• Cannot print more than two pages

  Hello here

  I have a rather strange problem today: one of my users cannot print more than two pages...

  Regardless of the printer, the application or document, this specific user will receive the first two pages printed on the right, then a windows error (cannot print, the likely reason is a failure of the network, not enough memory, etc.)

  Current config is

  -User logged on the Witch of Windows 2008R2 Server Citrix XenApp 6.5 (published desktop).

  -Print server Windows 2008R2 with something like 150 shared printers

  I tried with other printers and file formats, on separate servers, it's always the same.

  Of course, everything works perfectly fine for other users...

  I'm not sure if any parameter can block printing up to two pages only, or anything else. Before you delete and recreate the user profile, as everyone has an idea?

• Want to 5640 e - Allinone: HP Envy 5640 cannot print without problem indicated

  My hp wireless want 5640 e - Allinone scanner/printer all of a sudden couldn't print more with no error showing.

  This printer has been used very frequently and it used to work well.  However, I kinda stopped using it for about 2 weeks, and today when I tried to print, whenever I sent a document to print, the printer status showed 'Impression' and suggested that the documents have been printed successfully; However, the printer was actually nothing.

  I tried to uninstall/reinstall the hp printer driver for several times, used hp print and scan doctor showing all the controls without error, turned off the firewall, checked the wireless connection for my laptop and the printer and even used a USB to connect my laptop and printer, but still failed to get a response from the printer.  Fortunately, he was able to print an internal test page by printing HP and scan doctor, but not a test page.  In all these processes, the State of the printer was still showing indicating "Ready" for printing without error.

  On the other hand, my printer have been able to print several documents sent from computer laptop of my roommate via connection Wi - Fi, and my laptop would have also ordered my roommate, a Canon one printer, to print via wifi.

  This situation has botherd me all night and I'm actually much more dependent on the printer now that the school year has started.   I really hope that someone can solve my problem and I would appreciate his helpfulness.  Urgent need of your help!

  I see that you are having a problem wireless printing using your printer HP Envy 5640.

  If your roommate can print using your printer wireless, then I think that there is nothing wrong with his connection.

  To restore the State of your printer, you can try to do a Hard Reset. Simply unplug the power cable from the wall outlet, then to the back of the printer. Wait at least one minute, then plug it on both ends. Normally the printer will power on automatically. If this is not the case, simply press the power button.

  Blue wireless light should remain solid, once the printer is powered completely.

  On your PC, go to run by pressing Windows + R keys on your keyboard.

  Type services.msc and Services window should appear.

  Restart the services listed below by right-clicking on them and selecting restart. If it has not started yer, select start.

  1. print spooler

  2 IP Helper

  3. web client

  4. network access protection agent

  Try to print all your documents and see if it will work.

  I have a new Netgear09 router and everything connected correctly. My HP Envy 4500 wireless printer has been a success with the wizard, and I printed out the specs very well. My computer (Windows Vista) is connected to the Internet fine... but when I try to print a document from the computer it continually-error. What Miss me? I am able to print from my Ipad... but not the PC.

  I understand that you can't print from your Windows Vista system to your desire of 4500 from the evolution of your router. I would like to help!

  Try running the print and Scan of the doctor. This diagnostic tool will check for all conflicts that may be causing the problem. The tool will show you a report at the end. If there is a problem that the tool could not fix, you will notice it in the results. Please send me the results.

  Try to print again, and if there are problems or errors, please tell me what they say precisely and I'll read them for you! Also ensure that you are trying to print outs in addition to a program.

  The printer is in the instant the ink program. He receives this error for two reasons. The printer has not been able to connect to the servers of HP ink level controls or the number of pages in a long time, or there is a bill pending. • Cannot print more than 1 page of the MSWord file

  I have a 4540 of HP ProBook running Windows 7 connected to one just installed HP OfficeJet Pro 8620. I try to print a file 2.3 Mb Word (190 pp). If I select 'Print current Page', it prints the current page. But if I try to print more than one page (the entire document or just a range 2 - pg), it does not print. Print journal dialog box indicates that the print job is going to 'pending' of 'printing' and then 'print '. While it's says 'printing', my printer shows the window of dialogue «print report...» "But in the end, nothing prints! My file manager also shows, this file is 2.3 Mb, but the newspaper printer indicates that the "printed" file 21.3 MB balloons.

