated the software for my verizon blackberry curve 8330 and when I receive emails and delete I don't have the delete option but before this update, I was able to remove it on my phone or my account my phone and email.  I don't know how to restore this set of options?

    Thanks for any help.

    Al

Try to send your service books:
1 connection to the site of the BIS of your operator (where you installed your email)
    2. go to help and click on "send Service books.

Then configure the options of reconciliation again.

Do a battery pull as well:
    1. remove the battery while the phone is turned on
    2. wait a few seconds before inserting it again
    3. wait for the long end of the boot process (takes a few minutes usually)

This clears most of the software problems that occur on the BlackBerry from time to time. You can also use Quickpull, a free application that simulates a battery pull without removing the battery: http://software.crackberry.com/product.asp?id=27660
A battery pull gets lost when using the applications memory and clears minor software errors that creep over time. The blackberry is running an operating system just like your PC is running windows and battery pull is the equivalent of a reboot / restart your computer.

    I don't have a single account e-mail from a Lotus Notes Server 8

Any recommendation? Thank you very much for read me

HI and thanks for your e-mail... Yes, we use a blackberry enterprise server server... but anyway

I tried many different methods without success. Finally, I found a solution.

    It's the recets:

    (1) create a backup of Office Automation in the desktop client

    (2) wipe the blackberry device

    (3) Re-install the account in the blackberry device

    (4) restore the backup of the office... but PreAttetion here! way in advance... one by one the various option in the list of control... because when I tried to do a restore complete (all at the same time) the problem were the same

I don't know if there is a better alternative... but in this case, it was very good.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones deleting an option "Send help" from my calendar

I got the Facebook application installed and I removed it because I found the easiest to use mobile site.  Since I uninstalled the application, the default "send to" when I do a new appointment is Facebook.  I had to change it to my regular e-mail whenever I created a new appointment.  I was able to change my default back to my email, but I wonder if there is a way to completely eliminate the Facebook options.  I was expecting to go in when I uninstalled the app.  Can someone help me please?  Thank you

OK, on your device, go to Options > Advanced > service book.

Well scroll down and find the entry for 'Facebook' [CICAL], press Menu > delete.

    Then battery pull reboot again.

Go back and make sure that it is still not there.

    You're good.
