  So I buy this laptop at a best buy during Black Friday, hoping this would be my $$$ is a value.  Then I noticed that the TrueVision HD webcam is very laggy when I try to save. What's the deal with that? I have a family member who bought the laptop even exact as this one, and it works perfectly fine.  Whenever I try to restart my pc, it goes into rebooting mode, but there's just there forever and nothing happens (so I have to hold the power button until it turns off and turn it back on to get it working again) ALWAYS happens this problem.  Also, random apps in the start menu tend to do work, for example: I play this game online called "Leagues of Legends" every now and then when I try to open it or any other application that the case usually oppen, even when I have download software like anything including your hp for firefox idk thing.  Even internet security will not work sometimes, it will just scan or open!  I would send this computer for my money back or a new with defects.  Or you can help me to solve these problems, because in addition to all these negative things, I really like this computer thx for your time. -Ernesto G.

  Ideally, if you receive the error Windows Update 80070103 while installing updates, you might be trying to install a driver is already installed on your computer or a driver that might be less compatible that you have already installed.

  Marvin note is correct, usually when DCRServer shows such State, the files may be damaged are:

  /opt/CSCOpx/MDC/Tomcat/lib/ctm_config.txt

  /opt/CSCOpx/MDC/Tomcat/shared/lib/ctm_config.txt

  /opt/CSCOpx/MDC/tomcat/webapps/CWHP/Web-INF/lib/ctm_config.txt

  If you have time, download the 3 files to check and verify that they are not damaged.

  Also, make sure that the host name has not been changed, LMS should be grateful, therefore, you can run the following script:

  / opt/CSCOpx/bin/perl /opt/CSCOpx/bin/resolver.pl