  Hi Yann - Thanks for your reply. When I followed the suggested correction asked by sjtracey responded on January 24, 2010, there is no option on the device settings tab to turn off Mopier Mode settings or storage of the work. However, the tab advanced, I changed the printing Print setting after the last page coils (previously configured to print immediately) and it works now. Thanks again.

• HP Envy 4500: Cannot print Photos and large documents on my HP Envy 4500 all-in-one printer

  I bought my Hp Envy 4500 all in November last one. It worked like a charm for the first 2 months. I tried to print photo 4 x 6 a day. 2 first impressions were good, and the third image has begun to fade from the half. Documents not threatened by more than a few pages. I tried to uninstall/re-install, printing via USB, set static IP address on the print and followed by other solutions on this forum. I was lazy to lift a question myself on this forum. Now, I'm totally frustrated and disappointed by this product, I wanted to just try my luck.

  Welcome to the Forum from HP Support.

  I understand your ENVY 4500 HP e-all-in-one printer is not printing documents to the end and there is a print quality problem when you print photos.  I would like to help.

  I have some suggestions that can solve these problems.

  First, I recommend that you only perform a "hard reset":

  1. press the Power button to turn off the printer.
  2. unplug the power cord at the back of the printer.
  3. wait 60 seconds.
  4 reconnect the power cord to the back of the printer.
  5. press the power button to turn on the printer.

  Click on the title of the following article:

  Try Solution two.

  If this clarify two questions, great!  If this solves the problem of document but still the problem of print quality with photos, click on the title of the following article:

  Printer prints a blank Page or does not print black ink color for the HP ENVY 4500 and Deskjet Ink Advantage 3540 e-all-in-One Printer Series

  Work your way through the Solution one and go until you are satisfied with the print quality.  Test photo print - does clarify the issue of the photo?

  Does not work with windows 10. When the updated drivers will be available?

  I have downloaded and run EN4500_198.exe. Add a new printer via direct wireless.  I received the message that my printer has been installed. When I try to access the printer through the network, the printer is not found. When I do for the devices and printers, I see my printer with the following message: HPF734F1 (HP ENVY 4500 series) driver is not available.

  I can scan to my computer, just not printing. I'm lost.

  OK just figuredb out. had to remove the old printer definition Bundeskunsthalle windows 8.1. Once I did that, win dows 10 find the printer on the network and use it correctly.

• HP Envy 4500-cannot print in COLOR and do not give me an option. ONLY black and white shows option

  My test page for the HP Envy 4500 comes out beautifully with vibrant colors and without streaks.

  I can also print other devices with color.

  Not connected directly to my computer, I have no options to print in color.  Photos, web pages, PDF files all print in B & W.

  The other forum posts which give instructions to get out the cartridges do not solve the problem.

  I am printing from an OSX and I have genuine HP cartridges.

  If I unplug the USB printer and try to print wireless, it still doesn't print in color well can we of our two phones (ios and android).

  Help, please.

  I uninstalled everything and him reinstalled the HP Envy 4500 driver out of the site.  Now, it will be printed in color of all programs.

• HP ENVY 4501 cannot print

  I live in a Nursing Hone where we are ALL on a network, and Internte is FREE! Anyway, we have recently updated to a NEW server FASTER and if it was easy to install with my new DESIRE to 4501 forPRINT, I could not scan - SO I used a fix that has given to me here, by entering the URL of the printer, which allows me to easily SCAN and send to my Chromebook.  I use GOOGLE CHROME - but now I can't PRINT! When I try to reconnect to the server, the connection is fine, but I LOOSENED the connection between CHROME and the PRINTER - every time.  I tried to set up a USB connection, but the manual only covers WINDOWS and MAC and is going OF USB wireless not vice versa.

  Anyway - I have to be able to PRINT from CHROME as usual, but for some reason, the SERVER is not to save the PRINTER - got any ideas?  I spent two hours with this and I'm TOTALLY STUMIED! Thank you.

  Thank you, the problem is solved - we had a RE-CONIG current network and the NET while also went down for a few hours the other day.

