  When I try to do a CC update I get an error message U44M1I210, "failed update - impossible to extract the downloaded files. Try to press to redownload again.   I guess you are trying to download from the Adobe web site.  If you are using WIndows Vista/XP or Mac OS X 10.6.8.

  Install Adobe Application Manager and update and connect.

  It will automatically detect the version of Illustrator that is compatible with your computer and the same list.

  Then you can go ahead and install the same.
