Envy TS J137TX (product number: F9Z54PA #UUF) Wifi problems

My laptop cannot detect the network wireless from my office. I'm a model Envy ts j137tx (product number: F9Z54PA #UUF). I did a clean install of windows 7 Professional 64-bit and using windows 7 now. (planning to dual boot in the future).

I called HP, but he told me that my phone does not support windows 7 . I got all the drivers from the HP site. Another question, what network driver should I install? (there 3 in the network category)

My wifi network works, but the problem reoccurs after restarting the router. I can detect the other networks, but cannot detect my business network. All of my colleague did not have this problem, even my mobile phone can also detect the network. (I'll get the network after a reboot of the router again)

I think that I'm not the only one having this problem (can get a lot of messages on the internet) but most of them using windows 8. This is quite annoying, please help me on this

I read your post about how you are not able to access the network from your desktop on your new laptop, and I'd be happy to guide you to a resolution!

Since you are able to access the network with your phone, as well as others on other computers, I recommend to reset the TCP/IP stacks by following the steps below:

Step 1. Click the Start button
Step 2. In the search box, type "Command Prompt"
Step 3. Right click on command prompt

Step 4. Click on run as administrator
Step 5. Type "netsh winsock reset catalog" and press ENTER.
Step 6. Type 'netsh int ip reset reset.log' and press ENTER.
Step 7. Restart your computer

    I made the mistake of buying a Windows 8 machine which does not reliably connect to the internet. I see connections and you connect to them but just have 'limited' connectivity and can't get online.

  • Why my product number in the BIOS is different from what is printed on the laptop?

    I bought a HP Envy cl 4-1043 ultrabook and I created a set of backup on a USB key recovery.

    3 months later the 32 GB SSD is crushed and HP it replaced under warranty. The system unusable because of excessive corrupted files.

    The problem is now, I'm unable to retrieve the ultrabook using my recovery of backup series. The error reported is that the number of products reported by the BIOS is different from the one originally used to create the recovery image.

    The product reported by BIOS now number is B5T09UA #AB4

    What is printed on my ultrabook is B5T09UA #ABA

    The version of the BIOS is F.0B

    My question is why the product number has changed? He changed during the replacement of my ultrabook of the SSD?

    How I am now able to recover my operating system to Windows 7? I appreciate if someone can advise me.

    A few days, I tried to connect my headset wireless Vibro BT02 iBall with my laptop. The bluetooth device is not detected after several attempts. So I went to changes with the driver for device bluetooth, settings, etc etc. Also I tried to set the bluetooth in services.msc. But it does not work.  From now on, I don't remember what I did.

  • HP Envy m6 is unable to connect/detect wifi but can connect to ethernet

    My HP Envy laptop m6 cannot connect to our wifi connection and connects only using the ethernet cable connection.

    He was always very well when I downloaded windows 8.1 but displays limited connectivity suddenly / no.. I tried everything that I can including reset tcp ip settings via the command prompt, find other drivers until someone suggested me to put my laptop back to windows 8. Still does not solve the problem. Now, my computer laptop is wifi access or detect any wireless so our wifi at home, or other.
