Error 1068: The dependency service or beginning of the group don't did not (opnvpn)

I don't know what happened. This morning I've disinstalled Avast (has been exceeded) and I installed clamwin, I turned off the PC and I now find myself a lot of suspended services. I have adescovered this how the VPN has not begun more and I noticed the service was discontinued; If I try to start receiving it I get the message "the group starting" or the dependency service not succeeded. If I go ' computer > management > services and applications > key dx > and try to starts, I get the message "error 1068: beginning of the group or the dependency service not succeeded." In relationships of dependency I find DHCP Client is active, but I cannot find TAP-Win32 Adapter V9? thing is? where should I fint it?
I also tried to perform "System Restore configuration", but without seccess it says that cannot replace the file c: Windows...
not him one more thing to do... He is someone who can help me

Thanks in advance
P.S. Sorry for my English

Hi jhon,

The TAP-Win32 virtual device must be displayed when you expand your network adapter in the device, BUT Manager - you must first enable 'Show hidden devices' in the 'View' menu in Device Manager.
Have you tried re-installing/or repair (in programs and features) your VPN software to see if it fixes your OpenVPN configuration?
The Avast software may have removed the necessary to OpenVPN TAP-Win32 driver run. My recommendation would be (if the above does not work) to re - install your laptop network drivers, then re - install OpenVPN more cleaner to see if there find any key obsolete reg of execution related to Avast CCleaner registry is no longer required.
Avast would have installed its own driver to perform the inspection of packets with state - the removal of Avast and the driver he used to perform this function probably caused your problem with your VPN software and any driver virtual he used...
I would also like to launch any program Avast uninstaller that may be available. I know that you already have, but the uninstall program can may able to detect and clear old files/reg keys was using Avast. For any future reference - always use the uninstall program own anti-virus' and no 'programs and features' to uninstall your antivirus.
Hope this helps

  • Error 1068: The dependency service or group could start.

When you try to start a few automatic services (who of course has not started automatically) I get this error. Check the list of dependencies for each service they all list the HTTP Service. I have run this command: beginning of config sc = HTTP request and get a message that it succeeded, and restart the computer. No change. I run and do not restart the computer - no change. I ran sfc/scannow just in case he might find something but nothing. I even reinstalled the upgrade of Windows 8 thinking it could replace all of the corrupt files. No change. I wonder if it can also be the source of some other problems I'm having. With a certain Windows update for example.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

After you determine that the 'http' service was one of the dependencies for the print spooler start, and after finding that there is no such service listed, I came across this answer, which will allow you to CHANGE the dependencies. Basically, I deleted 'http service'. Click on the link below and scroll down to "method 3".

  • "Windows failed to start the service on Local computer print spooler. Error 1068: the dependency service or group could start. »

I fiddle with my startup programs and now I have this error message: "Windows could not start service on Local computer print spooler.  Error 1068: the dependency service or group could start. "There is no printer listed everywhere and nothing works.

    Hi Jkoryzna,

Thank you for choosing the Microsoft Answers forum.

To solve the problem, fix the dependency for the spooler service information.

Click Start, run and type the following text:

CMD /K SC CONFIG SPOOLER DEPEND = RPCSS

Alternatively, to achieve this by using the Registry Editor:

Click Start, run and type Regedit.exe

    Navigate to the following branch

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE-SYSTEM-CurrentControlSet-Services-spooler

In the right pane, double-click the DependOnService value

Delete existing data and then type RPCSS

    Close Regedit.exe.

Windows could not start the service of connection manager on the local computer remote access

Error 1068: The dependency Service or group could start.

    Hi sunelchandraoli,

    1. when exactly you receive this error?

    2. you remember to make changes to the computer before this problem?

    Step 1:

"Make sure that all the services of the dependence of the"Remote Access Connection Manager"" are launched in the list of services...

    a. Click Start, type services.msc in the box start the search.

    b. select Services from the list programs. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type your password or click on continue

    c. right click on the Remote Access Connection Manager service and then click Properties.

    d. under the general tab, click Manual next to startup type.

    e. under the general tab, click Start under the service status and then click OK.

    f. also check for long-term services.

The dependency of 'Remote access connection manager' services include:

    i. secure Socket Tunneling Protocol Service

    II. telephone

    III. Plug-and-Play

    IV. Remote Procedure Call (RPC)

    c. of DCOM Server process Launcher

    VI RPC end point mapper.

Make sure that the above services are started in the services list. If this is not the case, start all services above and check.

    Step 2:

You can also try a system restore to a prior restore point you have been affected by the issue.

Note: When you perform the system restore to restore the computer to a previous state, programs and updates that you have installed are removed.

To run the system restore, you can consult the following link:
