For this operation. I can't put a new folder on the desktop in windows vista Ultimate edition, above is the message I get, it has happened only recently, any ideas on a solution, I ran windows clean up, but nothing is.
Hi Dufrazier,
1. don't you make changes before the show?
2. are you able to create a new folder somewhere else?
We did check the 0x8101F0004 error code and couldn't find any information on the code. We recommend cross check if the error code is correct or not.
In the meantime, try the following steps.
Step 1: Create a folder in safe mode.
1 start the computer and press the F8 key continuously to get advanced boot menu options.
2. in the menu, select Safe mode, and press to enter.
For more information about safe mode, see this link: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-vista/Start-your-computer-in-safe-mode
Step 2: Scanner of sfc (System File Checker) to find and difficulty of the missing or corrupt system files. To do this, try the following steps.
1. open an elevated command prompt. To do this, click Start, click programs, accessories principally made, right-click Guest, and then click Run as administrator. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password, or click on allow.
2. type the following command and press ENTER: sfc/scannow
The sfc/scannow command. analyzes all protected system files and replaces incorrect versions with appropriate Microsoft versions.

Error 1314. The %appdata%\Autocad\ specified path is not unavailable
Hi name is Kenya Caldwell and I am trying to install a program called Autocad, but whenever I do, I get the message following error 1314. The %appdata%\Autocad specified path is not unavailable. I received a response from Autocad, but I do not understand, or not if it is correct. Could someone help me with this problem? Below is the message of Autocad.
By specifying an installation location using a Windows environment variable
QuestionWhen you have created a deployment or performing a stand-alone installation, you tried to specify the installation location using an environment variable, such as %ProgramFiles%, but you receive one of the following error messages:
Please provide the path name where the customers go to install AutoCAD 2007 on their local computers.
Error 1314. The path '% PROGRAMFILES%\..' is not available.
SolutionIt is not possible to specify a variable of environment such as installation or the installation of customer location in a stand-alone installation or network deployment. If you install to different locations on different machines, it is strongly recommended that you use the deployment wizard to create several configurations of deployment for each location.
To use a variable of environment as the installation location, you must run the installation of the product from the command line. This can be done by entering the following in the command line Windows or via a batch/script file.
Note: This installation method is not tested or supported by Autodesk.
Stand-alone installation
MsiExec.exe /i "
\Bin\AcadFEUI\acad.msi ' INSTALLDIR=%PROGRAMFILES%\ Note: Replace the drive letter containing product for
disk. Replace the rest of your installation for location. It is strongly recommended to use paths without spaces for this type of installation. Kenya Caldwell

HPdeskjet 4645 paper jam error does not disappear after a clear path completely according to the internet, ask
Hello, @ghlowell,
Thank you for the update. You can get the serial number of the printer using the HP utility on your computer. You must have the printer software installed to get the same thing.
Try the following steps to get the serial number.
- Go to 'Finder' - select 'Applications' - folder Select "HP" or "Hewlett Packard".
- Now find and open the "HP utility.
- Click on "device information. Ideally, this should give details of the printer including the serial number.
Let me know if this helps. Good luck!
See you soon

Hi guys.
I developed a VI that connects to the database reads the names of tables, columns of the selected table, etc. It works well as I want to.
However, I have problem with identifying the UDL file with function of dialog 'file' use in a structure of the event that is triggered when the button 'Open' value is changed. It also works well, when I choose the UDL file, but the problem is when I cancel it and I get the error 43.
I tried to deal with this problem with a "error handler" function to clear the error 43 but the next errors that are associated with the database conncetion appeared. The reason is, when file dialog is cancelled, an empty path passes by reference of connection and I can't start the while loop where are the key codes. I also used a box Structure connected to "Cancelled" with 'DB connection tool' in case of real and connection the reference connection for the while loop, but I get the same result.
I want to apply for work as: start to push the button "Open" and select the file UDL, the loop run to establish the connections database, if not with the cancellation of the file dialog box, the application waits by pushing the button open and select the UDL file again.
Thanks a lot for your help in advance.
Hi lman,.
start to push the button "Open" and select the file UDL, the loop run to establish the connections database, if not with the cancellation of the file dialog box, the application waits by pushing the button open and select the UDL file again.
Some pseudocode, easy to implement:
WHILE onevent(OPEN button) FileDialog IF file selected THEN open database do calculations ELSE do nothing ENDIF WEND
What is your problem with the help of loops and structures of the case?

[BCU] Error signature in the password file...
Hey guys,.
I use Configuration BIOS HP (BCU v. 4.0.13.1) utility to change the configuration of the BIOS.
So I implemented a new password of BIOS with the HPQPswd tool.
Everything worked well. Password is enabled.
After that, I tried to make some changes to the boot order.
"But every time, the weather with a config file, or with the command ' / setvalue:"Filename.txt "/cspwdfile:"filename.bin"", the following error message:
< ERROR msg = "" Error Signature in the file password: Password.bin "/ >"
< ERROR msg = 'BCU return the value' real '10' = translated = "10" / >
If anyone can help me with this?
Thanks for your response!
Greetings,
KKlein
Hi Klein,
According to the guide on the website of manageability http://hp.com/go/clientmanagement BCU, error code = 10 back which means "Password valid unplanned".
I suggest you try the following:
1 re create the bin file from password
2 provide the full path to the bin file from password
example:
BIOSConfigUtility.exe /setconfig: "filename.txt" /cspwdfile:"c:\myshare\password.bin"
where:
Password.bin is located in c:\myshare
Thank you.

