  my email eprint (from my HP - Pavilion Windows7 64-bit for my Photosmart C310a) are being denied by e-mail-lb - cpg.austin.hp.com. What can I do (or HP there good resons to deny me...) The complete messafe in the answer reads:

  Solved by the support centre in the Netherlands. Somehow the printer's address was not valid more. Thanks for the suggestions.

• ePrint is nolonger sending print jobs to the printer

  My B210A is fairly recent. I got it just for a few days. Shortly after putting up with the ePrint system, I was able to print a few test email attachments. I was delighted. But since there is no I was not ale to print more. I received several e-mails from the system saying anywhere from 'your print job prints soon' to 'your print job has been canceled. " In each case were that the print job was not automatacly cancelled or failed, I would wait for an hour or two, and when it does not print I go to the site and cancel it. I also tried using one of the applications of the printer. The application begins to 'download' the material requested app and after a while there is a very quick flash of an error that goes by so fast I can't read. Then the screen jumps to the home screen. When I check the ePrint Center site, it shows the printing jpb applications has been cancelled. The most recent electronic print job, I tried the return e-mail message said, "your print job has been received.  Printing has been delayed because the printer is currently busy, other print jobs. The printer is busy printing anything. All my difficulties around the ePrint System Center

  I would like to mention that I have the impression of very good luck to my mother, using AirPrint iPad and the HP iPrint Photo iPad application. I felt just as good luck using the HP iPrint Photo app on my Andriod tablet.

  Try to check the desire for updates. Go to 'Setup' > "Web Menu" > "Product updates" > "check for updates". If there is an available update then let it install. After the update is installed the printer restarts itself. Once she comes back to life, search for the product updates once more to ensure that there is not another.   Please come back to me, and to confirm what LaserJet you are referring.

  Knowing that you have this version of the 1022, I can answer your question with confidence.  As this particular printer has no network (wireless, wireless, cable) capabilities, there is no way that you can print directly from your Android smartphone with the 1022.  So still more succinctly - the printer is not directly compatible with any smartphone or tablet.  The classic method of configuration of Google Cloud Print printer that I referred to before would work, but it is not a true ePrint or the wireless print job. If you are interested to try this out, click here for instructions.

  The here document contains information on port settings for the printer Photosmart 5520.  Your router is not, but he suggested the following for unlisted cases:

  Type a subject in the subject line. An empty e-mail subject line can cause the HP ePrint Server cancel the print job.