  Fortunately, I was able to grab one of the network guys while they were here and he solved the problam.  While my Chromebook was beiing Autheniticated password to Thierry, HP Envy was not - if a SINGLE TIME call Newwork Admin (who added with appropriate password) did the trick - after that, it was a small cause of some print jobs which was still waiiting out of the QUEUE of society and it running ike a charm.

  It's funny, NOW I'll be VERY VERY CAREFUL about my connections, and be HAPPY with things as they are.

  GOOGLE CLOUD PRINT is a breeze to use and makes life WONDERFUL RIGHT after a week faced with the connection

  I bought a new HP ENVY 4500 printer a few days ago and I am having the problem of can't even print a test page from Windows 7 Printer Device Properties with an error message of "Page of Test failed print" and followed the printing result advocatus of "Troubleshooting couldn't identify the problem. I tried on the two USB connection and wireless WiFi with the same error occurred.

  I had tried several times to uninstalled and reinstalled the printer c/o original CD drivers and downloaded from the HP Web site with no lucks!

  Tried the other method included:
  1 HP Installation Wizard: installation is complete but same error unable to print test page
  2 HP Print and Scan Doctor: everything is ok and printed a page.
  3 borrowed the Notebook runs a friend Windows 8.1 and test page printed ok with USB and WiFi connection.

  It seems can be problem of 4500 want a Windows 7 compatibility? as the test of Windows 8 portable printed page!

  An urgent need for help and the only reason to buy this HP Envy 4500 printer because of my old Canon MG2170 broke up with paper serious supply problem, however this new 4500 want impossible even to print a "single page" after struggling for several days!

  I contacted HP support Office and they advised me to contact Microsoft Support to help Windows 7, but the MS support asked me to register for option of premium services for advanced level technical support? I'm helpless and confused in a round and round with a newly purchased HP printer support advice?

  It was very probably administrator rights on the computer, since you had to go around adding to full access to the temp folder. When logged on with administrator rights, you shouldn't do this step.

  The network port in a home environment with a router, usually is TCP/IP.

• HP Envy 5530 cannot print even if the connected printer

  I installed the HP Envy 5530 series software on my Mac, OS 10.9.3 computer.  I get a message that the printer is not connected.   I ran the tests wireless network, everything going.   I even reinstalled the software.   I am able to print successfully from my IPHONE and PC laptop to work wireless.  Please help!

  Welcome to the Forums of HP Support!

  I see that you are having problems printing from your Mac with the 5530 LIKE 10.9.3 new, knowing it will print from an iPhone and the PC is good news.

  You can try to reset the printing system on the Mac, this will delete maybe damaged driver. Mac OS x: how to reset the printing system will help you if not done before.

  Once done, repair disk permissions on the Mac.

  Uninstall and install the printer software and printing test. Uninstall better by going to Applications > HP > double click on uninstall and follow the steps. I suggest to use this to install with: 5530 ENVY HP e-All-in-One Printer series full feature software and drivers - 10.6 of Mac OS X v10.7, v10.8 v10.9.

  Let me know if you are now able to print.

• ENVY 4524: Cannot print 4524 WANT using MAC CAPITAN

  I recently bought a new HP ENVY 4524 and can't print. I followed all the instructions that I can find, and when I try to send a document to print it just isn't. It will say "printing" and "finished printing" but nothing happened!  I upgraded my OS to El Capitan, set up on my wifi and checked there is a good connection and turned off the firewall, I can print from my I pad.  I would be grateful for any advice solve it please.

  Try to remove the printer and then add it again by opening the Preferences tab and then selecting «printers & scanners»

  From there, click on the sign less under the printer icon to remove the printer and then add again using the sign.

  This is often useful if you have trouble establishing a connection.

  I see that you are not able to print from the Internet and you get an error message "printer error state."

  There could be several reasons why does not the Internet, including network and connectivity problems of browser unsupported print. I will need a little more information to help you to the right information.

  1. How your printer is connected to your network (with no wireless or Ethernet)?
  2. What browser are you printing from?
  3. What is the operating system of the computer you are printing since?
  4. Are you experiencing other problems not related to this printing?
  5. Have you recently updated in or upgrade your operating system, firmware or network connections? If so, what improvements/updates run you?

  There is no place without borders to check in the settings.

  On my pictures, all I want is without borders.

  I uninstalled the printer and reinstalled. Has nothing. I've updated the driver. Has nothing.
