EPA 10 - screen white in the monitor during the video game - but all is well in the CS6 APPro

Hello

I have an Asus G75V, Windows 7 and Adobe Premiere Elements 10, as well as a subscription to Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 (with booster). All windows updates are up-to-date, also optionally (Bing, which I did not need to backup). I have the latest version of QuickTime (QT 7). Until today everything was fine, but now... Open a project in AP elements (so when I create a new) and get this message:

We detected incompatible display driver. To get a better reading performance and faster, update your display driver. View the details of the driver: NVIDIA Corporation GEForce GTX 670 M/PCIe/SSE2 3.0.0

By the way, I have the latest update of Nvidia installed, from their webpage (version 306.97). NVIDIA Web page after scanning my system says: GeForce GTX 670 M 306.97 your PC is currently the last driver for your GPU. No update driver is necessary at this time.

Indeed, when I open the AP elements, in the monitor Panel, I see the image corresponding to the position of the cursor on the timeline, but when I press PLAY the image on the screen become white, I hear the sound of the film, but there is no picture color, just white. When I STOP the picture from the movie appears. The video is 1920 x 1080, 25 fps from a DSLR, Lagarith codec camera. The computer used to manage the size of the video without any problem.

When I open another project in Adobe Premiere Pro or Encore CS6, CS6 alright, I see the picture and hear the sound.

What I try to fix is the following: I reinstalled Adobe Premiere Elements; uninstalled the Nvidia driver; reinstalled the driver Nvidia, the latest version and also tried to revert to the previous version (306.23). Nothing helps.

I found this: http://forums.adobe.com/thread/769303 but this isn't for EPA 9.0, 10.0 - I do not have the BadDriver.txt file

This who could I do, please help?

Thanks for the help,

Michal

Try what ishown in the link, then replace by 10.0 9.0: this folder name is the version number of the

First Elements.

To view the program data folder, you need to see the files hidden when using

Windows Explorer. Then, you will be able to delete the file baddrivers.txt.

Good luck.

    Hello

Check with the manufacturer of your system, their books online and their forums (if any) than
probably is by design. No matter what is not a function of Windows.

Control Panel - Power Options - choose the closing cover

But that does not affect the sensitivity, or if he stops everything which the hardware manufacturer

  • Premiere Pro CS6 video game but the screen display is black?

I recently installed debut video capture software and installed codecs for it. I recorded some videos and imported into premiere. When I put it in the sequence and press play, it shows just a black screen, but play the sounds. I played it in photoshop and fine vlc but not first pro. Also, I opened a project I worked on before installing the video capture, and it plays the sound, but shows an empty preview. It worked fine before. How can I fix? I reinstall the creation, or reset something?

Well, I discovered the problem, first sort was not automatic running on my Nvidia card and that's why it didn't work. I reinstalled first and now my main project media is all dissociated, and the audio is messed up.

    @Steven jr,
You are able to install other applications?  Verify that you can install other software (you can install a component of Windows Live Essentials from here).  If you can install other software, then contact the manufacturer of the support software.  They may have to update the installer to load correctly on Windows 7.

    Hello

References to Vista also apply to Windows 7.

This is my generic how updates of appropriate driver:

This utility, it is easy see which versions are loaded:

-Free - DriverView utility displays the list of all device drivers currently loaded on your system.
For each driver in the list, additional useful information is displayed: load address of the driver,
Description, version, product name, company that created the driver and more.
    http://www.NirSoft.NET/utils/DriverView.html

For drivers, visit manufacturer of emergency system and of the manufacturer of the device that are the most common.
Control Panel - device - Graphics Manager - note the brand and complete model
your video card - double - tab of the driver - write version information. Now, click on update
Driver (this can do nothing as MS is far behind the certification of drivers) - then right-click.
Uninstall - REBOOT it will refresh the driver stack.

Repeat this for network - card (NIC), Wifi network, sound, mouse, and keyboard if 3rd party
with their own software and drivers and all other main drivers that you have.

Now in the system manufacturer (Dell, HP, Toshiba as examples) site (in a restaurant), peripheral
Site of the manufacturer (Realtek, Intel, Nvidia, ATI, for example) and get their latest versions. (Look for
BIOS, Chipset and software updates on the site of the manufacturer of the system here.)

