Envy touchsmart 15: blocked at the HP loading screen

My phone is stuck at the HP loading screen and won't go further. I tried the reset hard twice and continues to be in a loop of loading. I tested the hard DST short test and it passed. One thing I feel that I want to emphasize is that, when I try to test other components such as the CPU and memory, they freeze to test it screens and progress, not even after the scheduled time.

I would like some feedback as soon as POSSIBLE, I need this PC for assignments etc., thanks in advance.

Hey @Artif,

You could try it, I recommend the creation of a USB repair for Windows 10. That will be the same no matter. You can try some suggestions on this page from Microsoft.

Thank you.

    I think I know why you get a BSOD.
    You said that you have installed the Win XP SP1a.

    You must Win XP SP2!

    If you wish, you can create a CD Win XP SP2 clean! How? It's very easy. You need the tool freeware nLite (google for it and how to use it).

    Using the nLite application you could create a new XP CD and could include SP2 in this CD. You can then use this disk to start!

  • Satellite A100-049 stops loading at the Windows loading screen

    Unless I opened fully open/almost completely the cover on my Toshiba Satellite A100-049 it will always freeze on screen Toshiba Logo black (first one you see). She has completed half of the blue progress bar that runs along the bottom of the screen. I need and then turn off the button and once again, it becomes work.

    The laptop is only 2 weeks old nine. It's especially annoying since it prevents a scheduled backup to wake the portable computer from Hibernation. I have to leave it on or leave the lid open permanently.

    Help?

    It seems that the title has been changed from the one I posted, nothing wrong with that, but it is no longer accurate. It keeps loading the Windows loading screen, it freezes "before" that date. The Toshiba Logo POST screen, very first, you see when you turn on the laptop.

  • U410 won't start - stuck in the Windows loading screen?

    Hi, I have a U410 that no longer starts. Don't know what he did stop. At startup, it loads the startup Lenovo screen, then the loading screen Windows 10 forever (balls chasing each other in a circle). I can't get combinations of keys F bring me to the BIOS. I tried to use the Novo, but not the work of options other than the restoration of the system. They all display the startup Lenovo screen, then the Windows 10 loading screen.

    I created a bootable USB floppy and USB boot, but I never have an option to get the BIOS or choose another Boot device.

    Thanks for the answer, it turns out that it was the hard drive.

    There's something corrupt on it and it wouldn't start. I took and connected to another machine, but he was not recognized by the BIOS or Windows. I returned to the U410 and starts in with the Novo button restore mode. Curiously, it worked and I was able to restore the machine back to original settings and then upgrade to Windwos 10. I lost all data on the HARD drive, but it's normal. She has been saved and most of the records is anyway in the cloud.

    Not trusing stability of this HARD drive, I decided to replace it with a Samsung SSD. It was a great experince. Samsung provides a disk copy utility that works on the HARD drive running! A took about 45 minutes to reflect the existing for the connected SSD HDD. After that, I have swapped drives, ran the optimization of SSD and it was good to go.

    The special tools required for this were opening and pry tools and an USB HARD drive adapter. There are many videos on YouTube that show how to open the laptop.

    You should check with the manufacturer of PC for the recovery disc's different installation options.  You may be able to proceed to a repair facility and not lose anything. Mike - Engineer Support Microsoft Answers

  • Pavilion h8 - 1070t: blocked on the HP splash screen, computer beep

    I just installed a PSU Corsair CX600 and an EVGA GeForce gt 740.

    When I start my PC, is rest on the start screen and beeps once, every ten seconds. After 3 beeps (30 seconds) my PC beeps again followed three quick beeps and the monitor stops receiving signal from the computer (I do not see the HP splash screen, no signal).

    What could be the problem?

    I think that your problem is that the video card is not compatible with your BIOS.  EVGA 700 series cards require UEFI in the motherboard instead of a standard BIOS.  I suggest you to contact EVGA Tech Support (1-888-880-3842) to see if they have a VBIOS update that will allow the card to work with your computer.  If they do not have an update that they can email it to you.  Tell them that someone of the HP Forums suggested that you call.

