Envy Phoenix 810 - 170st drivers for Windows 7 64

I am trying to create a dual boot with Windows 8.1 provided and the owner provided 64 bit Windows 7, but it is impossible to find all the drivers for the motherboard and components (IPIWB-PB (Pittsburgh2).  There are Windows 7 drivers for this computer? I have a user who will not be able to adapt to Windows 8.1, so I want to have an alternative.

You are the very welcome.

I think that those need the driver chipset if you have not installed.

    https://www.YouTube.com/watch?v=bmpOezTOfPU

    Greetings,

My pc is having a serious problem to initialize. When I turn it to be closed, it will not display. The lights come on, but the graphics card is not set up to start the monitor. And the fan is running at its top speed. It will be either do it for about half a minute and close, or should I stop it manually. Usually, the next attempt to start, will show the power comes on for about 2 seconds and then right back off the coast. After that, he goes on, and then will begin a normal start procedure. The problem started a while after obtaining a SSD hard drive.  The SSD is used as primary Windows startup disk and 2 3 TB drives were used for storage.

The problem is very confused, as one of the 3 TB drives the windows main drive helped, but do not solve the problem. So, I can not link on the SSD drive, running the pc on ACHI vs sound original RAID, or if there is a real problem of power or the motherboard.

I have a box from looking at it, but this brings us to another problem. I don't have the pc in the configuration that was causing the most problems, because an associate of HP called me, said that if I sent all the additional parts, they would probably not returned. I could lose my extra HDs? And if I can't properly present the problem, is it possible that it can fail, and my machine is back with the same problems?

SSDS are sometimes a problem and I don't really understand it.  In the early days the cloning software was having a problem with the SSD drive.  Different manufacturers have problems with the motherboard controllers, etc.  Now, I assumed that the problems are more or less solved.  It could be in one of these areas, but check with the Samsung forums to explore options for this SSD model.

The specifications for your PC indicate a 600 Watt power supply.  I suggest you open your PC and inspect the PCI-E power connectors.  How much is available and how many pins on each connector.

The most recent 7xx and 9xx NVIDIA graphics cards should be compatible with your PC.  You just need to match the graphics card with the size of your diet.

Is there a way to 'redo' recovery discs now so that any future recovery back me to Windows 10?

    Thank you!!

    > I prefer NOT having to go back to 8.1 earn and have buy Windows 10 to get back to where I am now.

Because Windows 10 is installed on your computer, Microsoft has a "fingerprint" of your hardware,

who gives you the right to re - install Windows 10 without having to buy a product key.

    > Is it possible to 'redo' recovery discs now so that any future recovery back me to Windows 10?

Yes.  Or, if you have an empty 8GB USB - memory stick, you can write a copy of Windows 10 to it.

    See: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10/

for a free download of Windows 10.

When using this media, click on 'I don't have a product key' and the 'right' will allow you to continue with the installation.

But when you try to create a recovery disk I accidently deleted the entire recovery of the bootable SSD partition. Is it possible to undo these changes in return? Hello:

What is the technology Intel Rapid Storage Technology software.

    http://www.Intel.com/support/chipsets/IMSM/sb/CS-020784.htm

It is not necessary to install the update if you do not want.

I doubt you will notice a difference in performance if you have it installed.

It is unlikely that all the problems would result in the update (however could apply Murphy's law), but like you said... "If it ain't broke, don't fix it."

    Hello:

Your model has the AMD/Intel switchable graphics.

It is unlikely that the W8 AMD graphics driver will work on W8.1.

Normally, you can use some of the drivers W7/W8 on W8.1, but the graphics is very doubtful - not switchable graphics anyway.

You can run the windows 8.1 upgrade wizard and see what it reports.

  • HP Envy Phoenix 810-130QE Causes of Hyper-V hangs at startup

I'm having a problem with the help of Hyper-V on my new computer and after that try almost everything has suggested two on these forums and on a myriad of web search I'v could not solve the problem, so I hope someone might be able to help out me.

I found the setting in the BIOS to enable hardware virtualization and walks.  After that, the system would start fine.

I then went to programs and features (WIN - X), then "Featurs Turn Windows turn on or off" and permits to Hyper-V and all it's subcomponents as seen in the following screenshot...

That's where I ran questions.  After the reboot, the computer hangs at the HP logo with the loading circle spinning and will spend.  I even went so far as to turn all night without success.

Everything I bought this computer is because I need to work with the development of Windows Phone and run emulators requiring Hyper-v and this feature was not available on my Core2 Duo aging system.

I tried using other versions of the Bluetooth driver that was mentioned in the forums without success.

I tried to disable Secure Boot, again mentioned in these forums with no luck.

I am out of options and I am desperate to get this problem resolved.

For now I have disabled hardware virtualization in the BIOS that allows me to start, but of course the features of Hyper-V that were installed earlier didn't work so I'm no better off than when I started.  Any attempt to reactivate the hardware virtualization in the BIOS leaves me hanging at the start of the HP logo screen.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I was finally able to get Hyper-V works fine on my HP ENVY Phoenix 810-103QE by installing a new copy of Windows 8.1, the upgrade to Pro and then reinstall all the drivers except the Bluetooth drivers.  The installation was not the restore partition but was using a retail DVD Pro Windows 8.1.

Any attempt whatsoever to install the Bluetooth drivers that either before I had Hyper-V running or after have resulted in a failure.  In the case of installing them before you have a Hyper-V running it will expose the shot to the startup problem.  In the case to install after having Hyper-v running would cause an accident immideate and dump during installation.