Download - SAVE - go to where you put them - right click - RUN AD ADMIN - REBOOT after
    each installation.

Always check in the Device Manager - drivers tab to be sure the version you actually install
presents itself. This is because some restore drivers before the most recent is installed (sound card drivers
in particular that) so to install a driver - reboot - check that it is installed and repeat as
    necessary.

Repeat to the manufacturers - BTW in the DO NOT RUN THEIR SCANNER device - check
    manually by model.

Look at the sites of the manufacturer for drivers - and the manufacturer of the device manually.

It is preferable to ensure that the latest drivers from the manufacturer of system and device manufacturers are located)

If you update the drivers manually, then it's a good idea to disable the facilities of driver under Windows
Updates, this leaves ONE of Windows updates, but it will not install the drivers who will be generally
be older and cause problems. If updates offers a new driver and then HIDE it (right click on it)
and then go look for new ones manually if you wish.

    1. right click the icon of speaker near right lower clock - peripheral of reading

Highlight speakers - properties (right same low page) - tab improvements - check Disable all sound effects

  • Satellite L300-PSLB8E - screen becomes all white and the laptop freezes

    Hello

I have a Toshiba Satellite L300 PSLB8E. I initially bought with Windows Vista already installed on it. After a few years, I changed the operating system Windows 7 Ultimate. I installed the display and all the other necessary drivers (that is, sound, network, etc.).

After I installed Windows 7, when I use the laptop for a while, the screen becomes all white and the laptop hangs. This happens spontaneously. Sometimes, in less than 10 minutes and other times that it can work perfectly for hours. I checked for loose batteries and other components, but everything seems fine.

Physical damage only that there is a tiny crack on the screen in the bottom right of the screen. The operating system is not good? If I put windows Vista back as it was?

Please advise and help understand me what the problem is with the laptop.

Until we start discussion can you tell me what you do when this happen?
    Hard stop and restart?
Is everything OK again when you do?

It is not easy to say what exactly is the problem, but I put t think there is problem with OS and preinstalled display driver. A long time ago I installed Win7 Home Premium on friends L300 and it works perfectly.

What you can try is to use the external monitor for a while and see if everything works well. If so, there is no problem with the operating system, drivers or graphics card. It may be that the display problem.

  • Black horizontal lines on the LCD screen at a specific time during the start and stop

Hi, I am currently using a Presario CQ61 Notebook PC.  My problem, as indicated in the title, are black lines on the LCD screen, apparently when the screen is reset or enclose itself turned off during the start and stop only. From the judgment, he produced a split second her stops the hard drive, after that the screen is black. The lines and then quickly disappear. At startup, lines appear after the Windows logo has passed and the screen went from black to start loading the login screen.

The LCD is in perfect condition, all using the PC. No line, no discoloration, etc.. Nothing extraordinary either. The problem does occur only during these two periods, specifically. I am also unable to note the lines when I'm looking directly at the screen. I have to be standing next to the PC, at an angle.

Now, I had this PC for a considerable amount of time, however, I never paid much attention to the screen when starting upwards or stop, so this could definitely be something that the laptop has done since I bought it. I also read on similar problems, and it could be an outdated video driver or BIOS.

I want to just make sure that it is not a major problem. Thank you all!

  • Screen / phone does not not during the current incoming call.

    All;

I just noticed this behavior 2 days ago and it went this AM as well. During an incoming call, I tried to access the data on my Bravo but the screen was dark and pressing the unlock/lock button at the top has nothing more than any other control. I haven't lost the appeal and I got the info written down, so I got to the question on the ground. As soon as the call is completed, I could see the screen by pressing the menu and then command unlock the phone with the swipe.

I also noticed that there are no e-mail messages. I decided to power off the device (soft reset). Messages, then went down, but 2 days ago I did not have a message problem. But had the black screen and no access to the phone during the call. I've not seen this with outgoing calls. I have no trouble to access items on the phone call I have orginate. All the world has noticed this incoming call blocking? It would almost seem that controls spend sleep during incoming calls. I have not found references in this regard so far.

I found that when the phone is turned off and then back on most of the problems are solved. Since I'm old to computers in general this is not a surprise but falls into the area of practice or standard procedure. I will say that the absence of data loss during these resets is a good thing.
