  Hi people,

  I have a question about the DTS + Equalizer graphic that is told in the series of PC laptop HP Pavillion.  I created my own custom Equalizer presets, and I just got a message saying that it has reached the maximum number of custom presets and asks me to remove one or more of the custom presets before you continue.  Can someone let me know if there is a way to do this?  Thank you.

• Cannot change EQ on several pieces

  Just moved into a new MBP and iTunes 12.4 to discover most of the settings al EQ on my music has been lost. So I have several selected all my 'Rock' and got info, select the EQ setting to the rock, the green check mark will appear, I hit OK, and then nothing happens. I CAN change the settings one at a time, but on several concerts of music that is not going to fly, especially different genres and EQ settings.

  You can create your own Equalizer presets, or reset the settings for the existing presets.

• Problems with Maxx Audio after Windows 10 'upgrade '.

  It seems I'm not the only one with this problem. I use a laptop computer Inspiron 17R 5737 provided with Windows 8.1. After upgrading to Windows 10, I noticed two things: 1. audio Dell, my Waves Maxx Audio 4 works, but miss me all my presets in the QE and I'm actually not able to set ALL the parameters at all. I called Dell 3 times now, for a total of 6 hours on the phone, where they had me not uninstall, then download and reinstall the Realtek audio driver. After you have downloaded and installed 2 times, the EQUALIZER presets are back, but I still cannot do anything else in the program. I noticed, after the first time, update the driver causing the error with Maxx Audio. So the second time I reinstalled it, I do NOT update the driver, but I am still unable to make any changes to the program. It's very frustrating because I record music and mix the final product with my laptop.

  The 2nd question I have to be carried out in another forum, as it has to do with my laptop to wake up do not sleep mode.

  I solved this problem first by downloading the latest audio drivers from Dell Realtek. For my XPS15/M3800 is Realtek ALC3661 Audio Codec version 6.0.1.7525, A00. It is a download of 325MB. After installing it and going through 1 or 2 reboots, my Dell Audio Sound Manager has been restored, but all presets MaxxAudio were missing. To resolve this problem, I opened the Manager of devices--> sound, video and game controllers, the user clicks Realtek High Definition Audio and selected update driver software. I chose automatically search for updates. Windows has found a version update 6.0.1.7628, installed, rebooted and then my presets have been restored.

  I bought a Lenovo X 230 a few weeks ago and I have a question I tried to solve it since then.

  The quality of the sound on the speakers is pretty decent, but when I use the headset it is terrible. What is interesting is that I see clearly that there is some sort of program that alters the sound quality, like an equalizer preset or a driver and activates the "headphones mode" which makes music his terrible.

  This trigger takes like half a second to kick from the moment that I plug my headphones, but while half, the sound is normal as in my other laptop.

  I think it has to do with the utility of Communication Lenovo, or profile of Dolby thing or the drivers Realtek... but I can't seem to find the problem. How to solve this? Could I just use the generic Windows driver?

  What I did to remove the Realtek Audio driver, reboot, let Windows detect the problem and get the driver by itself. Now it works like charm.

• Unnecessarily low speaker volume. SmartAudio HD is not working correctly

  I have a lot of disappointments with my Thinkpad Edge 13, but most troubling is the extremely low volume and the inability to increase it.  The Unit came with a software called Conexant SmartAudio, and this software provides, among its features, an equalizer.  There the equalizer presets and those that have an effect on the sound, but there is an option of custom Equalizer setting and it does not work.  This software "lies" between the Windows audio drivers and audio amplifier.  It must be to think that if I maximize all Equalizer bands then the overall volume should however not only the volume overall does not, as does the only effect I can detect to simultaneously increase all bands it that high frequencies are becoming silent.   I looked around the internet for an update of this Conexant software but no luck, I have also been unable to find a replacement.  When I listen to audio from a video which is reproduced with a player such as Winamp, I have not hurt because Winamp comes with an equalizer (which has also a global gain adjustment), but when I watch videos through the socket of my browser (YouTube for example) sound through one media player is not an option , and the equalizer SmartAudio is useless.

• iMovie - Equalizer custom beyond Presets

  I use iMovie 10.1.1. I'm looking for custom equalizer, beyond the 9 presets on the menu drop down. I read somewhere that you can access more than custom EQ sliders for each frequency, either by clicking on "Custom" in the drop down menu equalizer, or opening of the Inspector.

  My 10.1.1 iMovie has no called choice custom from the preset drop, and I'm not finding an Inspector that shows the audio frequency sliders. Please help, thanks

  Custom Equalizer was in iMovie 9 but iMovie 10 offers only the presets.  Same FCP X is not a custom equalizer and offers only similar presets.

The sound experience of the Beats Audio Panel section no longer appears to include the equalizer and the preset page. the page setup functions still presented. How I corrwct it. System Restore does not resolve the problem. What particular service has been stopped by the update?

  The updated driver that Windows installed may not compatible with the Audio Control Panel

  So you should go to the sound card manufacturer's Web site to download the latest drivers for your sound card
  You can also return to your old drivers , but I strongly suggest that the pilot was last updated

  No, the speed of the song has nothing to do with the equalizer. The EQ is on the sound, not the speed. Experiment a bit with the presets and you can understand a little better.

  P.S. I wouldn't trade away normal EQ as long as you use the Sansa earphones... they are OK but only capable of so much

  Yes, I understand that you can change the settings in media player to change the equalizer, but it is unnecessary, for example when you listen to online content, it is a step back! I can't find compatible programs that can afford it, that has always been available on windows.

  What kind of audio chip do you have?
  The AC97 (more frequent) comes with a nice utility to do this. It is only 10 tapes but...
  The utility (called Manager of sound effects) is installed in the Panel by default.

  Otherwise, try Panel > Sound select your speakers, and then click the properties > Enhancements

  Take the resulting after AVI and load it into Adobe Media Encoder. Choose the H.264 option and use the YouTube preset for it. It will be watchable.

  Technical TThe answer is Yes, but your computer has a lot of power.  Unless you have a large number of tracks I'd not concerned as long as everything is performing. You can always turn them off if you wish.
