  The normal recommendation for the CMOS (RTC) battery is to leave the laptop connected to the power supply at least 12 hours when the main battery is fully charged.   Hello! This is my first time posting but I had some problems lately with my iPhone while keeping a charge.

As you explained that you have visited it there twice to attempt to solve this problem, they could have offered to replace your battery for $79 that with your current battery showing 94% of its original capacity, that would not have done much for you at all.
