  Now the window working without a driver.

  Looks like you've ruined the whole OS. Perhaps the installation of the graphics driver for the Toshiba page will help you. If this isn't the case,->, try to reinstall the entire operating system since the Toshiba Recovery CD!
  The drivers on the CD are tested and should work properly!

  I'm trying to find the solution of the problem:

  My laptop Equium A200 1V0 freezes as soon as I plug the power running. I tried the new battery and new AC adapter after reading some solutions of the internet but so far without success. It works fine without the plug'in ac, but as soon as I join to food it freezes and I have to force the shutdown of the machine which is not good.

  I would be very grateful if someone can give me please the solution in detail the problem mentioned above and also let me know the cause of this disorder as well?

  You use an AC/DC to original Toshiba adapter? In my view the problem must be related to AC/DC adapter or the motherboard itself

  Important is that you use Toshiba parts only to test with an AC/DC to original Toshiba adapter. If it doesn't work, it seems that the motherboard is faulty. These serious physical issues can only be set to an authorized service then you should contact the guy and ask for help. ;)

  How have you tried to erase the DVD - RW? What applications did you use?
  It seems that the application caused the laptop freezing.

  This looks like a classic case of overheating caused by an accumulation of dust and debris in the vents of execution was cooling. I suggest that you try to use a hose of vacuum cleaner against the bars of suction air on the bottom of your laptop to extract dust and debris.

• Equium A100-027 freezes after Vista update

  I bought an A100-027 (yesterday!) with Vista installed.

  Everything worked fine until I have that ran Windows update to get the latest Microsoft patches. now, nothing works.

  In detail:
  I put the system to go into hibernation when you press the power button and close the cover (which worked fine).

  I have set up an internet connection broadband and access to Windows Update to get the latest patches, which had 12. He downloaded them and seemed to install OK and then he said that wanting to restart the machine. I clicked on OK and the machine shut down and restarted, but he came all the way to the top. (I think someone can close the lid while crossing the restart process after updates).

  You don't say what kind of DVD that you use in your laptop. You try to play a prerecorded DVD or you load a blank and ready for recording?

  In my opinion, you should check the cooling options in Windows power management. Make sure that it s set for maximum Performance. This means that your laptop will be cooled as much as possible.

  I put t know how long you have this laptop already but maybe that cleaning is also an option.

  Now it s not easy to say what causes this problem but first of all you need to install the latest driver of Toshiba display. Don t use non-Toshiba drivers, as they can cause the overheating!

  It s not advised not to use the graphics driver from Toshiba. The other drivers don't support the overheating protection. The games are a high performance programs. If these applications are running on the laptop all devices must operate with maximum performance and produce a lot of heat. The high temperature could be responsible for this gel and close downs.

  I read in the forum that you can install the other drivers (not Toshiba) at your own risk.
  I think you should check the fans for dust and debris.
