ENVY 17 t-j100: 03F0

My hard drive crashed while I replaced it. Now when I turn on the computer, I get an error of 03F0. But if I press Ctrl Alt Del it restarts normally. Is there a way to clear the error now that the hard drive is replaced?

I don't know why, but when I got up this morning everything worked normally. But to answer your question: the error that happened immediately after the POST, before the loading of the operating system. I do not use Windows, but so that the party was irrelevent.

  • HP Envy 17 t-j100 Quad Edition: product number mismatch

    Hello!

I'm about to upgrade to Windows 10 and have questions about my laptop.  By my initial order, the number of the product I ordered was E4S82AV, but the HP Support Assistant and the battery compartment that it is E1P14AV. When I touch E4S82AV in the issue of the product on the site Web of HP, no software or drivers are found. I have a matte screen, no touchscreen model.

Can someone tell me the difference between these two products numbers and why the one I ordered does not appear to exist on the support Web site? It's not touchscreen touch vs?

I fear that if I need software or driver updates, those under E1P14AV are really suitable for my system.

For example, I had a problem with an update by HP Support Assistant on my CyberLink PowerDVD software failure (it finally updated OK).  He had several Softpaq SP70823 and this file already exists in my folder in C:\SWSetup.  I checked the support Web site, thinking I would try to download the software from there, but I don't see that listed as an option under E1P14AV sp70823.

    Thank you!

Your Envy 17 t-j100 Quad Edition is a CTO (configure to order) machine that starts with a number of basic product which replaces a specific number of product once that order you with the card you want. Not sure about the DOWNLOAD - but not the first time neither model which has software missing from the support page.

    Hello

You MUST use SATA, no choice. You're probably talking about SSD. There are several standard HDD around. I bought one week last disk HARD next to test things-much cheaper elsewhere

  • Want 15t_j100 Quad E2E34AV Ed: 10 Windows upgrade failed - blinking display of Envy 15 t-j100 Quad Edition Notebook PC

Upgrade Windows 10 failed on my Envy 15 t-j100 Quad Edition laptop.

Symptom after upgrade has been a video exhibition quickly flashing without control of the PC.

I have to go back to the previous version - Windows 8.1.

Back with success on Windows 8.1

Symptoms point to video card problem after updated Windows at level 10.

My laptop has two, provided by HP online:

    Intel HD 4600 Grapics (internal)

    NVIDIA GeForce GT 740M

See the research, that Intel and NVIDIA have Windows 10 drivers for these graphics cards.

Yet immediately when Windows 10 signing after upgrade, the laptop display has been viewed quickly.

The only way I could get control of the laptop was CTL-ALT-DELETE to start the Task Manager.

The Task Manager showed that more CPU resources would "host setting synchronization process.

Called Microsoft Support - they indicate a likely problem with display adapter driver and advised to "go back" and then contact HP support.   called HP Support and they advised to work with Microsoft.  Great!

Would appreciate recommendations on the way forward for Windows 10.

I also see 10.18.15.4248 that place listed for the Intel HD 4600 graphics card.

Can I install both of these drivers before you upgrade Windows 10?

Both are supported on Windows 8.1?

If so, why HP Support Assistant would not have install me the upgrade?

    Am I missing something here?

Install only the softpaq grahips from Nvidia. It will allow to install the two drivers.

When I click on the button 'Download' blue, it offers two choices:

Use HP download and install the Wizard (recommended)

    Download only

This is the second option that you recommend when you say to use "usb flash drive support? Yes. Create an installer of Flash 10 Windows usb player. This is the second choice option.

  • ENVY 17 t-J100 Leap Motion: keyboard backlit ENVY 17 t-J100 Leap Motion edition shuts down after each power down.

My brother has an ENVY 17 t-J000 Quad Edition. Only about 6 months. Its backlit keyboard remembers its state of on or off when it reboots or off. When he turns on his laptop back, the keyboard is always if it's him on when he turned off the laptop.

I just got the ENVY 17 t-J100 Leap Motion backilt keyboard edition. But every time that I reboot or shutdown with the backlight on, it is turned off when I have the laptop or reset. So whenever I have to re - turn on the backlight. Very annoying.

Anyone else with the jump movement 17 t-J100 having this problem? If so, I hope it's fixed soon. I also can't update the Nvidia drivers then perhaps we need a BIOS update to solve these two problems.

I just checked to be sure. It turns off if the laptop is turned off and turned on then again - but if I just restart the kbd is running.

My HP ENVY 15 t-j100 Select Edition, I bought a year ago and has been flawless, but I noticed that my sound is not loading, I noticed a few times, but never put thinking to it.

recently I noticed that my web pages took a long time to load, in offbeat video Facebook and not sound

    So I thought it was time I did a cleanup then reinstalled Windows 8.1 {twice}

I found that the sound would not load, I found in Device Manager the sound icon has been crossed out, removed and not reinstalled audio drivers still no sound, I also installed another set of drivers of HP that was no help, the sound would not load configuration check in the speakers, and when he did load his new filling pages and gel

Even noticed it wouldn't wake up sleep and sometimes a hard reboot.

I did a test config F2 all pass and Yes Virus scan

I've tried different drivers from Intel, Nvidia video drivers without change, by default Internet Explore 11 several times used not Chrome no difference

Times I can get sound but this will cause a blockage, usually I have to do a hard reset

I tried several relocations OS all have the same problem

  • Envy 15 t-j100 card reader does not

I have a HP ENVY 15 t-j100 Quad Edition running Windows 7. His card reader does not work. When I insert an SD card, I get a message that the device is not installed correctly. Windows prompts you to update me the driver, so I let him, but he can't find the driver. In devices with SD card inserted, Manager it shows a symbol in the "Other devices" section "hard drive"with a yellow "!"  The State of the device reads:

"The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)

To find a driver for this device, click Update driver. »

I tried to update the driver from there, but still no driver is reported to be found.

Furthermore, Device Manager indicates that the Realtek PCIE card reader works properly. I updated the driver using sp66065.exe, but there is no difference. The card reader is still not read, nor is it a drive letter appear to the inserted card.

If I disable the Realtek PCIE card reader, then the "other devices" "Hard drive" in the Device Manager goes. But the card reader does not work as long. If I activate the card reader, the same error comes back with a yellow '! ' under 'other devices' "Hard drive" in the Device Manager.

Could you please tell me how to resolve this situation? Thank you in advance!

    jacksan1

    You are the very welcome!

Oh... It's big, happy that the problem was solved after recovery

It would very probably be updates of Windows.

Try to create a system restore manually each time before performing any installation of update or something important. You can restore to a previous restore points you have created, if a problem occurs after an update.
    http://www.SevenForums.com/tutorials/697-system-restore-point-create.html

You can also create a shortcut to a button in your office so that you can easily create manual restore - Option 1 point in the following tutorial:
    http://www.SevenForums.com/tutorials/494-system-restore-point-shortcut.html

    System Restore: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/700-system-restore.html

I would also change the Windows Manual Automatic Update settings.
This must be done in the HP support assistant program too - its control panel.

    I hope this helps.

    Have a good weekend
    God bless you.