Error-201314 whenever the engine killed
Hi guys,.
I'll build a test bed that takes a few smaller engine size measures. I use the 9188 cDAQ platform and a module in the series C 9401 to get the signal of an encoder that is mounted on the engine. Whenever I kill the engine I get code error-201314 saying the following:
DAQmx error: sampling Multiple clock pulses have been detected within a period of the
input signal. Use a sample clock rate that is slower than the input signal. If
you use an external sample clock, make sure this clock signal is within the j
Itter and voltage level specifications and seedless. The way I have the configuration of the task, it's pulse tachometer to act as an external sample clock and charges against the edges of 20 MHz clock, so I can hardly believe I'm getting any type of engine accelerates faster than the clock of 20 MHz. Anyone has an idea what this message means? So, I wonder if I need to be more careful about the way my reasons are connected.
Thanks for the help,
Ryan
Hi Ryan,
Small defects on the edge rising or falling of your tachometer signal could be picked up as additional edges. I suspect that the Act of powering the motor is presenting the noise on the line, whose meter is picking up as the edges in double during transitions.
The 9188 she supported for digital filtering on the meter inputs - introduced feature in DAQmx 9.4 for the 9188. You can use the digital filtering to reject any pulses below a certain duration. From your description, it seems this would be a likely solution to the problem.
In LabVIEW, you can define a digital filtering of the sample with a property node DAQmx Timing clock signal:
If you use a different API and ill have to find the equivalent property do not forget to let me know. Remember that if you use a version of DAQmx before 9.4 you will need to update your driver to have the feature available for your 9188.
Best regards

It seems that your version of the Installer tries to pull the distribution "SiriusXM Mad Max' of an unusual situation of temp. If this distribution was hiding inside a 7zip file and have since been amended or deleted, that we certainly confuse the installer Builder. Do you know if this distribution contained DAQmx installers that you're trying to build?
Here are a few things you could try if that's the case.
1. If an installer build never did it while pulling the source from this temporary location, the location may have been saved as a well-known source. To cancel this information saved, you can delete the file C:\ProgramData\National Instruments\MDF\Bin\MDFInfo.xml
2. If C:\Users\bbanacki\AppData\Local\Temp\7ZipSfx.000\Mad Max Installer\ is a valid path on your computer, try to move or rename this folder. This should result in Generator Setup prompts for source media. This window will allow you to configure what distributions provide you as a source for the compilation (according to the version of the installation tool installed, you may need to click 'No' to the question "Do you have all of these installers?" to access the configuration page).
3. install the latest version of the Installer tool. A new release with LV 2013, and it should be available for download OR Update Service is on the web somewhere
4. all else fails... post your version of the complete Installer log! LabVIEW this generates for us at %temp%\LVProjectName_InstallerName_build.log

TestStand Java - 1500 error cannot find the class
Hello world
I use Java 1.7 and TestStand 2010.
I try to add a java class in the computer example folder and call the method.
The java class is just as below, because I'm just trying to call my own java class.
I put the class path to start the JAVA virtual machine in the directory where the example of the computer (which is also the directory where I put my java class).
TestStand can call methods of the computer, but not mine (received the error 1500 error cannot find class). I put my my java method call among calls for default computer example.
Also I read similar topics, but again I can not resolve the error.
Where is the part that I'm bored, in fact? Please share some ideas.
Note: I even try to leave the empty class path, but TestStand can always call the methods of the computer. Why?
----------------------
public class TestJava {}
Public Shared Sub main (String [] args) {}
}
public String returnString(boolean a) {}
Return "success";
}}
To load a class which is within a package, you can use the package rating (or change the example in order to to use). The path to the class is passed directly to the JAVA virtual machine to load the class, but really what is necessary is the package from the class path, including the full path to the class.
This means you need to do the following:
1 set the class path in the base directory where you created all your classes, if you have the following structure:
- MyFile.java
- builds
- MyPackage
- MyFile.class
You must set the classpath in the builds directory
2 when you set up your steps, you must set the path to the class in your steps from Java to MyPackage/MyFile.class (note the separator is a forward slash, not used Windows backslash, then the Browse button is not quite help with that).
Another important thing is that when you set the classpath variable you remove the normal Java class path, if you are using Java classes from the library by default, you may have to add
\lib\rt.jar -
Could not initialize the TestStand engine. Path not found.
Hi, so far I have installed and removed TestStand 3.5 3 times in a row, just to still get this message (see subject) when I try to start the sequence editor. I even uninstalled all the software of NOR I had on this laptop reinstall the whole... Nothing has worked. Now I wonder, is that what I'm doing wrong? What can I do to get TestStand running?
Well well, on this message when I hit OK, another message
The sequence editor does not start. Cannot create the TestStand engine.
Hit OK on that message again just puts an end to the sequence editor leaving me with a white screen.
Any ideas what is wrong?
best regards and thanks in advance.,
Ingo
Ingo-
Sorry for your frustration. Your idea to uninstall and reinstall should work normally. The second message is just the result of the first error, so we need to understand which path is not found, and we don't know why this happens. I tried to force my copy of TestStand 3.5 to fail like messing around with the installation and I couldn't find a way to cause the error "path not found". I had a lot of other more detailed errors, but I have been unable to reproduce your message.
A few questions:
(1) what operating system do you use?
(2) you install to the default location under Program Files? You use a network somehow path?
(3) you have permission to write the locations on your system?
(4) what are you logged in as long as administrator during the installation, reboot and start the sequence editor.
(5) have you messed with any of the registry under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\National Instruments\TestStand\3.5 settings, where something is wrong manually?
(6) added user under the TestStand directory components that could somehow load and cause a problem?
If you have an installation on the system, you can quickly try to empty the directory Cfg under TestStand, so that it generates new copies of these files.
