I have a laptop that suddenly began to say that Windows is not genuine. I tried to activate Windows, but I get the following error message:

Additional info: If you have not yet tried the phone activation or activation failed, try the following:

(1) run chkdsk as follows:

A prompt by right clicking and select "Run as Administrator"
and then at the command prompt, type: chkdsk /f r, then press the Enter key.
