Envy120 all-in-one not to copy

Our 120 want all-in-one does not copy. Wireless printing works very well. But when I load top something to copy everything that comes out is a full page of dark ink. Is there a light that could be since no light comes from the bar.

I think that the problem is related to the scanner bulb.

    2. are you connected to a domain?
    3. have you downloaded the correct driver version?

    I would recommend that you download the correct driver (Vista 64-bit) from this link and check if that helps.

    My c410 HP Premium Fax e-all-in-one won't copy (white spell page), only prints in faded gray even when the quality is set to 'best', will only print up and part side of page - excludes the middle of the page and analyze only a portion of the document.  A new black ink cartridge has been installed in a couple of weeks.  Supply levels say the black is full, all the color is 3/4 full and the photo ink is full.  The printer has been idle for a few weeks - I had to restart it returning to work, because he wouldn't (and is often not) respond to print requests.

    It worked beautifully and still works fine as a printer, but can no longer answer mode "scan", which gives the message: "no scan options...". »
    I downloaded and installed your software (AIO_CDB_2570_Full_Win_WW_130_141.msi) from the HP Web site - even received a "Welcome" message after installing on my laptop (HP Mini running Windows 7 with all updates).  But when Windows tries to configure the installation package, it fails... (Message: Please wait while Windows configures HP Photosmart Essential.)   ...  Time remaining 1 minute' - then it gets no further.)

    Center of HP solutions running on my HP Mini, the message is: "your HP Photosmart 2570 series is ready" and I can adjust the parameters of scanning on the 2575 of my laptop. -for laptop and 2575 are "talk" to each other...
    When I run printing HP and Scan Doctor 4.4, it found errors of Solution Center & Twain & tells me I need an update to fix the errors, but it sends me to the same place from where I have already downloaded the software updated!
    Windows7 does not recognize the newly installed software & more like another package: "HPPhotosmartEssentials.msi", which he says he can't find.

    Instruction was also found on the HP Web site: "Locate & install the .msi file is missing file in the Temp of your computer folder", but there is no msi file in the Temp folder (download goes to the downloads folder).

    Please response ASAP - I cannot USE MY PHOTOSMART2575 MORE scanning DOCUMENTS and have lost DAYS on this - making circles in the round...

    Sorry to say your advice has not solved my problem - but received a phone call the week last of Henry of HP at Gateshead (n. of England) support.

    After 4 hours or more (he missed his lunch...!) firmly on the phone and computer being "picked up" remote, it has removed HP all THE files on my computer (HP Mini) and then reloaded OLD original software for 2575 with updates,... Finally got all-in-one scan with the HP Mini success - so big thanks to Henry at Gateshead for his help there... :-)

  • HP C7280 all in one. Problem copying

    HP C7280 all in one.  During the copy with the original on the glass, the copy is fine.  During the copy with the original introduced in the extra paper tray, a vertical line appears at the same place on each copy of the product.  Maybe some soil is at this location on the device that "reads" the original document because it passes?  Any suggestions on how to get and check this out?

    1. Insert the CD in the drive and then cancel Setup

    2. open my computer and click right then on the CD from the drive and select open

    3 open the Util folder

    4 open the CCC folder

    5. run the uninstall_L4 (exe or Bat)

    6. once the uninstall is complete, restart the computer

    7 run the Accessories\ System Tools Disk Cleanup

    8. download and install the latest version of Adobe flash player

    My trusty and reliable hp psc 2175 all-in-one prints wrong color.  It seems to access information or cyan or yellow and prints only in black (which is light) or magenta.  I changed both cartridges, and that did not help.  He keeps asking me to align the cartridges (which I did several times without success).  Any ideas as to what is happening and how to fix the problem?  Thank you!

    I understand that you are willing to adjust the darkness of copy on the printer all-in-one HP Deskjet 2540. I would like to help with that.

    The all-in-one printer HP Deskjet 2540 doesn't have a menu of copy that you can access to adjust the darkness of the copy. You can only set the number of copies. All documents are copied to print normal quality mode. You cannot change the quality of the printing mode when copying.

    You could, as a work-around, scanning the document or image to your computer and then use a third-party software, like Photoshop to darken the document or image. Here is a document that can help with scanning if necessary - using full function software scanning (Windows 8) HP.

    There is no difference between the 2, but the DJ 2544 is a printer retail and comes with a USB cable.

Everything worked fine until I installed a new router - Linksys router Cicso Wireless-N-Home. My roommate has a wireless computer, not a laptop. He installed the router - my printer goes through the motions as if it will print even if nothing prints. I tried to locate the my HP Photosmart C3140 all in one on my computer is not listed. My old printer that I use to have installed HP Photosmart C3100 series Advanced Document list my computer. There are at least 5 items listed in printing (QC) how can I get my C3140 reinstalled? It's so frustrating. I really want to hire a geek to fix. With instructions step by step I hope that you can provide, I am confident, I can do it myself. Sorry for TMI (too much info)
