    Open Windows Mail > menu bar, file > work offline.
    You can delete content in the deleted items folder now?
    Don't forget to put it back online by checking a work offline.

  • Office365 at Thunderbird e-mail connection: I cannot subscribe to my Inbox of the records they do not appear in the list of subscription?

    I used Thunderbird years but recently my mail service spent at Office365. I made a new account in Thunderbird and can send and receive e-mails. I have about 20 files that I used to see listed under my Inbox, but when I go to subscribe to them they are not in the list. It works very well with my gmail accounts.
    My tech support says it's a problem with the client and not at the end of Office365.

    I don't find any other parameters that look like would help with this, so your help would be appreciated.

    Today, I went looking for records in my computer containing files larger than 300 MB. To my surprise, two records that presented themselves are in... / AppData/Roaming/Thunderbird/Profiles/pt66rib2.default/Mail/mail. (my server). There are 355 MB of data in the "Junk" file (which has no file extension) and 577 megabytes of data in the "Inbox" file (which has also no file extension). When I open the files in the laptop ++, I found that the data is every email that's ever been in my Inbox. (Gee, I wonder if the it Department to the IRS has never thought to check there for lack of laws Lerner emails?) For the record, I suggest all my messages in my Inbox and 'Empty junk' into the Junk folder (in the Thunderbird e-mail program) every day. Why is-all data still here?     Most read msgs in Inbox all becomes marked. SHIFT + L does not clear the flag. All new email messages arrive with the indicator is defined. Same condition occurs when you are using another computer that works under XP. Don't know if I did anything because of this situation.

    It seems that I misunderstood the terms I see in Yahoo. Please ignore my problem report and consider that it erased. I'll try to do my own research to better understand what I see. If I still have problems, I will enter a new problem. Thanks for your help and sorry for wasting your time.

    I understand that you see some notification messages of messages unread on your iPad and you are not able to erase. As a first step of troubleshooting, I would suggest that force you to leave the Mail app and then restarts:

  • Since the last update to 9.1.2 email in my iPad 2 opens to empty the screen saying no messages selected, click the mailbox and select I bow to make appear messages. When the Inbox picks up the trash icon disappears also. How can I solve this problem?

    Since the 9.1 on my Ipad 2 update my email opens empty screen saying "no message selected. Just click on the mailbox store and select Inbox to display messages.  In addition, when appears in the Inbox, trash icon at the top right disappears.  Update to 9.2.1 thought to solve this, but it didn't.  Have tried reset etc but nothing works.  Anyone have any ideas?

    Try resetting your device. This will not erase your data stored on that device.

    • Press and hold the sleep/wake button
    • Press and hold the Home button
    • Press and hold both buttons until the display turns off and on again with the Apple logo on the subject.

    Alternatively, you can go to settings - general - reset - Reset all settings

    If that doesn't work, restore your device to factory settings. Please note that this will delete the data on your device.

    What is the email client do you use? Is Outlook express or Microsoft Outlook?

    If his Microsoft Outlook, try to fix pst file.

    Open Outlook, click on-> tools-> Options-> Mail Setup-> Datafile, copy the location of your data file. Close outlook.

    Outlook Express has never reduced the file size of the file folder deleted during the clearance of the output folder. Instead he left a lot of dead space that has not been used for something beyond too much space.

    The good news is that if you simply, locate the Outlook Express mail storage folder and delete the Deleted.dbx file, Outlook Express will recreate a new vacuum the next time it starts up.

    1. Open Outlook Express and access Tools, Options of dialogue,Maintenance tab, click store folder and copy the location. Close Outlook Express.
    2. Click on Start, run or the Windows key + R to rap then paste in the location previously copied and press on . The storage folder should open.
    3. Remove or rename the Deleted.dbx file.

    That should solve your problems of deletion. You can also run a Compact on your other files .dbx tabmaintenance Tools, Options dialog box.