  • Problem of button wifi HP Envy TouchSmart 15 j001TX on the upgrade to Windows 8.1

    Finally, here is the Solution for the ProblemsI facing point 8.1 of Windows in my HP Envy 15 J001TX (D9H44PA) TS

    1 PROBLEM Wifi button (led)

    -Cause - Bluetooth Incompatible Ralink driver (SP64082 Driver Wifi works fine)

    -How to solve the problem =

    Reset you first FORMATER THE System Partition (normally 100-500 MB size) when clean installing windows 8.1 (I don't know how to do after the upgrade via Windows store cause I never have I clean installed from the image ISO of Win 8.1)

    Then after installing Windows install Wifi button Driver Compitable with your system and of course to win 8.1 (SP63752 http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareDownloadIndex?softwareitem=ob-123643-1&cc=in&dlc=en&lc=en...  in my case)

    Here you can see the effective operation of the Wifi Button (F12 key) after restarting your PC

    Now if you install your old Wifi and Bluetooth Drivers you will ruin everything!

    THEN please INSTALL new WIfi driver Ralink (SP64082 that are currently compatible for win 8 but works very well and were available on the site, only last week here is the link http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareDownloadIndex?softwareitem=ob-125308-1&cc=in&dlc=en&lc=en... )

    The driver Bluetooth Ralink (well SP64156 I do not know if it will work or not cause he doesn't get just installed on my machine gave error file not found and I never retried there are waiting for the Win 8.1 driver compatiblehttp://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareDownloadIndex?softwareitem=ob-125314-1&cc=in&dlc=en&lc=en...)

    THEN the underlying problem seems to be Bluetooth driver and above the steps is how it will be fixed!

    In my view, FORMATTING of THE PARTITION SYSTEM is only average stuck reset who have dirtied the old Bluetooth driver!

    2. the NO work of BEATS AUDIO, other software and technology Intel Rapid Storage Technology bit

    The main cause is the INCOMPATIBLES INTEL GRAPHICS drivers...

    If you have installed the drivers Win 8 offered by HP on Win 8.1 What is causing many software malfunction!

    Then please download the latest drivers from Intel graphics for your laptop https://downloadcenter.intel.com/default.aspx (in my case 4600 Graphics Intel for windows 8.1 64-bit has been downloaded) it works perfectly!

    You must also install the updated Audio drivers (SP63555, http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareDownloadIndex?softwareitem=ob-124012-1&cc=in&dlc=en&lc=en... )

    Yes that's it everything works fine!  (I suggest that you do not install the Bluetooth driver until HP provides new compatible with win 8.1 setting the LED issue until then I suggest simply do not install and use bluetooth caue you must format the system partition whenever you need to reset the frame and for this we need to clean installation of Win 8.1)

  • Move the block when the page loads

    Is there anyway to trigger a scroll effect immediately after loading a page? I would like a series of elements to start at the top of a page and then disperse to different places, just after loading. I imagine that something as animate Edge can do that, but I wanted to check if it is possible, somehow, in the Muse. Thank you for your help.

    Hello

    With native Muse, we are unable to install it because the scroll effect would require movement page.

    Yes, you can fix that with the help of animation, this can be done.

  • envy touchsmart 20 problem with the mail application

    When I tap on the "Mail" window, it flashes to Mail, and then comes back to the right of the start screen. I already talked to HP support and uninstalled and then reinstalled the app 3 times, but I am still facing this problem. Any ideas?

    Since my initial post I learned that it was a matter of Microsoft and not HP problem. HP technicians helped so that has to be said for them. However, they suggested that I go to the App Store on my startup screen to reinstall the application "Mail" and that didn't work, I went to Microsoft.com and download a fresh version directly from them. So far the problem is not repeated, so we'll see if this is the solution.

