  Hello, I hope someone can help me with this,

  My iTunes library got completely erased for some reason any because of something in iCloud, which I never even use. I'm not sure what happened, but one day, I opened iTunes and it said something about iCloud, then I realized that my library's own vacuum. I was able to restore using a backup library. The problem does not stop here however. Now I can't manage the music from my iPhone 5s because he thinks that it is saved in another library... which is be the same one. Desperately, I don't want to erase all my music AND playlists on my iPhone, which took me a long time to compensate and organize (yes I'm weird, I like to organize my music playlists and years).

  Is it possible that I don't have to erase all my music and playlists?  I want to still manage and add music in my iPhone.

  To start, go to settings > general > storage & use of iCloud. From there, press "Manage storage" under "Storage". You should see a list of your applications to fill out after a while.   If you are unable to remove the application in this way, you can try to reset the settings on your iPhone. To do this, go to settings > general > reset > reset all settings.   My iPhone 6 has been stolen. I got iCloud backup enabled, and the last backup was 2 days.

  I do a full backup encrypted via iTunes it also sometimes manually, the last time was 1 month ago.

  I bought a 6 new iPhone as a replacement. When I tried to restore from your backup, everything (photos, applications, settings) seems to be restored very well, but most of my applications (not all) were missing from their app data.

  I don't understand why it affected only a few applications, but not all.   Unless your iPad is jailbroken, it is not infected.  This notice is a well known scam to a fraudulent web site.  You can restore.
