eRecovery usb for Aspire E111-P60S

I had a good race Acer Aspire E3-111-P60S and wanted to test the eRECOVERY USB I bought as a backup in case I had to restore the system.  So I started with the USB and it went through a series of steps, the first being remove 5 discs, precheck and loading images then said to take the USB key and press 'ok' I did, he has restarted and went into Acer eRecovery Management (NAPP V8.3.9) and displays the system restore and update system.  When he hit 100% of the restoration of the system, he displayed the following message:

Restore failed - error code = 0x0 (WIMApplyImage impossible to apply the image: the operation completed successfully.)

Press ok

I pressed 'ok' and he then gets up and goes back to Acer eRecovery Management-> restore system hits 100% new and shows the message again.

Talked with support on the chat yesterday for an hour session and their resolution should send my netbook for them.  When I asked for a phone number of problem they said they could not give me one as the system was down and to call Monday. My preference is to get a USB key that works or CD and I will receive an external CD.   I wanted to just this field problem if someone thinking of buying the USB key.

I can never get the language selection.

Alt F10 at startup... better, I can see does nothing... get Windows is loading files, start Windows then between Acer eRecovery Management loop.

I tried to write the series of commands of the stick acer went from start to loop error... Most are:

First coming screen after put in the stick of Acer and initialize the netbook...

Click on the 'ok' button to restore your computer to the default factory image.  Options ok and cancel.

Press ok, you get the following:

UMOUNT READERS W; R; N; O; M; P

PreCheck

copy some files... very quickly one was NAPP...

then goes into

Acer eRecovery Management (NAPP V8.3.9)

and views

System Restore and the system update.  When it hits 100% restoration of the system, it displays the following message:

Press ok

Appreciate your help, but I just wanted to give people a head upward on the erecovery usb. I had a perfectly well equipped system, went to test the erecovery from Acer usb and this is what happened.  Work of fine CD, my friend has them and no problems.

    You have not indicated your versions of windows.

    So I advise you to reflash your bios on MS-DOS (safer).

    To Flash the bios with MS-DOS:

    1 make a Flash drive bootable MS-DOS with FlashBoot (demo) or How to make a MS-DOS bootable flash drive (USB key)

    2 - Download the bios file.zip#/

    3-copy FLASH-. EXE, KAV60. BAT and KAV60.fd on a USB key.

    4 - boot on USB.

    5. When you are on MS-DOS, type the command KAV60. BAT

    6 - if it of flash successfully, restart your system (normally, it reboot automatically).

    7 - Enter the configuration utility of the bios, "Load the defaults of optimazed".

    Both questions can be answered, Yes.

    The system recovery to factory default charge as close as possible, including the hidden partition.

    However, it is something that you can change if you decide to do and to load only the operating system on a single partition.

    Please keep in mind that Windows will make a 100MB system reserved partition and this can not be avoided.

    Is it all the USB drivers are one included in the OS. It s no matter what operating system you have. Win XP or Vista.
    Operating systems use the own Microsoft USB drivers and installation of the USB driver is unnecessary. By the way; There is no 3rd party USB drivers ;)

    So now, it would be useful to know what operating system you have installed.
    If you are using XP then you should install SP2 and should update the operating system to the State.

    Furthermore, you shouldn't t forget to install the utility of chipsets Intel (pilot).
    You can find these drivers on the European driver Toshiba-> Sat A30 page area download.

Some systems of R7 - 371 T come with a stylus or other accessories, and others cannot.