  • Re: Laptop will not start, crashes at the HP loading screen

    Hi I have a Hp ENVY m6 and I'm having the same problem. I ran the test and everything seemed to pass.
    P.S this problem started occurring after that windows 10 1607 (birthday) updated.

    I contacted Microsoft and it turns out that there were static in my system, so I did an oil change of power and now it is fine.

  • My computer hangs at the Windows loading screen OR blue screen comes up saying I need to install the hardware.

    Hi, I recently got a computer and I just realized that whenever I turn it on after a long period of time (eteindre turn off during the night, turn it on morning) my computer freezes at windows startup screen. Sometimes a blue error screen appears and after reading it, I would say that a material is not installed correctly. After graduating with my computer, I am sure that I have installed the latest updates, but im not sure what is causing this problem.

    Would be very happy to help!

    Thanks a bunch! : D

    Follow these steps to try to solve your problems of boot.

    Restore point:

    http://www.howtogeek.com/HOWTO/Windows-Vista/using-Windows-Vista-system-restore/

    Do Safe Mode system restore, if it is impossible to do in Normal Mode.

    Try typing F8 at startup and in the list of Boot selections, select Mode safe using ARROW top to go there > and then press ENTER.

    Try a restore of the system once, to choose a Restore Point prior to your problem...

    Click Start > programs > Accessories > system tools > system restore > choose another time > next > etc.

    http://www.windowsvistauserguide.com/system_restore.htm

    Read the above for a very good graph shows how backward more than 5 days in the System Restore Points by checking the correct box.

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    If the system or Mode restore safe work not and you do not have a Microsoft Vista DVD, make a repair disc to do a Startup Repair:
    Download the ISO on the link provided and make a record of repair time it starts.
    Go to your Bios/Setup, or the Boot Menu at startup and change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order, then reboot with the disk in the drive.
    At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu.
    When you have changed that, insert the Bootable disk you did in the drive and reboot.
    http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial148.html
    Link above shows what the process looks like and a manual, it load the repair options.
    NeoSmart containing the content of the Windows Vista DVD 'Recovery Centre', as we refer to him. It cannot be used to install or reinstall Windows Vista, and is just a Windows PE interface to recovering your PC. Technically, we could re-create this installation with downloadable media media freely from Microsoft (namely the Microsoft WAIK, several gigabyte download); but it is pretty darn decent of Microsoft to present Windows users who might not be able to create such a thing on their own.
    Read all the info on the website on how to create and use:
    http://NeoSmart.net/blog/2008/Windows-Vista-recovery-disc-download/
    ISO Burner:http://www.snapfiles.com/get/active-isoburner.html
    It's a very good Vista startup repair disk.
    You can do a system restart tool, system, etc it restore.
    It is NOT a disc of resettlement.
    And the 32-bit is what normally comes on a computer, unless 64-bit.
    See you soon.
  • HP Streem 7 Tablet 5701: Blocking of the HP Tablet screen
    HP updated the Tablet when I turned it on. After the update has been completed and the Tablet has restarted (for upgrade), the splash screen appeared (with the icons of the apps) and locked. I hit apps and crept to the screen and press the windows key, etc., and nothing happened. The screen remains locked. All I can do is to turn it on or off, no other work.
    Hello @DLC1,
    I guess you mean set Windows to update and now the touchscreen does not work.
    1. you have access to a card GTA you can connect a mouse with in order to operate the slider, so we can trouble shoot the problem? Better yet, use a usb hub to connect a keyboard and a wired mouse?
    or
    2. otherwise, the only alternative would be to a zero factory that will erase what you have now and redefine the tablet on the way it was at the factory.
    To do a factory reset:
    With the Tablet off the coast and the battery fully charged, press the power button / stop and Volume for about 5 seconds until the opening of the Startup Options window.
    Choose F11 to start the process, and follow the prompts.
    The touchscreen should work for this process that Windows does not work during this period.
    I would like to know which option you are using and I can help with.
    Thank you.