It seems to me that we have to wait until Microsoft, HP, or Bluetooth chip provider (in my case it is Ralink - now MediaTek) release updated drivers, firmware or software battery Bluetooth for solve the problem entirely.  Because I don't care about Bluetooth on my desktop PC is not that big of a deal for me, but it may be a deal breaker for others.

If anyone is interested, I can provide more details about the installation process or answer any questions you may have about how I went to do it.

I have a HP Envy Phoenix 810-160 that I bought in April of 2014, it came with loaded Windows 8.1.  It has a Broadcom BCM4352HMP 801.11 ac 2 x 2 Wi - Fi adapter.  It maintains abandon the connection. I have install the driver is 6.30.223.170 from 09/06/2013, I tried updating the driver and it says my driver is up to date. When I go to the available networks list my network is listed under the power of the full signal.  It does not connect and says that it can't connect.   I turn on/off the device in Device Manager and reboot, then I get anywhere from two minutes to an hour or two of functionality so that it falls new.

I'm going through HP and widows forums forums all day looking for a solution.  I followed all the troubleshooting steps I found on the HP and Windows forums, but none were specific to this model PC and a wireless adapter.   The only step I have not tried it replace the adapter.  computer 8 months, I want to buy a new card from the computer.  As it is connected to the internet from the computer, I received, it's only this morning December 26, 2014 that the connection has begun to wane.

I tried to update the driver, uninstall and reinstall the adapter off the blue tooth adapter, currently if I toggle the device once in a relationship and reboot, I get a time where I stay logged in, but eventually, he abandons the connection again.

When I turn on the computer the little indicator white wireless on the front of the computer lights up almost instantly.  I see my home network with the power of the full signal and two laptops and my Iphone right next to the computer to connect to the same network with full signal strength.

  • HP ENVY Phoenix 810-445qe: specifications of need on 14.79 GB "Disk 1" labelled "Datadrive1 (e).

I spent the last few days setting up a brand new HP ENVY Phoenix 810 - 445qe I ordered from HP.com. (Information system down in the case, it may be necessary.)

I did what all the new owners of the system should do after you set up the system: I did a DVD repair system, and am about to do my first image with Windows 7 (64 bit) backup.

Of course, when you perform an image backup (which is like making a photocopy of your hard drive to a point in time) you can not store this backup on the same drive you're imaging, for the obvious reason that you can not write to disk at the same time you are Imaging it. If the image backup dialog box gave me three options of storage location:

    (1) Datadrive1 (E)
    (2) WD MyBook external hard drive (G)
    (3) Blu - Ray / DVD / CD drive (F)

I was curious about the "Datadrive1" because I didn't know that's where! I don't me read something about it, then I went to control panel > system and security > ' Create and format hard disk partitions "(under administrative tools on the system menu and security - or the type of management of the computer in the Start Menu) to take a look at the drives and partitions.

This computer was said to come with a SATA 3 TB and because disk 0 is close to 3 TB, with a labeled 100 MB partition "EFI System Partition" a 2779,01 GB NTFS partition labeled "OS (C)" and an "HP RECOVERY (D)." 15,28 labeled GB NTFS partition So, there we have the bootloader partition, the partition of operating system Windows 7 and the HP recovery partition.

But there is also a 'disc 1' labeled 'DATADRIVE1 (E)"formatted as one 14.79 GB NTFS partition. I was surprised to see this data disc, because one of my complaints about HP computers in the past (or at least those available through Best Buy) was that they were always set up with one disc for the operating system and data. (It is always a bad idea to host your data on the same drive that your operating system, because the system disks get use more heavy and are more prone to failure.)

I recognized my Western Digital My Book 1 TB drive disc 2, entitled ' My Book (G) ' and formatted as a single partition NTFS of GB 931,48. It is the external drive only, I am informed, plugged into one of the USB 3.0 ports.

So I called the support for questions on disk 1. Where is he? Is what kind of drive? Is what brand? Etc, etc. HP support officer did not know the answer to that! She told me that my system only comes with an internal hard drive and therefore that * must * be an external drive belonging to me. I have an external USB drive connected but it's G drive.

The only USB devices connected physically are: dongle USB wireless keyboard and mouse from HP; My WD My Book drive; and a HP Photosmart C5180 all-in-One printer with nothing plugged into its card reader, who can't stand not anything on the order of 14.79 GB anyway.

I would like to know the details about this DATADRIVE1, because) I don't really know what it is and if I should write data there and b) do not know how stable the device is. Thanks in advance for your help.

Tiles and charms stop working. When the tiles stops working (by clicking tile on causes Office Office window to scroll) and I could still access the charm of the research, I ran sfc/scannow as administrator. He showed a couple of corrupt files, he couldn't fix, but on reboot, the tiles and the charms worked again. Have experienced this on four times at this point.

Seems to have started with the last Windows 8.1 update and is somehow related to the engine OneDrive of synchronization.  I hadn't used onedrive; started using it, and this mess. I disabled all settings onedrive pc and laptop and stopped using it. However, the message "Synchronization engine OneDrive" appears for no apparent reason, and then the tiles and charms stop working.  If I have Outlook and Foxfire open apps, they still work, and their open windows always appear in the toolbar at the bottom. All other app shortcut links that have normally pinned it disappear.

When I try to shut down the PC, if I can do this via the charm of power, I get a message that it cannot be closed because the "Portrait Display Inc. app prevents close.» There is no such program indicated in the list of installed programs in Control Panel. I understand computer Googling there somehow integrated in the HP PC.

I see that many other people have had this problem, used the approach of the sfc/scannow, with little lasting effect.
