  I have a HP ENVY x 360 laptop with Win 8.1 operating system. He writes that plugged in, not charging. This laptop has a non-removable battery. I read the forums and advice but neither solved my problem.

  I'm trying to get Win 7 on this point - it was delivered with Win 8 - I have a USB bootable with Win 7 on it and have disabled safe and active start the old BIOS etc. I took the chipset drivers folder in the SWsetup folder on the disc and put it on another USB pen - I can boot from USB Win 7, but it must then the drivers to 'see' the hard drives and guests for them, but it does not recognize that the other USB pen is there? I can navigate to the folder of drivers (C:\SWsetup\Drivers...) on the installation of Win 8, but he recognizes not all drivers in there as good, so I'm no further forward.

  The readers of 32 GB & 500 GB were setup as you normally would to win 8 RAID (?), but I have disabled this configuration using the RAID configuration utility so that they were completely separate as I thought it would help during the installation of Win 7

  I'm open to ideas to get the drivers installed during the installation of Win 7 if anyone can help...

  You have the USB plugged into the port USB2 flash drive?

  If your PC only has USB3 ports, see if there is a setting in the BIOS to get the USB ports to emulate ports USB2, or an Auto setting.

  You cannot start a USB3 port as far as I know, unless this BIOS setting.

  I have problems to activate BlueTooth on my new HP ENVY 15 t Quad with Win 7 Pro 64 installed OS.

  The laptop is equipped with a card 802.11b/g/n WLAN [1 x 1], Device Manager indicates this device as a 8188EE Realtek RTL 802.11bgn Wi - Fi adapter. Apparently (Internet sources) this map is compatible Bluetooth.

  However - Device Manager tilts not Bluetooth and I can't find how to activate Bluetooth on this laptop, Wi - Fi, very good - but not Bluetooth functions.

  So:

  8188EE Realtek RTL supports BlueTooth?

  If so, how can I activate it?

I'm trying to upgrade to 8.1 Windows so I can get the opinion of Windows 10 reserve (already booked before wiping, but I want to make sure it stuck) and I have a problem with the Windows updates.

  Hi, thanks for the response. This problem is actually solved to him alone this weekend. When I went the power options, there is an option "to update and restart." Once I chose this option instead of "restart now" from the screen of Windows updates, it installed updates and I have not had any more problems.

You must put a configuration of bootloader on the 1 TB drive main then it starts booting it resets and then the initialization of the WSSD. The slot of the WSSD in this series laptop is designed to hold a much smaller WSSD "acceleration" that works with the main hard drive.

  I have contacted at least three chat agents, agent of a tech support and a sales agent.  I received conflicting answers each.  Sales agent suggested I buy the computer laptop and if I couldn't it going to an SSD I could return it free of charge.  Sounds a bit risky.  I asked a tech for this upgrade document and the agent says none exists and to call tech support for help.

  Does anyone have the correct answer and HP material for this procedure?

  The motherboard is the same as indicated, BUT the jumper CMOS block illustrated on the Web page must be another block I watched card mother pictures of this model from EBay and they show the jumper in the position that you indicated.  There are two blocks.  There are two blocks of blue jumpers with the configuration pins as shown in the picture I posted.  I think that what the picture posted is saying leave the jumper on the right side block is and only move the jumper on the left side of the position shown, then again.  Just to clarify, there is a block under this block, we want, and who says "ROM_RECOVERY" and this block has a single rider together 1-2.  Jumper block we are debating is actually marked "CMOS-PW.
